00:00:00 Yeah, so if you've seen Napoleon or not, let me know. I've heard it's pretty
00:00:04 bad. Did I purchase any tech on Black Friday? I have not purchased any
00:00:09 new tech. I mean it's funny, you know, because it's a business stuff so I could
00:00:14 buy most of what I want but I honestly I have just about everything
00:00:22 that I need. I have just about everything that I need. But yeah, so directors making
00:00:27 movies about entrepreneurs or war heroes just have war heroes yelling and
00:00:30 screaming at people and entrepreneurs yelling and screaming at people, which
00:00:34 is not really a thing in the entrepreneurial world or the military
00:00:37 world. So Ridley Scott, well first of all the movie's supposed to take
00:00:43 place when Napoleon's in his 20s and I mean Joachim Phoenix is like a hoary
00:00:51 moonscape north of 50 so it's really really not good. Really not good. Battle
00:00:59 scenes were well done. Yeah, but I mean who cares about battle scenes? Like I'm
00:01:02 sorry I'm not 12, right? I don't care about battle scenes, I care about
00:01:06 character and history. And I heard that Ridley Scott has Napoleon firing
00:01:10 cannons at the pyramids or whatever it is, which he never did. He actually got a
00:01:14 bunch of Egyptologists in there to record the data about all of this sort
00:01:18 of stuff. But I remember I had a director when I was in the National
00:01:24 Theatre School we were playing, we were doing King Lear and I was Cornwall, the
00:01:29 guy who gouges another guy's eyes out. I got to play a really evil character which was
00:01:32 kind of fun. And he got mad at us for not reacting because you know he
00:01:38 was all kind of really angry because we had these big sort of
00:01:41 internal Marlon Brando deep movie style reactions and he's like "Ugh!" you know
00:01:47 just "You gotta react, you gotta react!" and he literally threw chairs and it's just
00:01:52 like I don't know people think that tantrums has something to do with high
00:01:55 quality art and I think Ridley Scott's one of those kind of guys. Hit me with a
00:02:00 "why" if you do you think Napoleon was short? Short guy syndrome? Hit me with a
00:02:05 "why" if you think Napoleon was short.
00:02:12 Just out of curiosity if you know. It's a misconception right? So they
00:02:17 said he was 5'2" but at the time an inch in France was 1.2 inches in England so
00:02:26 he was actually 5'8". He was 5'8" so he was not short for his time in fact a
00:02:31 little bit taller than average, than normal. So yeah it's just
00:02:37 people have to sort of explain how people become great. Short guy
00:02:43 syndrome yeah like us all short guys end up taking over a third of Europe yeah
00:02:49 all short guys that just is the lineup you want the third of Europe today okay
00:02:53 this afternoon from 10 to 11 30 you can have a third of Europe but then you got
00:02:57 to give right to the next short guy and all that kind of stuff. Yeah no he's not
00:03:02 he was not not a short guy. People just have to kind of explain why it is that
00:03:07 people end up great and they have to explain it with the pettiest of possible
00:03:11 reasons right. Yeah so I don't know hit me with a "why" if you're interested in
00:03:18 review of Napoleon.
00:03:22 "Hey Steph I'm a bit tardy." Well if you had a TARDIS you wouldn't be. Oh boy
00:03:29 there's an old joke. Well it's not a show still running isn't it? Undead Doctor
00:03:34 Who stuff right? English propaganda. "I live in a Napoleonic law state in the
00:03:43 US where am I?" New Orleans I assume New Orleans right? I only know that because
00:03:49 of a streetcar named Desire. You ever heard of the Napoleonic code? So yeah.
00:03:54 "You would be interested in a review of Nappy?" Napoleon? Really? Oh God I may have
00:04:01 just blown my bad movie quota on the Marvels. Gosh I don't know if you've
00:04:06 listened to where the review is you know I did at that. Okay listen if you guys you
00:04:10 guys want a review I am your need pad clad philosophy slave so I will oil
00:04:16 myself up and get myself down to the movie theater so if you want a review I
00:04:20 will I'll give y'all a review. A review. Doctor Who is still going but it's
00:04:28 destroying itself from woke nonsense. Yes yes yes. Strange that Ireland suppressed
00:04:35 free speech and then well anyway it's inevitable right? All right questions
00:04:42 comments I have some thoughts on demonology which I might share but I'm
00:04:50 not trying to be a tease but I am here for you I'm here if you've got questions
00:04:56 or topics that you want you guys tend to provoke me to like the greatest answers
00:05:00 known to man so this is the first live stream I've been able to catch since the
00:05:05 new Dr. Duke video thank you for having him on again it was a great conversation
00:05:09 yeah he's actually he may he may read one of my novels and we'll do a show on
00:05:13 that which I think would be a lot of fun and interesting I might give him almost
00:05:19 that'll teach him oh yeah you want a novel here's 400,000 words good luck
00:05:23 punk
00:05:26 you'd think that atheists would have a little bit more humility when Christians
00:05:36 keep getting it right you know you just have a little humility right because I
00:05:39 think atheists lined up to take the vaccine like nobody's business right
00:05:43 because magic science cult but a lot of Christians didn't and there's no one who
00:05:48 says gee I wonder how they made slightly better decisions based upon the fact
00:05:52 that apparently the beliefs are just whatever whatever right
00:05:56 did you see the trans shooter that was supported in the US I didn't read about
00:06:08 that but I mean there's a lot of a lot of strange hormones around right a lot
00:06:11 of microplastics and a lot of women are both flushing birth control pills down
00:06:17 the toilet or they're just peeing massive amounts of hormones into the
00:06:22 water supply which I'm sure is having some strange stuff on on some strange
00:06:27 effects on people's perceptions so to speak and maybe even their hormones and
00:06:33 so on
00:06:36 I love to typing and I don't want to get started on a topic if you all have
00:06:42 questions or comments because you know I could do a solo show or I can do a
00:06:46 live stream and if you have if you want me to do the demonology stuff don't
00:06:50 touch the receipt paper I've heard that too I don't know about that I I don't
00:06:54 know about that now eggs and bacon are good for you again so we don't like the
00:07:02 nutritional news just wait five minutes beef prevents cancer you know just stuff
00:07:07 like that right so
00:07:10 I just wait for the typing to die down and then we'll we'll get going
00:07:21 yeah I woke up with some wild thoughts about demons this morning
00:07:26 demonology hit me with a deed should I just get started on the topic I don't
00:07:30 want to be too much of a tease all right demonology all right hit me with a why
00:07:36 please if you have people in your life who are consumed by decadence corruption
00:07:44 abuse dysfunction mass problems addictions and so on and you desperately
00:07:49 want to help them
00:07:52 hit me with a why if you have people I mean they could be in your mind or
00:07:57 anything like that but people who are not doing well and you just desperately
00:08:02 wanted to want to help them earlier in the year I asked you if I should propose
00:08:06 after four years and she said yes and we're getting married next year
00:08:10 fantastic 40 brother well done you ford at the river you cross the Rubicon you
00:08:16 snagged the V good job man good job well done I'm sure you will be embarking upon
00:08:20 a life of a life of bliss dedication and and commitment so it looks like about
00:08:26 about half of you Jared what about me it looks like about half of you have that
00:08:31 all right so I was thinking about this I was thinking about this I still do
00:08:42 erupt in random discomforts about people in the past it's not super common but it
00:08:47 certainly does happen and I will revisit old decisions to stop helping people
00:08:54 just to make sure that it was a good decision right for me decisions are like
00:09:01 you know if you yell in a canyon you go to echo echo echo that it kind of fades
00:09:04 away right it just kind of kind of fades away and so for me I make a decision and
00:09:13 I don't know if you guys do this and let me know if you do but when I make a
00:09:16 decision one that's you know we always almost always have to make decisions on
00:09:19 incomplete information right you know we're all foundationally aware of that
00:09:23 like we we all have to make decisions on incomplete information and the most
00:09:27 important decisions are often incomplete right so I still revisit Twitter
00:09:33 politics you know whatever stuff I have haven't talked about in a while that was
00:09:37 most controversial I still revisit whether it's worth doing those things
00:09:41 and when it comes to people that I have stopped helping I revisit the decision
00:09:47 I'm not a person who just you know I make a decision I put it in a vault I
00:09:52 throw it in the ocean it disappears from view I move on and never look back you
00:09:58 know like that sociopathy training video where you always see the guy in
00:10:01 sunglasses walking away from the giant explosion behind him I'm not even gonna
00:10:04 look around I don't care so I make a decision and what I do is I revisit it
00:10:12 just to double-check just to make sure make sure I understand make sure it's
00:10:16 the right make none of the variables have changed and then what happens is
00:10:19 over time like a fading echo the decision drifts away from my mind and
00:10:26 then if I think about it I'm like oh gosh I haven't thought about this in six
00:10:32 months or a year and that's when I know it was the right decision. Do you guys
00:10:38 have that at all? I mean maybe I'm not saying it's the right or wrong thing to
00:10:41 do but do you have that where you revisit decisions and you over time get
00:10:47 more comfortable with them or you guys could be just like one and done made the
00:10:51 decision don't look back I don't know which is better or worse I'm just saying
00:10:53 my experience is I'm a bit of a circle exit guy yeah you really look at them
00:10:58 right Dave yeah it does seem to be a thing and it certainly works for me and
00:11:03 because you're making decisions within complete information you always have to
00:11:06 be aware of new information right I mean the reason I didn't take the jab was not
00:11:12 because I knew for certain it was bad I mean nobody did know right nobody knew
00:11:16 for certain I mean well like maybe the people who did the actual studies but
00:11:22 that just was incomplete information right and so you have to revisit that
00:11:29 right you know if after I don't know a couple of years the jab was like
00:11:33 excellent for everyone's health and the unvaccinated were doing very badly and
00:11:37 the vaccinated were doing very well and there were no side effects and right you
00:11:41 know that would have been information so I circle back and and check these kinds
00:11:45 of decisions so I was thinking about that with regards to people I knew in
00:11:49 the past and I had a kind of like do you ever have this thing where you're sort
00:11:55 of thinking in the morning it's really cozy right I'm under a big big old
00:11:59 weighted blanket I'm like nestled between two elephant ass cheeks dozing
00:12:05 away in the morning and I was I had a kind of half dream half vision if that
00:12:13 makes sense and sometimes when I have these half dreams sorry third dream
00:12:17 thought third vision third thought and those are usually like that's the
00:12:23 trifecta like the triple lasers from the Death Star that and so I have that time
00:12:28 of very great mental and analogous fertility in the morning
00:12:35 and oh so you John you you decide ahead of time but you you go through all the
00:12:43 iterations ahead of time and then you leave it behind whereas I don't okay so
00:12:48 every time I touch base with friends I've walked away from the conversation
00:12:52 screams of the reasons I can't be around them in about 10 minutes or so yeah so
00:12:58 I had this kind of a vision and in the vision I was in quicksand I was in
00:13:05 quicksand and I couldn't get out and of course you know with quicksand when you
00:13:11 struggle you go further down right so you kind of do because you're slowly
00:13:14 sinking anyway but if you struggle and try and get out and and these these
00:13:18 movies were around a lot when I was a kid like quicksand was just like the big
00:13:21 the big thing like I'd watch the Johnny Weissmiller and Maureen O'Sullivan Tarzan
00:13:24 movies and there was always quicksand and it was always the same thing you
00:13:27 gotta get a vine to them and pull them out and there was the quicksand it's
00:13:30 like a cheap dramatic thing that people had in movies when I was when I was a
00:13:34 kid and so I had this vision of myself in quicksand and there was a child that
00:13:39 I loved it wasn't my daughter but it was a child that I loved and the child saw
00:13:43 that I was in quicksand right the child saw that I was in quicksand and because
00:13:51 the child cared about me the child came to help me right it came to came to help
00:14:00 me out of the quicksand but the problem was of course we all know the problem
00:14:04 was that the child was too weak to pull me out of quicksand and of course what
00:14:08 was going to happen to the child when the child came to save me from the
00:14:11 quicksand is that the child would be pulled into the quicksand or would fall
00:14:18 into the quicksand and then you'd get two deaths for the price of one does
00:14:23 this analogy of this sort of setup make sense
00:14:29 good good okay so the child loved me wanted to help me wanted but but I had
00:14:42 to keep the child away from the quicksand had to get the child away from
00:14:48 the quicksand now pleading with the child to go back to move back didn't
00:14:54 help because the child was crying and wanted to help me and wanted to save me
00:14:59 so I had the urge to say to the child who was coming to save me I hate you I've
