00:33Our menu is divided into two parts.
00:35We have a traditional part, which we take all our inspiration fully and 100% from my
00:39mom's cooking, and then we have the modern part.
00:42On the modern part, obviously we introduce the same flavor profiles, but we do mix in
00:46all our experiences through our travels, through our life experiences, through our relationships.
02:05The environment here is still true to a Spanish tapas bar, which should be fun, lively.
02:10We still have a lot of communal tables to where people can sit down that don't know each other
02:16and they are able to experience what a tapas bar is supposed to, which is eating a lot of
02:21different foods with a lot of people you don't know and hopefully get to know each other and
02:24interact.
02:24So for us, I think it's the mixture of a little bit of everything.
02:27We don't stick to one form.
02:29We don't stick to we are a high end or more of a lively.
02:33I think what we just try to do is what feels right.
02:36So you are going to get a little bit of everything.
02:38I've got everything.
