Quake off US west coast

There has been an earthquake off the west coast of Washington State in the US.

The United States Geological Survey said the quake's magnitude was 5.6 at a depth of 6.3 miles.

The epicentre was 190 miles west of Neah Bay.

There was no immediate comment from the Tsunami Warning Center based in Hawaii.
