PNM Tobago Council Political Leader Tracy Davidson-Celestine says she intends to write to Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley, towards a quick resolution to the present election deadlock in Tobago. Mrs. Davidson-Celestine stated, the issue must be resolved sooner rather than later.
