Apply a coat of color lipstick. Use a brush to fill in added color. Line the lips with a darker shade, focusing only on the outer corners of the mouth. Blend to the center with a brush. Add the first color back to the middle part of the lips for extra color. Place a tissue paper over the lips and blot with a matte powder.
