00:09Today we are going to be trying out an at-home DIY nail art kit. I'm seeing a
00:16lot of, you know, little crystals, little stick-ons. We've got some stencils here.
00:21We've got a ton of glitter. I'm pumped. I think I can do this. I think this looks a
00:26little overwhelming to me but I'm ready to try it out. Work it girl. You're the
00:30world. Do your thing. First things first in our nail salon we have to pick our
00:37colors. So I brought a couple from home to choose from. Okay. I brought the whole
00:44store. I'm really into moon phases so my theme is going to be the moon. I'm really
00:53into just being like wild and crazy like I never know how I'm feeling in the
00:56moment so I think every nail is gonna be something different so I want to go in
01:00like here it is. Oh no that was something else. Okay. Here I'm going in and I'm
01:06picking out. Oh that is a very you color. Buy me a cameo. That's cute. And then this
01:12one is just blanc. Is that French for white? Yes. Are you just going to do that color? I
01:21want a little bit here. And a little bit there. Okay. These are statement nails and
01:26let's go for it.
01:34Now let's air dry. So now I'm gonna put a little bit of Bejeweled on my nails. So
01:42this is very basic. I'm just doing the little outlines of them. I haven't added
01:47any of my glitter. Any of my jewels. Even any of my shimmery color yet. But I'm
01:51just trying to get like a couple of different moon shapies. This is when it
01:55comes in handy to have a friend. I'm no lefty.
02:01Great job Tor. Great job. I'm gonna work on the glitter science. So what you do is
02:08you open this up. Then you put this cool-ass funnel in and then you're gonna
02:13take what colors you want. Chug, chug, chug, chug, chug. Take this out and then
02:18you're gonna put this back in. Shake, shake, shake. Salon secrets. Glitter
02:23science. I'm loving the glitter that's going on here. I'm taking this little
02:28brush that was in there and I'm dipping it in the nail polish remover and just
02:32kind of going around my nails because I got a lot of polish on my skin. So I'm
02:36thinking of doing something else with the thumb. Maybe like a stencil situation. I
02:42think you should definitely rock the stencil. Okay. So what you're gonna do to
02:45stencil is you're gonna put it on the finger that you want and then you're
02:49gonna dip it in the nail polish you want and you're just gonna go over it. The
02:52stencil is great because it gives you a great guideline to create all the shapes
02:57you want. So now I am doing the final touches to my nails. Adding in a little bit
03:04of this shimmer. It's looking good. I'm feeling really confident with my nails.
03:11I'm so excited to see what this stencil looks like. Okay. Here we go.
03:21It's a little three baby hearts. Perfect. If you were a hand model what would your go-to
03:28pose be? Oh my god this is so difficult. Mine would be a little bit of a step to
03:32do one touch. It would be like... Wow that was really intricate. Mine would have to be
03:38something just very like soft touch of the face like a just very like... That goes
03:43well with the moon, nail polish. Yeah. I think that this is a great thing to get at
03:51the store. If you have a steady hand, if you have artistic skills, this is
03:56definitely doable. It's cheap. It's a lot of fun to do with a friend and I had a
04:01lot of fun personally doing it with you. I had a lot of fun. It was so fun. With
