00:14Hi, I'm Annie and I'm Christian from Refinery29 and we're back with another episode of Tinseltown
00:20where today we're talking about jet setting. That's traveling chicly but also smartly and
00:25I turn to you Christian because you are one of the coolest jet setters that I know. Don't
00:31let it get to your head or anything but today Christian is going to give us some tips on
00:35how to pack for any trip quickly, smartly and stylishly. So get into some of these products
00:42that we have here. Well I think you need to remember that jet set is not just for chicks.
00:46Dudes can up their style game when they're traveling and the first thing that we have
00:50is this amazing unit portable bag. It comes in a sort of army green and a navy and it retails
00:57for $130 which is really an incredible deal because it holds so much stuff. It's perfect
01:02for a weekend or even for a little bit of a longer trip and it's if you're trying to get
01:07organized there's a laptop case, there's you know you can hold some of your essentials here
01:12or a passport and then just your keys or any loose items that you need to access. This is
01:17really the sort of ultimate bag. I love it. I would definitely steal that for the girls too
01:23so it's kind of like a his and hers traveler. It's more of a his but yeah. It's more like
01:27a hers
01:27and maybe he borrows it once in a while. I don't know. Next we have this dop kit from Will
01:33Leather
01:33Goods. It retails for $135. It's super unique. I mean every one of these is Native American blankets
01:41found in New Mexico all one of a kind and it's super durable. I think you should always have
01:47one packed ready to go. Extra toothbrush, extra toothpaste because you never know when you're
01:52going to sort of get an invitation somewhere. Definitely. I mean I love a guy with a good dop
01:57kit. It says they're organized. It says they moisturize and I think they make good gifts for
02:01that reason. You know give it to your boyfriend. Give it to your father. Hint at something. Give it
02:06to your brother and maybe for a girl too. I would definitely use this. We also have this Toka laundry
02:13set. It's $22 and they're for detergents and they're totally travel friendly so you can bring them
02:21anywhere you go. You can put them in the washing machine. You can put them, you can use them for
02:26a
02:26hand wash. They smell divine and they also make a good gift for someone that you also know is a
02:32traveler like yourself because you can bring them on the plane so it makes perfect sense for if you're
02:38visiting someone and you want to give them a little gift and we always trust Toka for the smell good
02:43stuff. Another item that we have for ladies here is this Danielle Nicole bag and it's particularly great
02:50for me because not only is it metallic and on trend but it's also open at the top which is
02:55perfect
02:56specifically for traveling so that you don't have to deal with unbuckling, unzipping, any of that.
03:02You just pull your laptop out, put it in one of those disgusting bins, send it on down the conveyor
03:06belt
03:06and then you're ready to go terminal chic on trend with metallics for just $98. And then we have
03:14these amazing socks. This is a brand called Etiquette. It's Italian cotton. You get three for $60
03:22and you know I think it's good when you're sort of on the plane and you're getting cozy. It's sort
03:27of
03:27the conversation piece so you might get a little bit lucky. Well, hi club. Probably not. But I think I
03:33can one-up you there. I have a three-piece set from Plush for the ladies but it's only $28.
03:40It comes in stripes, it comes in hearts and I'm wearing some mint green polka dots on my toesies right
03:45now.
03:46I'm a little stripy actually. Seeing as though you consider yourself a packing pro, I think it's time we put
03:53that to the test. We have a 60 second packing challenge and I would really love to see you succeed
04:01at this.
04:01So we're here putting Christian's packing skills to the test. He's going to have to prioritize and putting all of
04:07this into our overnight duffel in just under 60 seconds and to accompany this speedy fiasco we have music maestro
04:17extraordinaire Adam Schatz on Tickling the Keys. Are you ready? Born ready. Are you ready? Yes. And ready, set, go.
04:32Start by unzipping the bag like the method. Khaki. Felicity with the smooch. Utilizing that dot bag you love so
04:46much.
04:53Ooh, pine cone? No. Sock's a must. 30 seconds.
05:05Oh, goes in for a chin. Adam with the chin. Pine cone. Indecision. The jammies. The sweats. Oh, and the
05:19pine cone for the win. In eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.
05:29Fun and time. He has done it, folks. You've both done it. Thanks so much for watching today and make
05:36sure to stick around for more shoppable festive fun on the next episode of Tinseltown.
05:41I'll see you next time to find out here.
