Following the death of a prisoner with COVID-19, Prisons Commissioner Dennis Pulchan is urging the friends and family of inmates to encourage them to get vaccinated. The Commissioner says thus far over 350 inmates have been vaccinated against the virus, but notes that the prison population will always be vulnerable. Rynessa Cutting reports.
