00:10So excited to be in Dallas, Texas today for the NFL Draft. What's something that you would say to a
00:15man who thinks women don't know football? Or more specifically, do you have a favorite, like, clapback line that you
00:20use for them?
00:22Get it right. I think I just start talking in football terms, you know, the Will, the Mike, the Sam,
00:31and the linebacker, and then they look at me like, what? I just go, I work for the NFL, like,
00:36drop, walk out.
00:38What was the most challenging part of being the mom or sister of your prospect while they were growing up?
00:43Some of you might have heard Connor's story. He didn't speak until he was about four years old, so he
00:47had a hard time. And football really helped him become who he is. It became his voice, so people were
00:54kind of reaching out to him about being bullied and having a speech impediment that it's just kind of taken
01:01off on its own.
01:02There was one time Bradley had a project, and every day he was working on it, I would check, how's
01:06it going? He would say, fine. How's it going? Fine. So the night before it was due, I said, well,
01:11let me see it. And it was not at the level that he needed to be. And I said, we're
01:17going to stay up, and you're going to do that project to a level that you and I can be
01:21proud when you turn it in.
01:22How can the NFL continue to make strides to incorporate the female fan base and help more women excel in
01:28the business of football?
01:29Partnering with the right partners, and P&G is a great example of that, you know, with the Secret Program,
01:35and with Olay, and with Pantene, they have this voice for women and to women, and they're the ones that
01:41are working with us on these telling these amazing stories.
01:44What advice would you give to other, you know, moms or sisters of younger football players who also have NFL
01:49dreams?
01:50Every sacrifice that you're going to make is absolutely worth it.
01:54This is such a family affair, and not only have you watched your...
01:58Oh, my God.
02:01Everybody's so proud of everybody, you know?
02:04We just want him somewhere where he's going to be comfortable.
02:06And I hear waiting for that phone and screaming.
02:24We just want him somewhere.
02:24We just want him somewhere.
02:24We just want him somewhere.
02:24We just want him somewhere.
02:24We just want him somewhere.
