Çildan Mekatronik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, 1973 yılında Türkiye’nin ilk sanayi sitelerinden birisi olan İstanbul 4.Levent Oto Sanayi Sitesi’nde kuruldu.
Kurulduğu günden itibaren gerçekleştirmiş olduğu tüm projelerin altında, firmanın tescilli markası olan “ÇİLDAN” imzasını kullanmaya başladı.
Temelini, firma kurucularının uzun yıllar yurtdışında yapmış oldukları çalışmaların oluşturduğu iş tecrübesini; iş ahlakı, iş disiplini, araştırma, geliştirme, kalite ve güven ile birleştiren ÇİLDAN, faaliyet gösterdiği her sektörde aranan ve tercih edilen bir marka olmayı başardı.
Günümüz üretim sektörlerinde gelinen noktada bir mekatronik sistemin oluşturulması için gerekli olan mekanik tasarım, mekanik üretim, mekanik montaj, elektrik tasarım, elektrik montaj ve endüstriyel yazılım gibi uygulamaların tamamını kendi iç departmanlarında, kendi kadrosu ile gerçekleştiren ÇİLDAN; tam bir mekatronik firması olma yolundaki yapılanmasını tamamladı.
Aynı zamanda başarılı bir TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB firması olan ve Dünya’daki gelişmeleri yakından takip eden ÇİLDAN; ilaç, kozmetik, tekstil, gıda, matbaa ve ambalaj sektörleri başta olmak üzere birçok sektörde, Türkiye’de ve Dünya’da ilk olma özelliği taşıyan projeler gerçekleştirdi.
ÇİLDAN, gerçekleştirmiş olduğu mekatronik projelerini, tamamlamış olduğu özel yapılanma sistemini ve alanında gelmiş olduğu noktayı en kısa yoldan ifade ettiğine inandığı şu iki kelimeyi markasının altında gururla kullanmaktadır.

Çildan Mechatronics Industry & Trade Limited, in 1973, was established in Istanbul 4.Levent Industrial Auto Complex, which is one of Turkey's first industrial complex.
It began using the company's registered trademark “ÇİLDAN” as its signature under all the projects realized since its foundation.The company is based on its founder’s works abroad for many years of experiences gained, work ethic, work discipline, research and development, quality and trust.
ÇİLDAN, became a preferred brand, every sector it operates in.Today in the manufacturing sector, a mechatronic system should include; mechanical design, mechanical production, mechanical assembly, electrical design, electrical assembly, industrial software. And ÇİLDAN includes all of thesefacility with its own human source and departments.
With all these, ÇİLDAN was able to become a complete mechatronic industrial company. At the same time ÇİLDAN is a successful firm of TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB and it follows closely developments in the world. Mainly at pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textile, nutrition, printing and packaging industries etc. ÇİLDAN achieves many projects which are new steps for these sectors in scope of turkey and worldwide.
