00:23Ang National Council on Disability Affairs ininabas sa kanilang Facebook page ang proseso ng registration sa UPWD IS.
00:33Para naman mas magpalakas ang local healthcare system, ininunod sa ng Department of Health at ng PhilHealth ang Unified National
00:40Agenda for Health, katuwang ang mga lokal na pamahalaan.