00:15:07 never loved you get away from me you disgust me harsh horrible right but if
00:15:17 that was your child and the only way you could get your child to stay away from
00:15:20 the quicksand would be to scream at the child to shout horrible things at the
00:15:26 child to get the child because you see the bond it's the bond that's gonna get
00:15:29 the child killed it's the love that's gonna get the child killed because the
00:15:32 child's gonna end up in the quicksand so you have to break the bond to save the
00:15:37 child sorry I don't like that hand-clappy stuff I just realized I was
00:15:42 kind of doing it but does that make sense I had to break the bond with the
00:15:51 child to save the life of the child
00:15:54 so I think I thought back on the people in my my childhood and my youth who
00:16:07 behaved in ways that were inevitably going to drive me away
00:16:13 inevitably that there was they were in a sense screaming I hate you I never loved
00:16:21 you you disgust me you're gross right and that they were in fact trying to
00:16:29 drive me away now why would they try to drive me away if my child or this child
00:16:37 in this this scenario if the child could save me then I would with great
00:16:43 gratitude accept the help of the child and thank the child enormously but
00:16:47 because the child cannot save me and the child doesn't understand the situation I
00:16:54 have to drive the child away by breaking and reversing the bond and I really
00:17:00 really thought this morning that the people in my past with their actions
00:17:06 were driving me away because
00:17:11 they couldn't be saved I could be saved and I was I could be saved but they
00:17:24 could not be saved and they were screaming at me these
00:17:31 imprecations attacks curses condemnations to drive me away from the
00:17:38 quicksand so that the devils didn't get two souls for the price of one
00:17:45 now there's two thoughts about that one is that
00:17:58 you know like I've mentioned this before right so somebody who was very close to
00:18:02 me when I was engaged to my wife he said I'm not gonna bother trying to get to
00:18:10 know your fiancee because you're just gonna get divorced anyway
00:18:14 now that's just to drive you away right I mean this has been the absolute
00:18:22 complete and total love of my life and you know we've now been married 21 years
00:18:27 and I've been through some real roller coasters as you guys all know and that
00:18:34 is driving you away right that's driving you away I mean I once had a wrangle
00:18:42 with someone over an inheritance that the behavior was so appalling on the
00:18:47 part of the other person that again it's just absolutely driving driving you away
00:18:51 right I mean absolutely it's impossible for that to be any other any other thing
00:19:00 so why why would they drive you away or what are you missing or what was I
00:19:16 missing that I needed to be driven away oh it's currently happening you can
00:19:24 certainly tell me more
00:19:27 why did they need to drive me away and the reason that I think the reason that
00:19:39 they had to drive me away was because I was wrong and I was selfish because I
00:19:51 was able to save myself I thought that other people could be saved
00:20:00 in other words I was able to pull myself it's almost like there's me and Bob
00:20:07 right and we both get into quicksand but Bob's quicksand is more watery and
00:20:14 deeper and there's more of a downward suction maybe there's tentacles at the
00:20:17 bottom pulling him down so I get out of my quicksand and then I go over to Bob
00:20:21 to get him out of his quicksand but Bob knows that if I go in it's two for the
00:20:26 price of one so I think that my quicksand is like Bob's quicksand I go
00:20:30 to save Bob and Bob's I get away right
00:20:34 wow that's prophetic Steph what I've gained from being ostracized out of this
00:20:40 world
00:20:42 I mean do you ever get this this thought of this feeling and it's like well
00:20:52 philosophy and virtue and whatever like they're so great difficult obviously at
00:20:58 times but like everything that's worthwhile there's so great like why
00:21:02 wouldn't you
00:21:05 why wouldn't you do this why wouldn't why on earth wouldn't you like the
00:21:12 glories the beauties the joys the depth the magnificent the happiness the humor
00:21:18 the love the affection the great sex like all of the stuff that you get out
00:21:23 of romantic and marital love the the joyful parenting the great connection
00:21:28 with your kids like why like the people who aren't doing this are just kind of
00:21:35 kidding right like they're not serious about it like why wouldn't you why
00:21:39 wouldn't you
00:21:42 now of course the difference I think I don't know for sure because you can't
00:21:50 get honesty out of evildoers but I think the difference is that for me I've
00:21:56 certainly done wrong in my life but I've never done evil
00:22:01 and certainly not as an adult and I've you know tried to do the right thing of
00:22:10 the good thing of the decent thing with you know some spotty results and some
00:22:13 obvious inconsistency but I've never done evil
00:22:22 so the quicksand of course is the conscience right the quicksand is the
00:22:28 conscience if you do wrong then your conscience will take you down
00:22:35 especially if you do wrong by claiming to be good if you do wrong like just
00:22:39 like an animal does wrong in a sense like you you know you just sneak and
00:22:42 betray and stab or whatever right it's terrible but if you do wrong through the
00:22:47 process of claiming to be good right that's that's unrecoverable immorality
00:22:51 because you know what virtue is you just use it to achieve evil I mean you can't
00:22:59 say to a con man but you don't even know what trust is he knows exactly what
00:23:02 trust is because that's what he uses and manipulates to get his ill-gotten gains
00:23:06 right so if you use morality to get and achieve immorality - if you use the
00:23:12 camouflage of virtue in order to pursue and achieve evil well then you're
00:23:16 literally gone and done and unrecoverable there is no recovery from that
00:23:27 because if as Socrates says evil is a form of ignorance okay so evil is a form
00:23:34 of ignorance so when you tell people better they'll do better but if somebody
00:23:39 already knows morality and has chosen evil then instructing them on morality
00:23:44 is only making them better at evil that make sense
00:23:48 that's what Prager says is the only unforgivable sin doing evil in the name
00:23:54 of God
00:24:00 so if you train a con man on the importance of trust he's going to
00:24:10 judo-flip that trust from a virtue to an evil by using the knowledge you're
00:24:15 giving him on trust to further generate trust from others so he can exploit them
00:24:22 more does that make sense
00:24:27 a guy who's very high status who knows that women really want him who uses that
00:24:31 to just use them for sex and toss them aside is what are you gonna say are you
00:24:37 gonna say well you know women really do find you attractive and really women
00:24:41 really do want to be with you and they do want to pair bond with you and they
00:24:44 do want to keep you for themselves he's like yeah I know it's great because then
00:24:48 I could really shaft them that way so to speak right
00:24:52 you
00:24:54 because the conscience evolved to be in group preference tribal but now people
00:25:02 are using it for universal morality which short-circuits the conscience the
00:25:09 conscience for in group preference like just my local tribe I'm gonna be loyal
00:25:13 to them but to hell with everyone else well that's kind of animalistic right
00:25:16 that's like the the lions are tribal within themselves but they're not
00:25:19 tribe they don't have universal loyalty to other lions or to the zebras or
00:25:24 anything like that right
00:25:27 so if you just use your conscience for like in group loyalty and stuff that's
00:25:35 kind of animalistic but it's within the bounds of how it evolved and if you use
00:25:41 your conscience for universal morality but actually follow universal morality
00:25:44 then that's fine too but if you use the pretense of universal morality for in
00:25:49 group preference well that's I mean that's that's a hole with no bottom that
00:25:57 is a quicksand from which salvation is impossible there's no bottom and you
00:26:05 what are you gonna do are you gonna teach people about universal morality no
00:26:08 they already know about it they already know all about it because they're using
00:26:11 it I mean you some expert hacker you don't sit there and teach him how to use
00:26:17 a keyboard he already knows how to use a keyboard you don't say you know it's
00:26:20 possible to hack into systems he already knows how to do that like there's no
00:26:23 knowledge you can give him about computers that's gonna make him change
00:26:31 if he's a black hat right
00:26:40 so when somebody insults you morally
00:26:44 they are lost beyond reason
00:26:48 this is sort of the woke universe and it happens on the right as well but when
00:26:53 somebody insults you morally they're lost beyond reason because they're using
00:26:59 morality to exploit others and the morality is supposed to be about
00:27:04 universalism and universal rules and you know the old white privilege thing well
00:27:07 isn't that kind of racist no whites can't be raised like that kind of stuff
00:27:10 right
00:27:12 Satanism 101 perversion of the sacred evil disguised as good to mock his
00:27:27 creator yeah this is serving as a meta reframe the whole narrative shifts I
00:27:30 think so like that's what I was really thinking about this morning this is why
00:27:33 I wanted to do an introduction to demonology here
00:27:37 you
00:27:39 you know the answer to that question run out of excuses you know the answer to
00:27:51 that question so
00:27:55 hit me with a why if this sort of makes sense and is is useful I know that's a
00:28:06 double thing but hit me with a why if this is useful and comprehensible I'm
00:28:12 not saying perfectly argued but just useful and comprehensible
00:28:17 I think I think it's helpful right
00:28:29 so then the question is why are they driving you away from destruction why
00:28:37 why are they driving you away from destruction because wouldn't the devil
00:28:42 within them want you to join in the quicksand right just like why wouldn't
00:28:50 oh yeah no I'm almost out come on come out and then pull you in right why this
00:28:54 has been a constant thing in my life that when I try to help people who are
00:28:57 corrupt beyond words they drive me away it's a wild thing I don't think it's
00:29:01 just for me I think just I you know talk to a lot of people they don't want to
00:29:07 feel the pain of themselves seeing there is hope when you leave then hope leaves
00:29:10 that's I think that's obviously brilliant I think that's brilliant Dave
00:29:16 and I think I want to make a note of that because I think that's well I agree
00:29:20 with you therefore it's brilliant I don't know but why why wouldn't they
00:29:24 pull you in is Darwin promoting virtue somehow okay try and stay with the
00:29:33 conversation here try and stay with the con I don't know why people just blurp
00:29:37 bleh what does that got to do with what we're saying that's a totally that's a
00:29:43 total tangent it's a non sequitur and what that means is that the conversation
00:29:48 is provoking anxiety within you and you want to intellectualize and distract me
00:29:51 just dismantle your emotions try and stay with the conversation my friend I
00:29:55 appreciate you being here thank you so much for being here but trying to drag
00:29:59 me off into some or distract everyone right this is staying away from the
00:30:03 conversation right just try and stay but I'll you know just hold on just type it
00:30:07 into notepad and when we're done right but I'm either gonna have to like when
00:30:12 you say stuff like that is Darwin promoting virtue somehow it's completely
00:30:15 separate conversation Darwinian Darwinism evolution and virtue is a
00:30:21 whole separate conversation nothing to do with demonology right so what that
00:30:25 means is I either have to ignore you which is kind of rude or I have to
00:30:29 chastise you which is kind of distracting is our biology somehow
00:30:32 promoting virtue see that's the same thing I just asked you to stop doing
00:30:38 that and you just replaced Darwin with biology which is kind of the same thing
00:30:42 oh boy you really are feeling upset by this part of the combo okay I mean just
00:30:46 asking you to manage your feelings because this is a collective
00:30:49 conversation right and if we're trying to sing a song and you come in with a
00:30:53 totally different song it's kind of discordant right we're just trying to
00:30:56 harmonize a little here and we can get to your song but we got to finish this
00:30:58 one right I am distracted right Dave says thanks my alcoholic and stoner
00:31:08 friends don't want the pain associated with me being moral they see themselves
00:31:11 and don't want to be constantly reminded that there are choices I represent
00:31:15 Christ in salvation or morals and they represent constant pain and Satan's
00:31:19 promises a physical high of drugs or pain is the best it can get right yeah
00:31:27 a love of drugs is a hatred of self and of natural right
00:31:33 so why does the devil in possession of the person not crook his finger and draw
00:31:41 you in to the quicksand why pushing people away if you've made bad choices
00:31:51 and are scared of hurting people you might push them away to protect them
00:31:54 because you don't want to experience pain you do right so the idea could be
00:31:58 could be a Catholic say you can be possessed against your will so they're
00:32:05 not necessarily an evil person maybe sometimes only a victim themselves
00:32:11 unlike neocons who are happily possessed so Catholics say you can be
00:32:15 possessed against your will I bet you see that with children sometimes but can
00:32:21 adults who are praying to God and have a relationship with Jesus can they be
00:32:27 possessed against their will Satan only lets in people he can conquer if Christ
