Former 1MDB CEO Mohd Hazem Abd Rahman told the court on Monday that he had no choice but to sign off for 1MDB Global Investments Limited, a 1MDB subsidary, to take on a US$3bil debt.
The prosecution witness in Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s trial admitted that he did not look at the full agreements in 2013 and only the signing pages were given to him then.
