Penguins, capybaras and gorillas tuck into a spooky feast at London Zoo on Oct. 29, 2026, as they got into the Halloween spirit. Creepy carved pumpkins filled the animals’ enclosures, specially prepared by zookeepers as part of the seasonal activities. Animal Operations Manager at London Zoo, Daniel Simmonds, said the seasonal enrichment activities were designed to encourage natural behaviors, including foraging and exploration.
