00:05Well, inexplicable, that's the word that the transport minister Oscar Puente used to describe
00:11the causes behind this accident that has left at least 68 people dead now.
00:17What happened was one of the trains was stopped on the tracks holding 147 passengers.
00:23Another train was coming behind that one, both on the way to the south of Spain, both on the way
00:30to Seville.
00:31Now, the first train had stopped on the track and it was 17 minutes before the next train came
00:38and crashed into the back of it, causing this terrible accident.
00:42So the question is, how did that happen? How did no one in the control room see the train that
00:47was stopped?
00:48And how was the train that was following the first train allowed to continue at top speed,
00:53when usually after a red light signal, it either needs to stop or reduce its speed to 40 kilometers?
01:00The transport minister is pointing to human error here.
01:04And the controller that was involved in this accident has been speaking to both a psychologist and a lawyer.
01:12Pedro Sanchez, the prime minister, was also here. He talked about how the government and all of Spain
01:18stands with the victims and that Spain has a right to know what's happening with the infrastructure here.
