00:34We chose this location for a number of years.

00:40When you visit Bar Leather Open, it's kind of a very exclusive feel almost.

00:49You know, it's an office building by day and there's a random six-seat bar located on the third floor.
00:55Traveling to the bar, before you actually enter the bar, you've already started.

01:41What it creates is it creates this experience for the guests, so not only are they just
01:46picking the drink, getting it and drinking it, they are to a certain degree experiencing
01:51what went into creating it, and it just really sets up a next level experience.
02:10The feeling we want our guests to walk away with when they leave here obviously is the
02:15feeling of wanting to come back, but it's almost like a blown away feeling, like next level.
02:24We came to this place expecting one thing and we experienced something totally different.
