00:00 A SUV came back to Quezon City after a car was hit.
00:04 We have first news, Niko Juae.
00:06 Alfredo Nabungray did nothing but stare at his car from a distance in the middle of Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
00:16 He drove his SUV back and then hit a car.
00:21 Nabungray and his driver both said that they are not drunk and that they are not fast runners.
00:28 I didn't know that he came from here.
00:30 I was surprised. He was fast.
00:33 I'm not fast runner.
00:35 When he entered, I hit him.
00:39 We are not fast runners.
00:42 We are far from him.
00:44 I was in the box.
00:47 He should have seen me and slowed down on his side.
00:51 But according to a witness,
00:53 he came from a place in Timog.
00:56 He was immediately avoided so they ran away.
00:58 The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
