00:02It was this booklet from Labor that managed to get under the opposition leader's skin.
00:07This document is not worth the paper it is written on.
00:10The Treasurer today accusing the coalition of underfunding its election policies by more than $6 billion
00:17and failing to cost 31 of its promises.
00:20This is the most poorly costed, dodgy liberal election platform in Victoria's history.
00:27I will be not lectured by the Labor government on costings when they have racked up $200 billion worth of
00:33debt.
00:34Ms Wilson repeatedly insisted the coalition's policy costings will be released before the election.
00:40Our policies are costed.
00:41We have costed all of our policies.
00:44Every one of our policies is costed.
00:46But wouldn't elaborate cutting short a press conference after just four and a half minutes.
00:51So we need to see the pre-election budget update.
00:54Our costings are dependent on that being released and that's on the Labor government.
00:58Thank you very much.
00:58Do you know what the cash rate is?
00:59Do you know what the cash rate is?
01:00Why we're not...
01:01There's arrogance.
01:03There's contempt.
01:04They've won the election in their mind.
01:06And what this shows is they're not even bothering to do the basics to get the costings right.
01:11But after 12 years of rule and soaring Stace's death, Labor has its own questions to answer.
01:17There's always areas where we will look back and say we could have done better.
01:20Jess Wilson's small target strategy avoiding any missteps before the election is working according to the polls.
01:28But her refusal to engage fulsomely in press conferences and debates could work against her.
01:34Major party leaders are still refusing to agree on a format for a debate 22 days out from the election.
