00:00Russian forces have conducted a massive precision strike targeting military
00:04industrial sites, power plants and key logistics infrastructure in Kyiv. The
00:09Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed targeted bombardments against two
00:12electrical power stations and manufacturing facilities supplying
00:16Ukrainian military industry across the Kyiv and Shytomir regions, leaving at
00:21least five people injured. Moscow justified strikes against the North
00:25Bridge over the Dnipro River by alleging its active use for transporting heavy
00:31weaponry and military supplies, causing major transit disruptions in the capital.
00:36The large-scale aerial operation comes directly ahead of schedule bilateral
00:41peace negotiations mediated by the United States this Tuesday following months of
00:46diplomatic stagnation.
