00:00I'm Jamie Palmer and I'm co-founder and CTO at Acreous Robotics.
00:03I'm Ethan Brahas and I'm co-founder and CEO of Acreous Robotics.
00:07And we are building the labor force for space.
00:09And our first robot, Joy, is going to the International Space Station next year.
00:14So this is one of the earliest ones we ever built, like cobbled together, 3D printed.
00:19It's a mobile robot. It essentially acts like a drone.
00:21It moves around inside the space station and it has two robotic arms on the front of it.
00:26So this allows us to do a lot of those tasks, doing internal logistics.
00:30So it really just came from the idea of, OK, this is, you know, we need this labor in space.
00:35It's going to be an absolutely huge unlock.
00:37This is a very clear place for us to start.
00:40But Joy is very much a proving ground and a first product for what we want to do afterwards,
00:44which is the idea of going out into these EVA environments outside of these vehicles
00:49and building, assembling and maintaining infrastructure that could have never existed in space before.
