Republic Bank Limited has come under fire from the Banking Insurance and General Workers Union.
The union says that's because the bank has taken a decision which places unvaccinated workers at serious disadvantage and exerts pressure on them to take the COVID -19 vaccine.
If not resolved, the matter would be heading to Court. Alicia Boucher has more in this report from Morning Edition.
