A Spanish man held in Cuba accused of the death of prominent dissidents Oswaldo Paya and Harold Cepero will stand trial on October 5th.
Angel Carromero, a leader of a youth group in Spain's governing Popular Party, was at the wheel of a rented car that crashed while en-route from the capital Havana to Santiago de Cuba in July.
