Should we expect a big move from the Buffalo Bills?
Transcript
00:00I feel like we could do this every year. There's a show a week before the deadline where we're all
00:04like, private eye. Here we go. No, it's fine. Here we go. Like, here comes the big move. Here
00:09comes the win now play from Bean. Here come the sunglasses and it's going to happen. And I don't
00:15know. I don't know that I expect that anymore from him. And that doesn't make me feel very good,
00:24but I'm being honest. I just don't, I'm not really expecting him to do anything seismic.
00:29I think if he does anything, he's going to trade for a guy on defense that might kind
00:34of help. And is that good enough for this team with where they are, with what, what you've
00:40got at quarterback and what you're trying to accomplish? I don't know. It can be, but it
00:48hasn't been in the past five years. And so I find myself questioning whether we see a
00:54big move, I want to emphasize big, like he could trade for a depth piece at safety or
01:00a guy, even not depth, but like a starter, but not a game changer, which is what really
01:05I think everybody that's talking about a trade wants. We don't care if you get some replacement
01:10level safety, who's going to be 5% better than DeMar Hamlin. What I want is a guy who's
01:14going to pick a ball off in a big spot or break a game open for me.
01:19You want a shiny new appliance, a big, a big deal that requires a two delivery men and
01:27installation. Yeah. You're not looking for some spackling. You got to tip a guy to get
01:31it in the building. That's what I like. I need that move. And that's what it feels like
01:36people are clamoring for. And I don't, I don't know how much we should all be bracing for a
01:42very disappointing thing.
