00:46something really signature that was shareable. So we started thinking, what is brunch all about? What do people love? They
00:51love waffles, they love ice cream and all these amazing things. So we started thinking of how can we make
00:55this fun and playful and catch style, which is all about sharing.
00:58So we came up with this giant, amazing waffle tower that's really the best way to end your meal. Everyone
01:03has their omelet and their egg whites, and then you get this just beautiful waffle tower with all these different
01:07layers of chocolate, vanilla, and cherry, and maple. And it's just really about that sweet, amazing finish to end your
01:13meal and be around friends. And that's what Catch is all about.
