Former Royal Marine Ben McBean from Taunton's 40 Commando has taken a 31-mile run through the streets of London, taking a route that forms the outline of a poppy on the London map. In 2008 Ben lost an arm and a leg in a landmine explosion in Afghanistan. Report by Lillya. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn
