01:06It's always kind of fun to combine something from your childhood with your growing up
01:10life, drinking.
01:12So the idea with the Hot Pockets was make something, make just a better version.
01:16We're not trying to cheapen our food program, so we're still doing a very involved process
01:21to make, especially our Cubano Hot Pocket, wrapped in a dough that our chef created as
01:25kind of a balance between pastry and phyllo, and all of that is baked and served to order
01:30so people can walk around with a Hot Pocket in their hand, and they're drinking their other
01:33hand, and just kind of feel comfortable, but also have a nice hearty room.
02:08The whole idea of Mr. Paradise is creating a social environment where people can feel comfortable
02:13no matter what.
02:14We've sort of designed it so that everything is part of the same space, everything faces
02:19inward, and we only have a handful of tables, but we're really selling them as communal.
02:24We've already seen a lot of friendships forged, just people sitting at the same table, sharing
02:27drinks, buying shots for one another, and just trying to make sure that no matter if you're
02:33on a date, you're on a business meeting, or you're bringing your parents to New York and
02:36showing them around, everyone's going to feel comfortable in some way.
02:50We'll see you next time.