00:32:34 is in your heart he will usually leave you be so why in the secular sense right
00:32:40 why because this happens among atheists too right why is it that the people curse
00:32:48 you away from the quicksand exorcists have talked about demons attacking holy
00:32:55 people no I get that but attacking is not possession
00:32:59 come on yeah attacking is not possessing you're moving the goalposts why do people
00:33:08 push you away from a salvation that they can't you cannot achieve why do they
00:33:14 push you away from a salvation you cannot achieve
00:33:18 somebody says no that's not correct every possessed person gives the demon
00:33:25 position permission in some way I think so interesting that in Christianity we
00:33:30 were all born as sinners and need to be baptized how is that relevant to the
00:33:35 question at hand oh man you non-sequitur people man it's tough I'm not trying to
00:33:42 be like mr. conversational fascist here but you guys pretty tough to have a
00:33:49 conversation with okay thank you so you never find out that you couldn't save
00:33:54 them leaves you guilt-ridden ooh that's dark that's dark
00:34:02 interesting I mean make a note of that that's that's very good but you can find
00:34:11 out that you can't save them no it's not it's not let's deaf talk I'm perfectly
00:34:16 happy to have I mean this is a live stream it's not let me talk this is a
00:34:20 conversation it's just I want people to have a conversation that's not a total
00:34:23 non sequitur my neighbor has two rabbits
00:34:29 that's from Jerry McGuire or something like that why yeah so there's a couple
00:34:39 of reasons why and you guys have them down pat so one of them is that there's
00:34:44 an original self or true self or a better self down there trapped under the
00:34:47 demon who's screaming at you to get away right in the original analogy could you
00:34:54 repeat the question I think I've done it about six or seven times so I'm not
00:34:58 going to but so in the original analogy I had to curse the child who was coming
00:35:03 to save me so the child wouldn't get sucked into the quicksand and die and
00:35:08 then we would both die together so
00:35:13 it could be that the idea that there's an original self buried under the demon
00:35:18 who's saying get away get away get away I can't be saved right you know like the
00:35:24 the mom who's blocking the shark from the kids saying get to shore and she's
00:35:28 being chewed up right so there's an original self down there that's
00:35:32 screaming
00:35:35 for you to get away so that you don't die but then the question is if the demon
00:35:40 has so much control over the personality that the person is not able to be saved
00:35:43 how could they get the word out how could they scream past the flaccid
00:35:50 webbing of the demons wings and get to you
00:35:54 could it be that gives them one last excuse when everything else is lost when
00:36:01 they have wasted every opportunity that I can say well I saved Steph after all
00:36:04 but I don't think I mean you could be right Manuel but I don't think that
00:36:07 people ever get to that you may be talking about a real unconscious
00:36:10 motivation here Dave says most people don't want you to break their image or
00:36:14 identity of themselves if they let you in they must say goodbye to their old
00:36:18 life that they're defined by they don't want to do the righteous suffering they
00:36:21 don't see salvation as possible I was Catholic as a child but they got weird
00:36:29 kind of satanic actually don't lol that stuff that's terrible I'm sorry about
00:36:32 that the child is a mirror of their innocence which has since been destroyed
00:36:39 hmm so it could be their original self is pushing you away I can't fight the
00:36:49 demon I've lost to the demon but you get away but again if they had that will to
00:36:54 push you away from the quicksand why couldn't they fight if they can fight
00:36:59 the demon off enough to get the word to you in whatever twisted fashion they can
00:37:02 or they do why can't they fight the demon so I'm not saying I mean we're
00:37:08 deep in analogy land here so I'm not saying this is any kind of it but I find
00:37:12 that answer not fully satisfying because if they can fight the demon enough to
00:37:17 get the word out to you to get away why can't they fight the demon enough to get
00:37:21 saved so I don't know I don't know about that so there's another possibility
00:37:28 there's another possibility which is the demon doesn't want to see you resist the
00:37:35 demon so it's the demon screaming get away because if you resist the demon
00:37:39 that strengthens the soul the demon has power over because he sees somebody else
00:37:47 successfully resist the demon so the demon says get away so that you don't
00:37:52 win against the demon and thus empower his victim does that I know we're sort
00:37:56 of a little laggy here but does that that's another possibility that makes
00:38:01 sense to me if it's certain patterns that I've seen if that makes sense let
00:38:08 me know if that
00:38:10 and it could also be that if they've become so corrupted that the light of
00:38:19 your pure heart is scalding to them like creates pain like when you wander out of
00:38:24 a movie theater in the eye your eyes get stabbed by the sunlight or you know too
00:38:30 much ice cream too quickly ice cream headache so it could be that your purity
00:38:37 gives them so much agony that they're screaming at you to get away so that
00:38:42 they don't feel the pain of you not having been corrupted maybe they don't
00:38:46 know it's a demon within them ie they're innocent I don't know that doesn't make
00:38:50 any sense to me don't keep people around that set a good example it could be that
00:38:56 it could be that and I just right so you never find out you couldn't save them
00:38:59 leaves you guilt-ridden hmm but if somebody's screaming at you I hate you
00:39:07 I never loved you you've discussed me and so on I mean do we really think that
00:39:11 that person can be can be saved so I don't know that that's the case they
00:39:16 don't want to feel the pain of themselves seeing there is hope when you
00:39:18 leave then hope leaves that certainly is possible that they don't want to see the
00:39:24 example like I was reading about people on a weight loss journey today and people
00:39:29 on a weight loss journey their thin friends are very encouraging their
00:39:33 overweight or obese friends are hostile and negative to them they hate people
00:39:39 that are naturally happy they are never happy what do you mean by naturally
00:39:43 happy who on earth is naturally happy I don't understand what you mean are you
00:39:51 saying happiness is not a state that we achieve through hard work and virtue
00:39:54 it's like to me is they hate people who are naturally highly muscular it's like
00:39:58 well you could have the potential for it maybe but you still got to work at it
00:40:02 right a candlelight is not diminished by sharing its flame to other candles I'm
00:40:09 sorry fortune cookie cliches are not at the level that we're discussing I'm
00:40:13 afraid
00:40:15 optimistic I don't know what that means sorry one word does not clarity make
00:40:27 just happy positive optimists
00:40:32 you mean idiots who the hell is a happy positive optimist these days happy
00:40:43 positive optimist have they blindfolded in an isolation tank so never read the
00:40:49 news Jared says that makes sense you being around an uncorrupted and
00:40:52 genuinely happy provokes pain in them but so but the question is when I saw
00:41:01 people who were more positive and happy when I was a kid I didn't hate that I
00:41:05 was encouraged by that so when you say well you being around people who are
00:41:09 going through serious difficulties or whatever you are a happy positive
00:41:14 optimist what you all right we can get to we can get back to that I'll make a
00:41:27 note of that happy positive optimist I think you may be discrediting yourself
00:41:32 around sensible people I'm not saying we shouldn't be happy but just being a
00:41:35 happy positive optimist given that the world is the way that it is that's
00:41:42 anti-empirical it's anti-empirical the world is going in a very bad direction
00:41:47 and it doesn't look like it's turning around anytime soon and it's it's getting
00:41:55 worse so I'm the happy positive optimist you know I think happy yes can you be
00:41:59 positive about some things but you know just be naturally happy and peppy and
00:42:03 positive at the moment to me tell me what you guys think it feels a little
00:42:09 anti-empirical to put it as nicely right so when I saw people who had happy
00:42:14 marriages I was very encouraged by that and I thought geez well that's that's
00:42:17 what I want out of life and that's what I'm gonna aim to get out of life and and
00:42:20 that was all great the demons can only possess people in a way that Christ says
00:42:26 is okay maybe Christ is trying to protect you Satan's minions are on a
00:42:30 short leash the leash comment is what I've heard a number of exorcist priests
00:42:33 say whoo okay they can't have their childhood innocence back and they're
00:42:39 jealous they can't have their childhood innocence back now in the Christian
00:42:47 context right in the Christian context is there not forgiveness for almost
00:42:53 everyone in the Christian context is there not forgiveness for almost
00:43:03 everyone but you have not done evil as a child this assumes that people with that
00:43:09 reaction have done evil yes if you are repentant right so there is a way for
00:43:12 them to get out of the quicksand so why do they drive you away
00:43:16 you
00:43:18 oh the optimist says I have no choice but find happiness in the little things
00:43:30 I reframe yeah I agree with that well you certainly have a choice but Jesus
00:43:35 isn't doing the work the Archangel Michael is
00:43:41 why do the corrupt people drive you away
00:43:47 the demon can get into damaged people through the crack of trauma not just
00:43:55 evil welcoming people to them Catholics say there are different levels of
00:43:58 possession the demon can get into damaged people through the crack of
00:44:02 trauma I dislike that mmm theologically more than you could possibly conceive
00:44:08 of I think that's the exact opposite of the truth
00:44:13 no the demon is in the people doing the damaging to be the victim of evil does
00:44:19 not make you susceptible to the demon I couldn't just I mean I'm no theologian of
00:44:25 course but I couldn't disagree with you more about that through the crack of
00:44:29 trauma no are you kidding me I mean did Jesus not experience any trauma with
00:44:36 betrayal and rejection and attack and persecution and crown of thorns and
00:44:40 dragon the cross and Calvary and crucifixion like no no because you're
00:44:48 saying that if you have you've been the victim of evil if you've been the victim
00:44:51 of trauma then you're susceptible to evil
00:44:57 I mean you could make the argument of course this cycle of violence and so on
00:45:01 but there's that free will choice right I mean I think that the angels got into
00:45:07 me through the crack of trauma so I don't know about the demon thing
00:45:11 Viktor Frankl not a philosopher misery loves company okay so if misery
00:45:29 loves company why did they drive you away from the quicksand
00:45:35 well bad people often raise bad kids who follow their lead yes but bad people
00:45:40 also often well can raise really really good kids like way better than the
00:45:43 average right people drive you away because your presence exposes them and
00:45:48 that's too abstract I don't know what that means that is taught I can vouch
00:45:56 well but you can find anything that's taught in in almost any religion right
00:46:01 I mean there's a lot of different versions and flavors of Christianity and
00:46:04 all of that right the crack of trauma and moral hypocrisy creates the doubt it
00:46:11 lowers the defenses and increases the chance one might allow or choose evil so
00:46:16 what you're saying though is that God punishes people for choosing evil after
00:46:21 they're in situations where evil is done to them first so people who are raised
00:46:26 better have a greater chance of being virtuous and people who are raised badly
00:46:30 go to hell because they're more susceptible to evil is that right
00:46:37 I don't I don't really follow that myself well the ACE score makes you more
00:46:46 predisposed to negative behaviors and health outcomes could that not be like
00:46:49 the demon using trauma to take over yes John I appreciate that but the ACE score
00:46:55 makes you more predisposed to negative behaviors and health outcomes only
00:46:58 because nobody talks about the negative health effects of child abuse the
00:47:04 negative health and moral effects of child abuse so it's like saying that if
00:47:14 you have parents who have I don't know a predisposition to diabetes that means
00:47:20 you're gonna get a predisposition to diabetes no not at all not at all
00:47:27 because if you know that your parents have a predisposition that you have a you
00:47:32 have a predisposition to diabetes what's your goal keep your health down keep
00:47:36 your blood sugar regulated or whatever you do get your levels checked get your
00:47:41 blood work done make sure you exercise make sure you eat well so you end up
00:47:45 healthier because right if you have a family history of heart ailments then
00:47:51 you really really make sure that
00:47:56 you you do well with your health right so adverse childhood experiences only
00:48:06 lead to negative outcomes because people don't talk about the relationship which
00:48:11 is of course why one of the first things I did was start talking about the
00:48:14 relationship between a child abuse and negative health outcomes and dysfunction
00:48:19 and so on so that people can
00:48:22 the people who drive you away want to know that something else that they know
00:48:28 is alien and different will survive and hopefully be successful enough to show
00:48:32 them another way I follow that the people who drive you away want to know
00:48:37 that something else that they know is alien and different will survive and
