03:20Lee!
03:21Denied!
03:22What a sequence of saves there.
03:24Back-to-back stops, and that is just tremendous goaltending.

03:34Lost his stick!
03:35He takes the hit there, and that stick goes flying
03:38right out of his hands.
03:40Save.
03:41He absorbed that contact, but never lost the puck.
03:43That's not easy at all when a defender's leading on you
03:46and giving you a shove, but he stays strong
03:48and gets a quality chance on net.
03:53And they win the draw in their own end.
03:58Dallas has possession near the board.

04:49What a smart save there.
04:51Not only does he make the stop,
04:53he steers it right to the corner
04:54and out of danger.
04:55Oh, what a save!
04:57That is dark goaltending right there.
04:59A really dangerous look from a prime area,
05:01but it's turned aside.
05:03Slashing the lever
05:04and keeping it out with his glove.
05:08Not long into this one.
05:10Nothing doing yet.
05:11We're scoreless.
05:15Face-off one,
05:16and they take possession.
05:18Quick take-to-take to Schmidt.
05:21Just missed that connection.
05:23Nice deflection.
05:24Can't collect that dish.
05:26A good piece of him there.
05:28Got a piece of him there.
05:31Take-in at the wall.
05:34Harley.
05:35Save!
05:39Picked off by Gunther.

05:47Can't quite connect on that pass.
05:49Crisp short pass to Hintz.
05:52He brings it along the wall.

05:59Hayden!
05:59What a save!
06:02What a save!

06:09Good stop by Vanelka.
06:14Midway point of the period in sight.
06:17No score in this one so far.
06:21The face-off is won,
06:22and they take possession.
06:24Sent all the way out of the defensive end.
06:29The Stars with the puck now.
06:32The Stars with the puck now.
06:33Fox up.
06:36Can't quite connect on that pass.
06:39Now smoothly to McBain.
06:43Dallas settles on the puck in the defensive zone.
06:49Take it nicely there in the defensive zone.
06:52Oh, arm in the air.
06:54Delayed penalty.
06:55That looked like a slash.
06:56He drives the net.
06:58And that's blocked.
06:59He may have just saved one there.
07:02He definitely did.
07:03That's a tremendous effort to take away a real good scoring chance.
07:07There's the whistle.
07:08And here comes the official call from the referee.
07:12Yeah, that's going to be a slashing minor there.
07:14And those are the ones that drive coaches crazy.
07:17When you stop moving your feet and you reach in with your stick,
07:20the official's going to make that call every time.
07:22And that puck is sent out.
07:27Stars have picked it up along the boards.
07:30That's the kind of hit that excites the team.
07:34Robertson.
07:37He carries it into the neutral zone.
07:39Puck goes in.
07:40But we all heard the whistle there.
07:42This goal is not going to count.
07:44So the player's set to go again.
07:47And the penalty kill will resume.
07:49Face off one.
07:51And control of the puck is theirs.
07:57Dallas picks it up along the board.
08:01And that pass goes astray.
08:04The Mammoth have possession now.
08:07Crowds.
08:08Out it comes.
08:10And the zone is cleared.
08:14Dallas comes away with it along the wall.
08:19The Stars power play comes to an end.
08:22And we stay deadlocked with both teams back at even strength.
08:26Time is beginning to run down on the frame.
08:290-0.
08:30A scoreless affair right now.
08:33The Stars take it now.
08:37Take the tape to lead.
08:41Good defensive play there on the poke check.
08:45He's in alone.
08:47Oh!
08:48He missed the net there.
08:50Yeah, that's a hard one.
08:51In alone like that.
08:52And you don't even make the goaltender have to stop it.
08:54Play is stopped.
08:55And he'll take the face off.
09:02Play about to resume as we get set to face things off here.
09:08Draw one in their own end.
09:11Cooley.
09:14Makes the save.
09:16Taken there now by Zergachev.
09:20Gun turn.
09:22Uses the poke check there.
09:24That's a nice defensive play.

09:29Broken up.
09:35Thorn Sound.
09:37Second period ends in a really exciting tilt.
09:40Grab yourself your favorite beverage, some snacks, and get ready for an exciting third period.
09:47We will be right back right after this.
09:52Face off one, and here we go.
09:55And he quickly goes to Kraus.
09:58The mammoth has picked it up along the boards.
10:04Rantanen.
10:05Shot blocked at the last second.
10:07That is just outstanding commitment, and he absolutely wipes out a good chance there.
10:12Poke check by Haskinen.
10:20Johnston.
10:21Say just a piece of that one.
10:24That is a big...
10:26Off the post!
10:27That's the difference between the opening goal and not even registering a shot right there.
10:31It catches the pipe, stays out, and this game remains deadlocked.
10:35Stars with the puck now.
10:37Dishes it to Keller.

11:14Sends it over!
11:16Nice save by Ottinger.
11:18I'll tell you what.
11:19That's a big-time stop.
11:21From the low slot, things happen quickly, but the goalie is ready for it.
11:24Oh, what a save!
11:27Gets the whistle, and he'll take the face-off.
11:31Get him set now.
11:33Face it off and resume play.
11:40Face-off is won in the defensive zone.
11:45Loose puck, and now a race to get there.
11:48And the linesman blows the whistle, and that's an icing, and the play is dead.
11:59Face-off won here in the defensive zone.
12:02That's a big win in the dots after the icing call.
12:04That gives them a chance to get it out and change.
12:08Many people will say low-scoring games are boring, but not this one.
12:11And that one might be the best of them all!
12:15Hit hard!
12:17Oh, not quite.
12:23The Mammoth have gathered it up in the defensive zone.
12:28Stenlund.

12:59Ottinger's been the backbone here tonight.
13:01Just coming up with one important stop after another.
13:04And that's a huge boost for everybody in front of him.
13:06When your goaltender is tracking it like that, and making those timely saves,
13:10it gives your bench a real sense of belief.
13:12You can settle in, play your game, and not grip the stick quite so tight.
13:17Heaton!
13:18Close!
