00:18at less than two percent so there were a lot of things that he did well but prices were never
00:23going to go back down to pre-COVID levels and so I think people two years in are like wait
00:28everything's still expensive this isn't what I signed up for I thought things were going to get
00:32cheaper and that just was not a realistic message to deliver to people and I think there were a lot
00:39I mean obviously everyone when they run for office they over promise and under deliver
00:44but this was certainly one of those instances where you did hear a lot of over promising
00:49not a lot of delivering necessarily