00:48:41 hopefully be I'm sorry I don't I don't follow that you'll have to rephrase
00:48:46 if the demon is in your heart dictating your behavior of sin then being around a
00:48:54 Christian who believes and is in God's grace will make the demon or person
00:48:57 suffer they don't want you there you're making them suffer demons are afraid of
00:49:01 God mother Mary and Christ so is it that the demon knows that he can't win
00:49:06 against the virtuous person and so the demon drives away the virtuous person
00:49:13 because it's like holy water or sunlight to the vampire it's making them suffer
00:49:18 is that right I want to just make sure I understand that right
00:49:24 they say God's will allows the devil to do his bidding we cannot know why that's
00:49:34 his will it's not philosophical yes he knows you can't win or Christ is
00:49:38 protecting you right rarely anyone admits wrongdoing in court if they can
00:49:44 get away with it right okay so let me ask you this then and maybe you've had
00:49:50 this experience maybe you've had this experience so before driving you away
00:49:56 from the quicksand there must be a luring you towards the quicksand to see
00:50:01 if you take the bait does that make sense like there's a temptation they
00:50:08 try to tempt you when you don't take the bait when you resist that then they
00:50:14 drive you away is it do I have that right the demon sees if he can pull you
00:50:18 into the quicksand if he can't then he'll drive you away but there's got to
00:50:24 be some beckoning come hither stuff first right
00:50:30 to be clear if you are possessed your actions are not considered your own
00:50:35 thereby you do not incur the sin of the demon controlling your body but you do
00:50:39 incur the sin of whatever allowed the demon to get into and control your body
00:50:42 right that that's in right like being a drunk driver you're not responsible if
00:50:48 somebody else spikes your drink or I don't know secretly injects you with
00:50:53 alcohol or something then you're not responsible for the carnage of your
00:50:56 drunk driving but if you voluntarily drink alcohol and then drive you're not
00:51:01 responsible for being disoriented and driving you're responsible for getting
00:51:04 drink and getting drunk and then driving right so you're responsible for what you
00:51:08 did to put you in the negative state but you're not responsible as directly right
00:51:13 what you do in that negative state
00:51:24 so with regards to the ACE score making more predisposed to negative
00:51:29 behaviors somebody says that makes sense these things spiral a bit of my opinion
00:51:32 also my opinion discernible people see the injustice and get angry at the
00:51:36 hypothetical behavior making it more difficult to keep a good moral standard
00:51:40 UPB is a good inoculate on this level right
00:51:48 angels and demons are two sides to the same coin now I don't know what that
00:51:54 means you you're into the DVD sounds deep but there's nothing there I think
00:51:58 there's an element of fear involved evil says you must betray God because God has
00:52:02 forsaken you and sin is the only way to salvation no evil doesn't say that sin
00:52:07 is the only way to salvation evil says that salvation is an illusion and
00:52:11 therefore pleasure should be your goal Josh says being in the quicksand is part
00:52:16 of the deception knowing that people will look at the quicksand bringing
00:52:18 attention and drawing people closer as lookie-loos
00:52:23 st. John V and E I don't know what that means Dave the greatest of all evils is
00:52:31 not to be tempted because then there are grounds for believing that the devil
00:52:34 looks upon us as his property the greatest of all evils is not to be
00:52:38 tempted what I don't understand oh it's a quote from that ten at the quote makes
00:52:46 no sense to me I think angels and demons are too abstract that's like saying
00:52:53 people have no free will I guess you weren't here when I was talking about
00:52:57 this as an analogy right let's see here death came into existence because of
00:53:06 generational sin you can't be innocent of sin yourself you can't be innocent of
00:53:11 sin yourself but if it's generational sin and you're born then you're not
00:53:14 innocent of sin because it's original sin right and also death was a reward
00:53:19 right because you get to be you get to be rejoined with God through death right
00:53:24 so death is a reward to rejoin God right
00:53:29 have you have you experienced from the people who've driven you away was there
00:53:36 a temptation that they offered you first or beforehand
00:53:43 it's saying don't tempt Satan you read the verb wrong
00:53:47 what's saying don't temptation the greatest of all evils is not to be
00:53:52 tempted I'm sorry not helping me if what if the demon is pushing you away just to
00:54:00 get more people to help there by dragging an even greater number into the
00:54:04 quicksand but it's personal Manuel it's personal the people who drove me away
00:54:09 weren't doing it in public weren't doing it in general online I'm talking
00:54:13 about sort of when I was a younger a younger man so it's not that there was
00:54:18 no there was no spectacle that was going to draw other people in
00:54:25 you asked about the initial temptation you must be tempted in order to reject
00:54:32 the temptation yes God challenges you in order to crown you Satan challenges you
00:54:36 in order to destroy you does Satan challenge you I don't think change
00:54:40 Satan rewards you without effort isn't that Satan rewards you without effort oh
00:54:45 you want to you want a great song I'll whisper it into your ear you'll become
00:54:48 rich and famous and have all the groupies and drugs and money that you
00:54:50 want and then he destroys you I don't know that Satan challenges you he
00:54:54 offices you the he offers you the unearned right just the demon I'm
00:55:00 straight underestimate his potential victim or is it more that he can't help
00:55:02 himself so he just arbitrarily tempts anyone that comes across his path no you
00:55:08 think of the demon as a groomer and the demon the demons greatest fear is what
00:55:17 what's what's I mean you can say Christ and this and that but I think the demons
00:55:20 greatest fear is impotence impotence of evil right which is why when you reject
00:55:27 temptation you get a lot of rage from people because if you reject temptation
00:55:31 then demons are impotent because they can't achieve anything themselves they
00:55:35 can only achieve things through manipulation
00:55:39 so let's see here
00:55:45 so demons can help themselves they're very good like if somebody is a sexual
00:55:54 predator and wants to target children he's taking a great risk right goes to
00:55:58 jail and if he gets caught and will probably get killed in jail in various
00:56:01 unpleasant ways so he has to be very careful about who he chooses and I think
00:56:07 it's the same thing with the demons right
00:56:14 when Jesus walked through the desert for 40 days and 40 nights Satan came to him
00:56:18 and offered to save him from suffering but Jesus kept his faith in God and made
00:56:21 it through no Satan didn't just come in to offer to save him from suffering
00:56:25 Satan offered him the whole world do I have that story right he offered him he
00:56:29 gives all the world and everything in it can be yours just worship me right and
00:56:33 that's the unearned right Jesus would end up inheriting the whole world
00:56:36 without having to earn it right the challenge is to reject the unearned yes
00:56:41 the unearned will steal your soul
00:56:45 see here there's a lot of mud in the water these days look at the media it's
00:56:50 ultimately the parents responsibility but there's so much phony virtue out
00:56:53 there makes learning virtue much more difficult yes that's right a conformity
00:56:57 with power has now become virtue and that's the exact opposite right
00:57:03 and why is it that Satan works through the woman because the woman has value
00:57:13 without effort simply through youth and fertility right I mean some effort of
00:57:16 course you got a diet or whatever but that's not really effort that's just not
00:57:19 eating right so women are born with value or grow into value as as young
00:57:25 women and men have to earn value right so the the satanic temptation for the
00:57:30 unearned generally comes in through the female right
00:57:35 spot-on stuff it's why they hate humanity so much they have no power over
00:57:39 us that we do not allow so let me ask you this because I'm thinking about this
00:57:42 sort of life in in the moment which is okay what was the temptations that were
00:57:46 offered to me that I rejected that then I got yelled at to go away oh yeah okay
00:57:58 so one guy offered me marijuana I said no one guy tried to pull me into his
00:58:07 relationship dramas and I gave him responsibility and wouldn't let him play
00:58:11 the victim and then he got angry I definitely have a better marital
00:58:18 partner than anyone I knew growing up I mean most most of the marriages that I
00:58:22 knew as a young man I have not made it like and have not made it in a terrible
00:58:27 way I mean I've known people who've end up in who I've literally known direct
00:58:34 people that I was close to who've ended up in jail over the course of breakups
00:58:38 and divorces
00:58:41 so I think there was a kind of an offer and a temptation take these drugs let me
00:58:53 play the victim and thus infect you with victimhood let me complain let me let me
00:58:59 let me oh like the short guy my friend who's short who's like I'm not dating
00:59:02 because I'm short it's like you realize that you're only here and short because
00:59:07 your ancestors who were short dated and mated which is why the shortness genes
00:59:10 have survived right the women's balding genes have not survived because men
00:59:14 didn't want to bang cue balls with lipstick so anyway but the victim right
00:59:20 I can't I can't I can't I can't be happy without the drugs I can't have a
00:59:26 relationship without playing the victim I can't take responsibility without being
00:59:29 unhappy excuses and evasions and like this this dematerializing unreality
00:59:37 where you make choices and then pretend that you're the victim of circumstances
00:59:42 right so maybe there was that was the temptation I resisted that temptation
00:59:46 and the right the the eruption and the hostility and the all right sorry I'm
00:59:54 going to see here God challenges Satan tempts we get
01:00:00 complacent yeah God definitely challenges what about angels what about
01:00:06 angels yeah ask a slightly more specific question than that happy Friday happy
01:00:12 Friday back are we accepting oculism occultism exists or is this analogy only
01:00:17 I honestly couldn't couldn't care less whatever whatever works for you it works
01:00:21 either way tempted him with contenting Christ's hunger tempted him with pride
01:00:27 approving his holiness and tempts him with the power of the world yeah it was
01:00:30 more than one temptation but it wasn't just the one woman is the man's
01:00:35 responsibility so he wants to corrupt the man from the side door but you guys
01:00:42 know one of the reasons I hate the welfare state right you guys know one of
01:00:45 the reasons that I hate the welfare state I don't know if you've ever heard
01:00:49 this before
01:00:51 so I mean obviously that's there are moral issues and so on but one of the
01:01:05 reasons I hate the welfare state is that by paying my mother the government took
01:01:12 any authority out of my hands I could have said to my mother listen I'm happy
01:01:18 to pay your bills and I certainly did pay some of her bills from time to time
01:01:21 in fact quite a few but I never got to say you've got to go to therapy you've
01:01:25 got to do X you've got to do Y you got to start doing some exercise you've got
01:01:28 to get some sunlight not hide like Gollum in the gringiest dirtiest
01:01:32 ugliest apartment known to man like you actually have to do some things in order
01:01:36 to like I had no authority over my mother because she was being paid by the
01:01:41 state so I couldn't fix her she could you know tell me to F off and there was
01:01:46 no particular consequences right? The abusers want to hate what could
01:01:52 save them because they aren't strong enough to be free. That's all no free
01:01:58 will stuff right? It's just dominoes there I don't think that right some men
01:02:02 have the power of beauty and charm I think it's just more often associated
01:02:06 with women I mean that's an excellent point and I appreciate you bringing that
01:02:08 up and that's a great correction in fact physical beauty tends to work better for
01:02:12 men even than it does for women
01:02:16 Dave says a husband can command a demon to leave his wife or kids a mother can
01:02:20 command a demon to leave a child there's a hierarchy for the lay people demons
01:02:24 respect oh that's interesting demons and narcissists can't handle
01:02:28 rejection once you reject them or their excuses they can't bear your presence
01:02:31 around them right Wow jail even I don't know anyone who went to jail due to
01:02:36 breakup quarrels what are you talking about I didn't say
01:02:40 breakup quarrels I said marital issues marital breakups except one guy who
01:02:47 murdered his two ex-girlfriends and one daughter but it was bizarre and happened
01:02:50 long after the breakup I was a friend of one of the women's friends oh no jail
01:02:54 is ridiculously common in divorces right jail or charges or accusations sexual
01:03:02 abuse in divorce allegations SAID it has its own acronym everyone is tempted when
01:03:06 you practice virtue it's easier to resist habitual virtue can strengthen
01:03:10 you just like how habitual sin leaves you weak right you can't command the
01:03:14 devil out of anyone I think they have to submit to virtue in order to get the
01:03:20 devil out of them right all right I appreciate this education guys like it's
01:03:28 really really great Jesus frequently says fear is not in the new Jesus
01:03:32 frequently says fear not fear not sorry Jesus frequently says fear not in the
