Join me on a walk through Leuven, starting at the train station and heading to Ladeuzeplein, home to the striking Totem sculpture by Belgian artist Jan Fabre, featuring a giant green jewel beetle impaled on a needle.
From there, I continued towards Sint-Donatus Park, followed by a stroll alongside the water, before reaching Oude Markt, Leuven’s famous square packed with bars and cafés, often nicknamed the longest bar in Europe. 🍻
Next, I walked through Grote Markt, admired its impressive historic architecture, and ended my route at Fons Sapientiae, the Fountain of Wisdom, located just across the street from Grote Markt.
