00:00This place has been a core part of my family for so long, I just can't imagine losing it.
00:05If you don't take this money, the banks will close in.
00:08You'll still lose the resort.
00:10And you'll be left with nothing.
00:15Remember when you said you don't really have plans for Christmas?
00:19Oh, I don't like where this is going.
00:21May I ask what brings you to Elk Ridge?
00:23We work in the hospitality industry.
00:26Taya Orchard?
00:27Bradley Palmer?
00:28It's been a minute.
00:30She seems nice.
00:32She is nice.
00:35You know what I always say? Everyone that comes to the resort is special.
00:40Oh, oui, oui, oui, but some specialers and others. Hey, boss?
00:45So you've managed to convince this woman that her business is in a downward spiral?
00:49Yes, sir.
00:50Well, I could ask Miranda to give your books a once-over. She might have a suggestion or two.
01:00But I know when someone's not being honest with me.
01:03Dad, I owe you an explanation.
01:06We're actually here trying to help.
01:07May I please have all of the resort's detailed financial statements for the past five years?
01:18I'll go back to New York in a few days.
01:26I was thinking I would spend some more time around here.
01:28I'd like that.
01:29We're out of winter wonderland.