01:03:37 New Testament I think a lot of demons feed on fear if you release your fear of
01:03:41 the demon and what it represents instead of pushing it away you face it head-on
01:03:45 address it and then it becomes impotent losing power over you much of what Jesus
01:03:50 taught seems to be about reducing fear and moving towards love and virtue yes
01:03:54 so anxiety is a great curse because anxiety leads to a desperation to do
01:04:01 anything to get rid of the anxiety and that's when the devil says oh well if
01:04:05 you make if you get money or you get laid or you get power then you can get
01:04:10 rid of your anxiety but it doesn't work right so then you trade in anxiety for a
01:04:15 bad conscience and you're toast right let's see here I definitely lowered my
01:04:22 standards as someone when choosing friends I have a pattern of having
01:04:26 manipulative friends when they ask me to do something for them I don't want to I
01:04:30 tend to say yes when really I want to say no because I feel it's easier to put
01:04:33 up with that person's request versus say no and face their manipulative
01:04:37 consequences now that's a family situation you're just recreating a
01:04:41 childhood situation with you couldn't say no to your parents and so you choose
01:04:45 friends you can't say no to is it better for men because they have a longer
01:04:50 window of use for their beauty I don't know if they know why they just know
01:04:53 that it is the case maybe the demons attract others thinking they can create
01:04:57 more demons by infecting them with helplessness and despair and when they
01:05:00 come across an angel they reject the angel because they feel impotent in the
01:05:03 present of uncorruptible angels right
01:05:08 hmm
01:05:13 hmm somebody says a husband can't stop possession only oppression yeah I mean I
01:05:21 don't think there would be exorcists if the husbands could command the demons to
01:05:24 leave one of the requirements of exorcism agreed to beforehand is daily
01:05:29 prayer and promising to avoid evil a priest doesn't bother trying to help you
01:05:32 if you won't help yourself and submit to virtue well I mean that's like there are
01:05:37 doctors who won't operate you only if you continue to smoke or to continue to
01:05:40 drink because you know just wreck the new like they won't give you a liver
01:05:43 transplant if you keep drinking right so so when you think of your own lives and
01:05:49 I know this is a bit of a lengthy question or maybe it's a lengthy answer
01:05:52 did you have the experience of people offering you temptation and then
01:05:59 punishing you when you refuse temptation
01:06:02 in the business world it was money people would offer me money and it's
01:06:08 happened a couple of times in the podcasting world why is our animal soul
01:06:13 evil bro mr. tangent mr. tangent
01:06:22 have you had that experience where
01:06:32 somebody tempts you to join them in whatever nefarious thing is going on and
01:06:37 can you give me an example of something like that so yeah in the business world
01:06:42 it was money it was money do this and you'll get money I was in one business
01:06:48 situation where something had been promised to employees and so I convinced
01:06:52 employees to work extra hard and so on and then some a positive business thing
01:06:57 happened and the promise was not kept to the employees I ended up paying for it
01:07:02 out of my own pocket because I was just like oh yeah you'll get lots of rewards
01:07:07 and your employees will get lots of rewards and I'm fiercely loyal to
01:07:09 employees just as I am to listeners though you guys aren't employees you're
01:07:12 actually my you're my paycheck so don't forget free domain comm slash donate or
01:07:16 if you'd like to tip here we got no tip so far tonight and I think we're working
01:07:20 through some pretty deep and important stuff so if you could tip I would I
01:07:22 would really really appreciate it don't tempt me with the evil of desperation
01:07:27 I'm gonna show my feet again just just be aware be aware yeah I knew a guy once
01:07:33 who was it was demanded that he do something in the medical field that
01:07:39 really went against his conscience and he just quit and started his own
01:07:43 business he just quit and started his own business and massive props is it a
01:07:51 case of people's evil saying you can check out anytime you like but you can
01:07:54 never leave I don't know I mean Don Henley lyrics aren't exactly illuminating
01:07:59 the deep theology of our conversation
01:08:03 exorcism is basically just like shamanism or voodoo or any other religion
01:08:07 based on magical thinking listen I I get the fedora stuff here like yeah it's so
01:08:14 primitive it's like but but let me ask you this have you ever yelled someone
01:08:22 into doing better have you ever shocked someone or surprised someone or raised
01:08:28 your voice in in passion in in enthusiasm and in emphasis and they're
01:08:33 like get shaken out of their hypnotism there and this could be right I mean
01:08:39 I've been pretty harsh with people about weight loss and and so on and it works
01:08:43 it works we'll get back to that so let's see here so no an exorcism is my life
01:08:52 has gone really really badly and there are people incredibly committed to doing
01:08:55 better and they're willing to do just about anything and I'm gonna fight them
01:08:59 with all of the bad decisions I've got I'm gonna attempt to make the case and
01:09:02 they're gonna fight against that case and maybe they can rescue me so you can
01:09:04 look at it as mystical and all of that but and I get that but there's a reason
01:09:08 why it's common across all religions because there is something about other
01:09:11 people's commitment to your virtue that can shake you out of the hypnosism of
01:09:15 evil. Somebody says I've been offered money to stay in jobs get jabs push DEI
01:09:22 etc leaving felt like a weight lifting yeah yeah liberals offering non-counseling
01:09:27 kind kind of works for many yeah yeah vacs are no job etc yeah yeah I
01:09:32 recognize that story in your book God of Atheists yeah drugs said no but it made
01:09:36 it hard to hang out oh you get this with drinking too right?
01:09:40 Maybe you'll loosen up have a drink come on. When I was young there was immense social
01:09:46 pressure from my peers to do things I didn't want to do everyone eventually
01:09:48 gave in to some degree some went further than others I was one of the last to
01:09:51 give in and tried my best to avoid situations where I'd be pressured to
01:09:54 extremes yeah well we all know this about the loose girls who then make fun
01:09:59 of the girl who hasn't slept with anyone yet oh you're just such a prude you got
01:10:02 to loosen up and relax and enjoy yourself and women love sex too and they
01:10:05 just drag them down right? Somebody says they think they've escaped the demons
01:10:14 through their dissociations you remind them that this is false as is their
01:10:17 entire dissociated world they want to stay in the safe worlds they built for
01:10:21 themselves and not come out to fight the demons they thought were gone the longer
01:10:24 they've ignored the demon the more shattering this realization becomes
01:10:27 accepting your help means accepting the necessary fight they're afraid they will
01:10:31 lose postponing the fight keeps hope alive yes back in high school Pierce
01:10:36 from the basketball team invited me to enter a car with a drunk driver to go to
01:10:39 a party said hell no I was attacked for being boring oh yeah yeah boring boring
01:10:45 yeah yeah for sure
01:10:48 are you familiar with the story of Lilith if so what's your perspective I
01:10:53 would have to read up on that I've read it but I wouldn't be able to do it any
01:10:57 kind of justice at the moment so you mean from cheers right kidding yeah so
01:11:04 dissociation evil is a blanking out of consequences right evil is a blanking
01:11:09 out of consequences I mean there are all these Democrat
01:11:14 politicians what is it in New York and they passed this law to allow pretty much
01:11:18 remove the statute of limitations for accusations of sexual misconduct in
01:11:21 order to get Trump and now they're all getting dragged down themselves right
01:11:23 Adams and Guam or one other science I had a boss in the past who offered
01:11:31 incentives if I look the other way in the business world yeah it's being evil
01:11:35 the form of thinking you're a god I don't know what that exactly would mean
01:11:44 you know they've done this experiment on four-year-olds about God right they ask
01:11:49 four-year-olds about God and they say can God do anything yes can God walk on
01:11:53 water can God make mountains float can God turn back time yes God can do
01:11:57 anything and then they say it's really really interesting they say to these
01:12:00 four-year-old kids they say can God make something that is mean good and can God
01:12:05 make something that is good become mean and what are the kids say
01:12:10 what are the kids say when the researchers ask can God make something
01:12:19 that is mean good and something that is good mean they say God can do anything
01:12:24 but can God turn good into evil and evil into good four-year-old kids yeah they
01:12:31 say no no God does not have that power to make evil good and good evil he can
01:12:36 do anything physically but he can't reshape morality
01:12:43 so even kids get you people I'm saying four-year-olds four-year-olds get this
01:12:47 like that hundred percent
01:12:50 it's being evil the form of thinking you're good no evil is dissociating from
01:12:57 the need for virtue evil is dissociating from the need for virtue and we have
01:13:05 that because we have false morals so we have oh violence is bad oh well I've got
01:13:10 to defend myself I have to be violent so I'm going to dissociate from virtue
01:13:13 because we don't have UPB so we don't understand that using violence to defend
01:13:18 yourself against attack is virtuous it is virtuous you don't have to dissociate
01:13:23 from virtue right because we have these false moral standards based upon power
01:13:27 rather than UPB so when you dissociate from
01:13:33 the need for virtue and the value virtue then you become corrupt right it's not
01:13:40 the pursuit of evil it's the avoidance of good which you don't need to pursue
01:13:44 disease right you just need to avoid health right you just need to not do
01:13:49 things right you just need to sit and eat whatever you feel like and never
01:13:52 exercise and then you'll get sick
01:13:56 demons are working towards human suicide they want to destroy us as we were made
01:14:02 in God's image right
01:14:05 you
01:14:07 Steph I really like drinking and it really improves the bond I have with
01:14:13 friends do you really find this objectionable if so is it deeper than
01:14:18 purely health reasons what bond why would you want to be
01:14:23 something other than yourself in order to have a bond with friends
01:14:29 so you become less yourself because drink your inhibitions and your
01:14:35 character are you and drink changes that so you become less of yourself it's like
01:14:41 saying well I want to see better by blurring my vision I want to see more
01:14:46 clearly by closing my eyes so you become less of who you are and you're saying
01:14:50 that people will only like me if I'm less of who I am and I only like other
01:14:53 people if they're less of who they are so you don't like them as they are you
01:14:58 like them as they're not which is drunk they're not themselves
01:15:04 do you really find this objectionable oh I love you man that is such a weasel
01:15:13 word objectionable it's not a violation of the non-aggression principle to drink
01:15:19 but there's no bond with friends your bond is the mutual self-annihilation of
01:15:24 the authentic personality right you're like a bunch of vandals smashing
01:15:29 statues saying we have that in common kids are very intuitive says someone my
01:15:33 son from a young age knew good versus bad almost naturally it was instinct oh
01:15:36 yeah oh yeah for sure what would you say to an evil person who claims that they
01:15:43 do good for the world but the fruits of their evil deeds
01:15:47 what do you mean what I say
01:15:52 that evil can turn to virtue well if an action turns to virtue then by
01:16:00 definition it's not evil it's like saying my particular habit makes me
01:16:09 healthy but the habit is unhealthy it's the opposite of health well if a habit
01:16:14 makes you healthy it's a healthy habit right if you have a habit called
01:16:17 exercise you can't say exercise is unhealthy if the habit leads to health
01:16:21 so if something leads to virtue it can't be evil right I mean that's that's
01:16:28 praxeological almost definitional it's almost tautological
01:16:33 how do you think communism is associated with demons is it a club of like-minded
01:16:45 people or is it a formation created by demons so communism is a giant abstract
01:16:54 falsehood to cloak the desire for the unearned what does communism offer you
01:16:59 oh you get to own the means of production you get to own the factory
01:17:02 guy you get to own the factory you'll get stuff for free you'll you'll be able
01:17:05 to just be a mime or you'll be able to paint vases and smoke drugs and and
01:17:09 you'll get guaranteed income and and right communism is the ultimate satanic
01:17:18 offering because it's offering you things that you haven't earned and in
01:17:23 order to get things you haven't earned great evil needs to be done
01:17:29 not only is it virtuous but one of the highest goods one can do lay down one's
01:17:35 life for another what
01:17:40 lay down one's life for another is one of the highest goods one can do what I
01:17:46 don't understand what are you talking about so an evil guy needs a heart
01:17:54 transplant and you you say take mine and you kill yourself with a note saying
01:17:59 give my heart to the evil guy and that's the greatest good you can do I mean
01:18:03 maybe I don't understand what you're saying but laying down one's life for
01:18:07 another is one of the greatest goods you can do that's total bull I mean that's
01:18:11 beyond bull ah I'll be good in a time in a situation where I must lay down my
01:18:17 life for another it's like you know what's never gonna happen you're never
01:18:19 gonna be in that situation you say the greatest good is something I will never
01:18:22 achieve no the greatest good is just being basically honest in your life as a
01:18:25 whole that's the greatest good someone's saying something false you correct them
01:18:30 something saying something corrupt you correct them you speak truth to power
01:18:33 you do basic good in the world that's the highest good you can do because you
01:18:36 can do that every single waking moment of every single day ah but I'm gonna
01:18:40 wait for a time when there's a trolley problem I'm gonna wait for a time when I
01:18:43 must lay down my life for another you know that's never gonna happen so you're
01:18:47 just posturing that's just empty useless posturing virtue is what you can do
01:18:51 every single day I'll be healthy when my health habit will be when somebody needs
01:18:56 a kidney and they phone me up and they say you're the only match and then that's
01:19:00 not gonna happen healthy is every decision you make every
01:19:04 day you're gonna get some sunlight you're gonna take some vitamins if
01:19:06 that's gonna be what's good for you are you gonna exercise are you gonna eat
01:19:09 well yeah right virtue is what you can do every day don't wait for some giant
01:19:14 extremity that's a satanic thing ah you know when you're gonna be really really
01:19:17 good when when when you're in a lifeboat you know in the middle of the ocean and
01:19:24 there's not quite enough for everyone and you sacrifice jump overboard and get
01:19:27 eaten by sharks that that's oh virtue is later virtue is in another dimension
01:19:31 virtue is is down the road virtue is in some science fiction scenario virtue is
01:19:35 in some mad cap adventure movie from hell oh virtue yeah don't worry about it
01:19:40 right now you want to you want to save up for that virtue that's just gonna
01:19:43 happen on the other side of the world in another life in another dimension in
01:19:47 situations that will never occur that's what you want to save your virtue for
01:19:50 you can only ask out the girl with three heads boy when you see that go with
01:19:55 three heads you ask her out you understand that's just ending your
01:19:57 bloodline right virtue has nothing to do with emergency scenarios virtue has
01:20:02 absolutely not because by the time you're in that emergency scenario
01:20:05 there's no virtue it's just compulsion virtue is about prevention it's not
01:20:09 about cure and anybody who tells you this is I had this thing about the
01:20:13 fucking trolley bullshit that people ramble on and on about and that's like
01:20:17 you're never gonna be in that situation it's never gonna be a real thing it's
01:20:20 never gonna be a fact so it's just saying oh well I'm gonna spend my moral
01:20:23 energies on shit that's never gonna happen and it's just a way to distract
01:20:28 you from the virtues that you can actually achieve in your life like I
01:20:31 don't know tell the truth to your friends tell the truth to you know
01:20:34 somebody who's not parenting that well go tell the truth to that you you see
01:20:37 someone who's suffering tell them about child abuse and ACEs you you see
01:20:40 somebody who's confused tell them about UPB sit down have a kind like that you
01:20:43 can do they could be honest with the people in your life no I'm gonna wait
01:20:47 for laying down my life for another
01:20:51 Dave says I'm late 40s all my drinking buddies for 20 years are not friends
01:20:56 they never were no it's a mutual addiction mutual hiding from reality you
01:21:01 plus chemicals is less you alcohol is a solution only in chemistry right boom
01:21:07 you're not yourself and you're drinking your inhibitions are lowered yeah for
01:21:10 sure
01:21:13 you
01:21:15 you were talking about using force to defend someone from evil
01:21:26 did I say that was the highest moral value I mean the fact that I used a
01:21:36 moral example I didn't say it was the highest moral value that was what
01:21:39 somebody else I was arguing against that being the highest moral value so you're
01:21:42 going to have to listen more carefully my friend
01:21:46 when I was becoming sober quitting pot I had buddies who had to get high as soon
01:21:52 as we got together I learned rapidly it was terrible I wasn't hanging out with
01:21:55 them I was hanging out with a zombie I didn't see it clearly until I was fully
01:21:58 sober oh if you can't stand your friends sober you can't stand your friends
01:22:03 because they're not friends I mean go to a party try this honestly you drink a
01:22:10 lot go to a party don't drink don't drink don't touch alcohol people look
01:22:16 like a bunch of retarded chimpanzees like it's embarrassing if you're not
01:22:20 drinking and you're at a party everybody looks like half a brain-dead idiot like
01:22:25 they just it's embarrassing they look like a bunch of retards it's just
01:22:28 terrible sorry to insult retards but like honestly if if if you can't stand
01:22:36 people sober you can't stand either them or you
01:22:40 you have to save yourself before you can save others I want to write for fortune
01:22:47 cookies it would be so good yeah just tell the truth just tell the truth you
01:22:54 can do that all the time every day I mean that's that's right and if you tell
01:22:57 if enough people tell the truth we don't end up in lifeboat scenarios big gestures
01:23:02 were my parents way of trying to excuse terrible behavior and neglect oh yeah no
01:23:06 actually virtue is a daily is a daily habit and a daily discipline greater
01:23:12 love hath no one than this to lay down one's life for one friends yeah yeah no
01:23:21 that's not I'm gonna wait till I can get a vacation on Krypton at which point
01:23:27 I'll get all the superpowers I need to save all the cats trapped on trees yeah
01:23:30 break it yeah I quit drinking and I realized that meeting my friend was an
01:23:35 excuse to drink more and dissociate he always droned on about himself and I
01:23:38 just zoned out that was the same guy who called me weak for quitting yeah yeah
01:23:43 sober at a party they won't want you there they will instinctively know you
01:23:50 can see them acting dumb yeah so if you're sober at a party the drunk idiots
01:23:55 see themselves through your eyes as drunk idiots and they feel humiliated
01:23:59 right
01:24:01 ah you're most likely lose a lot of friends when you're honest but is it
01:24:09 your loss or theirs boy the word friends is doing a whole lot of work in that
01:24:12 sentence will you lose any friends if you're honest
01:24:18 will you lose any friends if you're honest
01:24:23 will you lose one single friend if you're honest
01:24:30 that's a quote from scripture there is no greater love than this to lay down
01:24:40 your life for your friend don't necessarily agree okay so whoever's
01:24:50 putting that quote in I know that you don't necessarily agree but what's there
01:24:57 is no greater love than this to lay down your life for your friend right
01:25:07 of course you could be suicidal right but
01:25:11 what did people say about that they said it was good or virtuous this is just
01:25:19 talking about love right I mean animals will sacrifice animal parents will
01:25:24 sacrifice themselves for their offspring at times or risk themselves for their
01:25:28 offspring at time that's kind of an attachment we're talking about virtue
01:25:34 you
01:25:36 in a way you could say Robin Hood was virtuous for stealing from the rich to
01:25:41 give to the poor but maybe the greater good was to uphold property rights and
01:25:45 he violated that on a deeper level one could investigate if the property of the
01:25:48 rich was acquired voluntarily and say it's less bad for Robin to rob funds
01:25:51 that were not acquired voluntarily so Robin Hood was stealing back the
01:25:56 produce of farmers that were stolen by pig vicious aristocrats right so just
01:26:05 taking the bike back just taking the bike back my 40 year old friends would
01:26:10 get so drunk and high at holiday parties with their kids there too nice fancy
01:26:14 white-collar suburb families all wasted I would see them a few times a year
01:26:17 after I was sober it was too much the drunk guys being around 10 years old
01:26:20 couldn't be near it anymore they're not in my life
01:26:23 Covid help make the final break oh it's like you ever try to have lunch
01:26:28 around golfers like do you ever have you ever tried to do that or like a late
01:26:32 afternoon meal around golfers they're incredibly loud incredibly obnoxious and
01:26:38 drinking like fish
01:26:42 what does ACE stand for adverse childhood experience the adverse
01:26:49 childhood experience it's a way of scoring how bad your childhood was so
01:26:53 that you can judge your risk factors for various negative outcomes both health
01:26:59 and and societal and legal
01:27:03 all right so you all were tempted and when you resisted the temptation the
01:27:14 demons drove you off right so when you proved yourself to be incorruptible the
01:27:19 demons drove you away
01:27:21 yeah I played golf a couple of times in business and people were like have a
01:27:26 drink and I remember having a drink once or twice while playing golf and I'm not
01:27:29 bad at hitting the ball but I'll hitting the the golf ball but man when I when I
01:27:35 took a beer or two I just I am I can't remember the last time I've had two beers
01:27:39 when I took a beer out there I was I was terrible it was terrible at it
01:27:46 mini golf is fun though I love the vocabulary this community has yeah yeah
01:27:51 yeah absolutely
01:27:54 so the demon drives you away so that he can lure other people yes that's it so
01:28:02 there's a because we just in the dream vision that I had this morning there was
01:28:06 me and the quicksand and the boy by the side but there's a constant flow of
01:28:09 people
01:28:11 so the constant flow of people one by one they come one by one like they can't
01:28:15 see each other one by one they come if somebody's not getting in to the
01:28:19 quicksand with you if you can't take them down with you you want them to move
01:28:22 on so the next person doesn't see what's gonna happen does that make sense
01:28:28 a drink is demonic fundamentally like alcohol is demonic because it lowers
01:28:35 your inhibitions and inhibitions are the essence of virtue and humanity right
01:28:39 oh you're so stuck up you're such a prude you're so inhibited it's like yeah
01:28:44 also called also called not being an animal
01:28:49 pardon me Nagasaki dad dad sneeze so yeah because there's a constant flow of
01:28:58 people going by right and so if you're gonna resist temptation right if if
01:29:04 you're not gonna give money to the hooker the hooker needs you to move
01:29:08 along so that somebody else will give money to the hooker so maybe there's a
01:29:12 temptation you resist the temptation it's like get the fuck out of here
01:29:15 because you're in the way now does this make sense maybe that's what is
01:29:20 happening maybe it's not I just want to save you and it's like no you resist the
01:29:24 temptation get out of here because I need I need someone else who's gonna
01:29:28 succumb to that temptation to be standing where you are well you're not
01:29:33 only you bugging the hooker when she's working but you're interfering with
01:29:37 other people and also like other people who might pay the hooker but you're also
01:29:39 making the hooker look less attractive because if you're saying no to the
01:29:44 hooker you're saying no to the hooker then other people gonna be like well
01:29:46 what's wrong with the hooker maybe she's got an STD or whatever it is right I had
01:29:52 two drinks for the first time in years the other week I was wrecked can't
01:29:54 believe people are out there drinking six packs oh yeah
01:30:02 why did Jesus turn water into wine I'm kidding I'm not trying to start stuff
01:30:07 plus I hate wine right well I mean obviously the analogy of turning water
01:30:14 into wine is to take something that is common and corrupt it into something
01:30:19 that is valuable and clean right because you know alcohol in the past was a way
01:30:25 of getting hydration without the danger of cholera and other waterborne diseases
01:30:30 right because the fermentation process the alcohol the boiling or whatever the
01:30:33 process would often kill off most of the stuff so beer was a lot safer than water
01:30:37 so water into wine is turning the common person into a moral hero it's turning
01:30:41 something that's probably polluted and dangerous and common and useless to some
01:30:46 degree into a drink with nutrition and value and cleanliness and so on right so
01:30:51 wine is not like the boxed wine mom crap now wine in the past was a pure valuable
01:30:57 substance and so I don't drink because my dad drinks yeah yeah
01:31:06 and that's the parable of the loaves and fishes right so Jesus has a huge crowd
01:31:14 and there's only a small amount of loaves and fishes but they keep passing
01:31:17 it along and everyone gets nutrition like they everyone who reaches in
01:31:22 gets the loaves and fishes they pass it along and it's an infinity of loaves and
01:31:26 fishes right and that is of course that when you spread virtue you don't run out
01:31:30 right
01:31:33 that do I lose virtue by spreading virtue do you lose virtue by spreading
01:31:41 virtue no we gain security and and happiness by spreading virtue right
01:31:47 I mean I've lost some money I've lost some security I've lost some safety I've
01:31:51 lost some prominence by spreading virtue but I haven't lost happiness somebody
01:31:55 was I think it was kind of a let me see if I can find it was a kind of a bitchy
01:31:59 comment but I wasn't sure and I you know I try not to impute bitchiness where
01:32:03 there may not be bitchiness but let's see here what did he say what did he say
01:32:13 oh yes somebody wrote on my 12th November livestream Bitcoin update
01:32:23 somebody wrote how are you emotionally coping with going from millions of views
01:32:28 on your videos with loads of engagement to a paltry four comments on a video
01:32:33 nowadays now I chose not to take that as snarky
01:32:38 do you guys think it's snarky I mean it's hard to tell without the tone right
01:32:42 is that is that let me I'm gonna I'll paste it in here is that is that snarky
01:32:49 on a random note the God of atheists audiobook link comes up as a wall of
01:33:03 error text oh thanks I will take a look at that it could be that you need to
01:33:07 copy and paste it into a feed catcher
01:33:10 you would take it as snarky
01:33:17 I think the poultry is is the snarky bit right it's imposter how you emotionally
01:33:22 coping with millions of use your videos loads of engagement poultry for comments
01:33:26 on a video now you think that's snarky it certainly could be it certainly could
01:33:33 be you know you don't have to you don't have to on this is on no rumble hard not
01:33:41 to see the bitchy side so what do you think what do you think the purpose of
01:33:47 that is what do you think that is the purpose of that comment is okay that's a
01:33:53 very interesting comment I'm I'm fine with it I'm just I'm just curious I
01:33:57 think I mean I have my thoughts but I want to get what do you guys think the
01:34:01 purpose of a comment like that is because I get these comments from time
01:34:04 to time and you know whatever you used to be so big and now you're right all
01:34:09 this kind of stuff right to be so prominent and now you're just obscure
01:34:12 and nobody remembers you what do you think that is what do you think that is
01:34:18 what do you think that is to get me back on Twitter to make you feel bad
01:34:25 emotionally coping is a troll yeah self-aggrandizement humiliation put
01:34:31 someone down to try and rise themselves I think it's a bit I think it's a bit
01:34:35 knife I think it's a bit twisting the knife but do you know what the real
01:34:42 statement is there do you know what the real statement is when somebody says
01:34:48 aren't you miserable being much less prominent aren't you miserable be much
01:34:54 less quote successful aren't you miserable being much less famous
01:35:00 what are they really saying it's not about me right what is it about what are
01:35:08 they really saying
01:35:10 yeah to bribe you into getting more views on large platforms yeah people say
01:35:18 oh you make more money and it's like so what this this is really important so
01:35:23 when somebody comes I sort of say that like the rest of it isn't but when
01:35:27 people come at you with an insult like this it's a confession right it no it's
01:35:33 nothing to do with me it's nothing to do with me honestly nothing to do with me
01:35:37 what they're saying is when people insult you but their greatest fears
01:35:41 every insult is a confession hope you get this right thank you for you
01:35:48 Steph thank you very much I appreciate your support so no it's not no it's it's
01:35:53 it's not it's not projecting their own misery it's it's a revelation of what
01:36:00 they couldn't handle right so people people try to hurt you and how do they
01:36:05 do it well if they have empathy they don't try to hurt you but if they are
01:36:10 cold if they're cruel and they try to hurt you and they don't have empathy so
01:36:13 they don't know what really hurts you what do they do well what they do is
01:36:17 they tell you what would hurt them the most does that make sense so this guy
01:36:23 couldn't cope with going from millions of views to a paltry four comments on a
01:36:27 video nowadays of course that's not the biggest platform and blah blah blah blah
01:36:30 blah right so but that's not neither here nor let's say there's only four
01:36:34 videos or four comments on a video when I used to get thousands and thousands
01:36:37 and thousands of comments a day right so I mean I used to do a cozy 10 mil views
01:36:44 a month right so when he says you've fallen so far he's saying I couldn't
01:36:54 stand what's happening I couldn't handle what what you're doing like that's my
01:37:00 worst fear every insult I'm telling you every insult is a confession somebody
01:37:04 says you're ugly right well they're saying that my worst fear is to be called
01:37:08 ugly when people make fun of me for being bald they say they're saying I
01:37:12 couldn't handle it if I was bald or I'm not handling it that I am bald does that
01:37:16 make sense every insult is a confession all they're doing is telling you they're
01:37:22 just handing you a weapon they're just saying well this hey man I'm totally
01:37:25 telling you how to hurt me the most right so he's saying that a loss of
01:37:34 status is his greatest fear a loss of status is his greatest fear like when you
01:37:43 see do you see when you see insults for what they are is a confession of
01:37:47 vulnerability it's you understand it's not about you this guy is like well
01:37:52 you've just lost massive amounts of status that is my greatest greatest
01:37:58 terror the worst conceivable thing that I can think of is to lose so he looks at
01:38:08 oh my god there's only four he used to get millions and millions of views I
01:38:11 was in got four comments on a video that's the worst thing ever now so part
01:38:17 of it is an insult but when people insult you with their greatest fears
01:38:22 they're also asking for help with their fears I had an ex-girlfriend say to me
01:38:29 after I got up early to make her breakfast don't you do anything for
01:38:31 yourself right so he's like so so here's here's the two ways to read that comment
01:38:41 right how are you emotionally coping we go for millions of views on your videos
01:38:45 loads of engagement party for comments on a video nowadays haha right now that's
01:38:50 that's the surface level right a deeper level is how how are you emotionally
01:38:56 coping with going for millions of views to like a paltry four comments how are
01:39:00 you able to do it how can you survive the loss of status I can't I can't do
01:39:05 it I can't figure out how to survive a loss of status death how do you do it
01:39:09 free me from this addiction to status do you see what I mean tell me if that
01:39:16 makes makes sense it's a confession and a plea now the plea could be a trap but
01:39:22 it's a confession and a plea now let's see
01:39:30 now if I had gotten bitchy back right
01:39:43 now
01:39:46 they're telling you how the demon has emasculated them when people insult you
01:39:55 they're telling you how they lost their soul so he lost his soul or lost his
01:40:02 integrity or got corrupted by his fear of low low status does that make sense
01:40:06 his his his greatest terror is low status and he's like how how how how can
01:40:11 you survive this because if you can tell me how to survive this I can lose my own
01:40:17 fear of low status and thus become good because what is the greatest prevention
01:40:22 of virtue in the modern world what is the greatest mechanism by which virtue
01:40:29 is prevented in the modern world if you know that you know the most important
01:40:37 thing
01:40:40 shame I think that's fairly common and shame does what
01:40:48 truth shaming of being different responsibility peers
01:41:08 I'll tell you what I think
01:41:12 the greatest barrier to virtue is overcoming the fear of low status
01:41:22 because that's how they punish virtuous people is destroying status
01:41:30 right destroying status I mean that's what deep platforming is is destroying
01:41:34 status right destroying reach destroying audience income reach sorry I repeated
01:41:41 that so it's it's - if you can survive the lowering of status you can be a good
01:41:48 person if you can't survive the lowering of status you can't be a good person
01:41:52 like that's this is the deal right that's just the deal right from king of
01:41:57 the Jews to nailed on a cross that's a lowering of status right
01:42:02 Christ came here in squalor status was irrelevant no no Christ hinted at being
01:42:10 king of the Jews and the Messiah and he couldn't say it because he would have
01:42:15 been killed directly right he was born in a manger yes but he had the lineage
01:42:19 of Kings come on man this is he wasn't he wasn't a welfare kid he was he is a
01:42:24 lineage of Kings please and he had holy men at his birth site and he had gold
01:42:30 frankincense and myrrh and he had a whole star that followed his birth
01:42:34 humble birth please
01:42:37 so
01:42:43 what's all that about when people insult me but they have people in their lives
01:42:50 who have the very issue they're insulting me about when I point that out
01:42:53 it's met with outrage especially if that's related to somebody's parent
01:42:56 friend partner because they're so insults are an attack upon status right
01:43:02 so I mean what is Satan offer Jesus status right he says my kingdom is in
01:43:08 heaven my status is virtue now do you know why status the loss of status is
01:43:13 painful of course it is right I mean if it didn't work it wouldn't be used do
01:43:18 you know why the loss of status is so painful why is the loss of status so
01:43:22 painful Christ was heralded at his birth by angels yes there was a little bit of
01:43:27 that too right this humble beginning stuff is not really really true thanks
01:43:32 for the great show thank you I appreciate that for the tip if there's
01:43:35 anybody else who wants to help out I would really really appreciate that and
01:43:39 I really really appreciate you guys helping me out with this quicksand thing
01:43:42 so why is low status so painful
01:43:48 you
01:43:50 at lowest a chance of reproduction because power is a drug yeah yeah I
01:44:05 remember when deep platforming was still pretty new one of the youtubers I watched
01:44:08 was demonetized you said demonized demonetized and he made a video crying
01:44:12 and begging YouTube like they were gods yeah
01:44:17 so the reason why
01:44:25 lowering status is so painful is that like monkeys literally are addicted to
01:44:33 status so dopamine is of course a very it's a high reward drug right and if
01:44:38 they've done studies I mentioned this before I think it's bonobo monkeys when
01:44:41 bonobo monkeys go up the hierarchy they get rewarded with massive doses of
01:44:45 dopamine which make them thrilled and overjoyed which is like power junkies
01:44:48 right and when you get when they fall down in status the dopamine was
01:44:52 withdrawn and they go through literal physical withdrawal symptoms right so
01:44:55 status is a drug that comes from the animal does that make sense status is a
01:45:02 drug that comes from the animal
01:45:09 and if you can reorient your system to get joy from virtue then you will
01:45:18 inevitably have to accept a loss of status because it's always status versus
01:45:24 virtue status versus virtue status versus virtue if you can't accept the
01:45:28 loss of status you cannot become a virtuous person because you will just
01:45:33 expose that loss of that fear of the loss of status will be exposed and then
01:45:39 people will simply use that to drive you away from virtue
01:45:44 do you see what I mean
01:45:48 whatever you fear will be used to control you now the only thing that I
01:45:52 fear is corruption and immorality I mean in terms of like philosophy I mean I
01:45:57 don't like getting hit by buses either but the only thing I fear is corruption
01:46:00 and immorality but that's under my control so it can't be used to control
01:46:04 me right so fear is used to control others but if that which you fear is
01:46:08 under your control you can't be controlled by others and status is what
01:46:11 status is an opinion of other people status is the opinion can I control the
01:46:17 opinions of other people I cannot right status is the quicksand oh that's good
01:46:22 that's good James that's very good very good I can't what can I control I can
01:46:26 control my own behavior so my relationship to virtue is what's
01:46:30 important I have control over that and because because what is of value to me
01:46:34 is controlled by me I'm not susceptible to control by others and because I'm not
01:46:38 susceptible to control by others I can't be bribed or bullied into conformity so
01:46:42 I have to be de-platformed like the moment that your value is under the
01:46:49 control of other people you've crippled your free will
01:46:54 so because I knew this guy saying a paltry four comments on a video and how
01:47:07 can you how can you stand your loss of status right and 96 97% crash in
01:47:18 audience how can you and you know obviously income you can imagine right
01:47:24 so how can you stand your loss of status what's he asking for he's not insulting
01:47:30 me he's asking me how I can be good he's saying to me Steph how can I be good I
01:47:33 can't handle the loss of status I can't stand it you can
01:47:39 please tell me how please tell me how you do how do you do it I can't do it
01:47:46 how do you do it I'm trapped in my fear of the loss of status I'm trapped in the
01:47:52 monkey brain I can't be good how are you emotionally coping with your
01:47:57 loss of status just you see what I mean can you give another example please of
01:48:06 what you mean by the moment your virtue is controlled by others and you lose
01:48:08 your free will
01:48:11 well your virtue is never controlled by others so I was probably in precise
01:48:16 about that Colleen and I appreciate the question so if my value is controlled by
01:48:26 the opinions of others then when other people think of me negatively I have
01:48:31 negative value right which is why when people want to bully you they aim at
01:48:39 your reputation in the hopes that if other people look at you badly look at
01:48:44 you look at yourself badly or that it creates such a status loss that it's
01:48:48 agonizing for you which either drives you into conformity to regain your
01:48:51 status or you then flee the arena because being low status is too painful
01:48:57 right now of course if you listen to my history of philosophy series you know
01:49:03 you as a philosopher you have to accept if you're going to do any good you have
01:49:07 to accept that one of the first casualties of virtue is reputation
01:49:13 because there are very few people who are willing to pursue virtue over
01:49:17 reputation so if my value is dependent upon the contents of the minds of others
01:49:23 then people who wish to control my sense of value will simply control how I'm
01:49:28 viewed in the minds of others
01:49:31 now negative status can be dangerous so you have to keep an eye on it I'm not
01:49:37 going oh I'm completely immune to negative status and hostility and hatred
01:49:41 and it's like no that can be dangerous right so you got you you got to keep an
01:49:44 eye on it negative status can be a predator loose in the property right you
01:49:47 got it okay it makes sense right so what I got from that of course I got the
01:49:54 snarkiness and maybe it was snarky at one level but what I got from that was
01:49:57 the undertext right we are all smart enough here to go for the undertext not
01:50:06 the surface shit right so the undertext the undertext is please help me liberate
01:50:13 myself from the demon of status help me out of the demon of status give me an
01:50:21 ally give me a perspective that gets this fucking beast off my neck does that
01:50:26 make sense that's how I took it
01:50:29 Steph do you have to read these comments multiple times to see it or do you see
01:50:35 it really quickly now on just one pass no I don't I mean the first thing I was
01:50:38 like that's annoying and then I'm like no hang on wait a minute no of course
01:50:42 right I mean it's you know I got I got a lot of history of not being
01:50:46 philosophical so yes I have to burrow through a layer or two from time to time
01:50:50 usually usually okay now do you know that we had a conversation right that I
01:50:55 actually had a conversation with this guy I actually had a conversation with
01:50:59 this guy now if I'd react if I'd reacted with some bitchy comment back then he
01:51:06 would have seen that I had failed the test of status right because if he says
01:51:12 to me there's a paltry four comments and I'm like well screw you I'm fine I don't
01:51:17 care right then I if I had reacted with hostility then he would have dominated
01:51:24 me with status because he would have provoked me into aggression by pointing
01:51:27 out my low status no it wasn't a call and it was just short combo back and
01:51:30 forth in the comments
01:51:35 so I responded to his true self not his false self his false self was doing the
01:51:40 status thing I wanted to respond to his true self which is not Steph you've
01:51:45 obviously become completely low status oh my true self his true self is help me
01:51:51 help me with status right now I'm a man I have testosterone I like status of
01:51:57 course right I'm not indifference to status that was nice of you yeah I mean
01:52:03 I it's honest right the honest thing is right so what's the honest thing that I
01:52:08 would say about that what is the honest thing that I would say about that well
01:52:14 what I wrote back was I love it back to pure philosophy exclamation mark smiley
01:52:21 face right so he said how you emotionally coping we're going for
01:52:25 millions of views on your videos with loads of engagement to a paltry four
01:52:28 comments on a video nowadays actually it's seven now oh there's some of mine
01:52:32 and I said I love it back to pure philosophy right that's what I wrote
01:52:39 back I love it back to pure philosophy right I'll paste this into you so we can
01:52:49 see that right active I love it back to pure philosophy exclamation mark smiley
01:52:53 face now that's true that's true right it is true that I love what I'm doing
01:53:01 more now than I was doing before I love the politics I love the current events I
01:53:05 love the world engagement I thought that was great and powerful and wonderful and
01:53:08 an excellent and I'm glad to not be doing it anymore right wouldn't be
01:53:13 having this conversation responding to the subtext right well I'm responding to
01:53:17 the true self rather than the false self I'm responding to the person under the
01:53:20 demon rather than the demon I don't engage with the demon I bypass the
01:53:23 demon why because the demon if the demon has no power to me the demon won't have
01:53:28 power to him see if the demon provokes me the demon gains power right if I
01:53:34 react to the demon then the demon gains power whatever you feed gets stronger
01:53:38 whatever you starve gets weaker so if I if I pretend the demon doesn't exist and
01:53:42 I talk to the true self I'm lifting him out of his
01:53:48 entrapment I'm getting him out of the quicksand does it make sense
01:53:54 want to make sure I'm being clear I I think it's clear but what matters is if
01:53:58 you if you make it if it's clear for you right I've never had it in me to get
01:54:03 sparky snarky with people sometimes I don't even notice it when they do it to
01:54:06 me yeah
01:54:08 okay so how do you think he responded to me saying I love it back to pure
01:54:16 philosophy right so this was a bypass of the false self and a connection to the
01:54:21 true self
01:54:24 I find it hard to do that with people respond to their better self and
01:54:34 interests I admire you doing that would like to get better at it yeah it's not
01:54:39 always my first impulse I'll be straight up with you I'm not I don't have any
01:54:42 sort of magical floating head that is immune to the monkey brain I would not
01:54:46 have made it past the comment right I used to be a server and it was never
01:54:51 ending spiral into snarkiness yeah didn't respond I guess no he did respond
01:54:57 now how do you think he responded to me what a giant cope oh yeah well there's a
01:55:06 steady drip of copium in your veins right so do you think he responded with
01:55:09 escalated snarkiness level up the snark
01:55:14 you have to turn off adrenaline to learn to think clearly on the
01:55:21 confrontation takes practice yeah to some degree for sure
01:55:26 well I will read you his response right just to refresh right he says how you
01:55:41 coping millions of views poultry for videos I say I love it back to pure
01:55:44 philosophy he wrote back it might be worthwhile to do a video on this I'd be
01:55:49 interested to know how you've dealt with the mental and financial blow of being
01:55:53 completely ousted from the town square as a heretic it's a damn shame what
01:55:58 they've done to you your videos were superb and I especially enjoyed the
01:56:01 comment section while we can't get the comments back why haven't you uploaded
01:56:04 your old videos here on rumble
01:56:08 well you expected that
01:56:11 it's magic right I know what I'm doing I'm doing I'll read this again it might
01:56:20 be worthwhile to do a video on this I'd be interested to know how you've dealt
01:56:24 with the mental and financial blow of being completely ousted from the town
01:56:27 square as a heretic it's a damn shame what they've done to you your videos
01:56:30 were superb and I especially enjoyed the comment section while we can't get the
01:56:34 comments back why haven't you uploaded your videos here on rumble
01:56:38 right pretend the demon isn't there and the demon isn't there
01:56:49 I'm giving you like please use the superpower responsibly pretend the demon
01:56:56 isn't there and the demon isn't there talk to the true self and the true self
01:57:02 no longer sees the demon now did I get him out of the quicksand a little bit a
01:57:12 little bit right and I admired his response
01:57:19 no don't feed the trolls no not answering would have been to not feed
01:57:30 the trolls that's ridiculous sounds like a demon to me I don't know what that
01:57:36 means did you just perform an exorcism well who knows right but see what's
01:57:44 under the aggression what's under the aggression is a need for virtue
01:57:51 it really is a shame all those comments are gone oh yeah absolutely absolutely
01:57:59 absolutely now why did he why did he start off so aggressive aggressively
01:58:03 because aggression works for him it's what he was taught it's what he does
01:58:07 aggression works for him and when I respond without aggression he has to
01:58:17 change his behavior his aggression becomes obvious to him like why is he
01:58:22 provoking me to aggression he's provoking me to aggression to hide his
01:58:25 own aggression from himself
01:58:28 he still sounds like he's being an asshole when I read this no
01:58:37 your videos were superb it's a damn shame what they've done to you I'd be
01:58:41 interested to know how you handled it that's all nice that's all he said
01:58:46 he can't say I need he said I it might be worthwhile to do a video on this he's
01:58:50 like he's tentatively speaking more honestly but he would like to know how
01:58:55 to do this right
01:58:57 do you guys want to know how to do it just out of curiosity I can tell you in
01:59:07 like three minutes if you want to know how to how do you escape status how do
01:59:11 you escape the status trap yeah I mean I assume it's fairly helpful
01:59:20 you
01:59:22 it's not a personal thing it's a social thing
01:59:30 would you guys be here if I'd sold out would you guys be here if I joined X Y
01:59:39 and Z large media thing and I was being paid to say things that you knew I
01:59:48 didn't believe
01:59:50 would you tune in
01:59:55 and without getting into names we can all we can all think of a whole bunch of
02:00:10 people a whole bunch of people who have been bought and paid for
02:00:19 without getting into names because it'd be a long list I mean people have been
02:00:33 bought and paid for and that I say this with sympathy it is it a calling or is
02:00:38 it a gig right is it a calling for virtue or is it a gig for money right
02:00:43 authenticity is the metric for whom I watch
02:00:47 so you wouldn't be here would you were always the most genuine voice of reason
02:00:58 in the wild west of the internet era yeah
02:01:05 so I still care about status right I mean I said I you can't get rid of
02:01:16 caring about status because we're humans right we're animals we're biological
02:01:21 creatures and biological creatures need status so you can't get rid of status
02:01:26 this Buddhist thing of have no desires the best thing you've ever done is quit
02:01:31 politics yeah well no I mean I think it was good being in politics yeah so
02:01:43 you are always going to need status
02:01:54 so you have to shift what status means
02:02:00 you have to shift so that your status is quality not quantity
02:02:10 politics is theater no no politics is now brutality politics is attack it used
02:02:20 to be right now it's gone beyond that so
02:02:26 you understand that pursuing quantity over quality is like pursuing sleeping
02:02:34 around over marriage to a wonderful partner
02:02:43 would my wife love me if I lied for money would my wife love me would my
02:02:51 daughter love me would my friends love me would you care for me if I lied for
02:02:57 money and power and reach and numbers
02:03:10 lying for money is so passé or if only it was passé it's currently it's the
02:03:14 current thing I mean I just I know too much I know I won't tell any tales out
02:03:23 of school but I I know too much about what people are not talking about so
02:03:31 all right let me ask you this if I sold out who would be left
02:03:41 who hadn't sold out
02:03:47 if I sold out who would be left who hadn't sold out yeah definitely a few
02:03:59 people but would they have that same commitment to philosophical rigor and
02:04:03 integrity right I mean there are people who have integrity to their own belief
02:04:10 systems and have paid a heavy price for it and I respect all of that but they
02:04:14 don't have the philosophy are there any other philosophers that you know of
02:04:17 moral philosophers who haven't sold out
02:04:28 Oh
02:04:30 there's stuff Alex Jones doesn't talk about no question
02:04:37 how much I'm not trying to sort of pump my value here I mean I I get emotional
02:04:49 even thinking about it how much would it break your heart if I sold out
02:04:57 you
02:04:59 I mean it would break my heart beyond words
02:05:16 you're the best at making simple understandable logical arguments that
02:05:23 are reproducible in the minds of laymen you change so many lives and minds for
02:05:28 the better in perpetuity I mean it would honestly it would break my heart it
02:05:32 would break my family's heart it would break my friends hearts and I almost
02:05:35 completely I mean it would break your heart wouldn't it I mean I remember when
02:05:38 I learned about the some corruption in the in the objectivist circles and they
02:05:42 were just awful right it was just off it would just be awful I wouldn't there be
02:05:49 a certain amount of despair like okay if Steph can't do it how can I
02:05:57 you'd be dead to me no offense meant no I I get it I get it it would be it would
02:06:05 be awful wouldn't it and it wouldn't just be awful for me and and for you and
02:06:10 my family I think it would be awful in general for philosophy as a whole like
02:06:14 the history of philosophy as a whole
02:06:17 it would be terrible so you're just paying me to not sell out so I'm just
02:06:32 making a joke guys I know it's a very heavy topic right it's very heavy topic
02:06:36 but and obviously I've been tempted and I've I've had offers and you know it's
02:06:41 you know I mean what was it Stephen Crowder was offered what 25 million
02:06:46 dollars a year okay that's some coin Joe Rogan what was it 100 million dollars
02:06:55 please just don't please don't leave us out here with the crazy no I won't
02:07:00 and it would it would obviously make it harder for people in the future to not
02:07:10 sell out if I after everything I've gone through and everything that I've sort
02:07:15 of survived and and staggered through if I just gave up the ghost and and joined
02:07:20 the Borg or something like that or you know well this person's paying me X
02:07:23 amount of money and I can get a studio and I can get a guaranteed audience I
02:07:27 just have to not talk about XYZ ABC whatever whatever whatever right I mean
02:07:36 I've been tempted but never seriously like you know I still think about
02:07:38 Twitter from time to time and I'm like no I mean I'd rather not I'd rather do
02:07:44 nothing than the wrong thing like if I if I you know for whatever reason it
02:07:48 becomes unsustainable I'll just stop like I but I won't I won't join. I
02:07:56 personally would tune into either platforms but I joined the ones you're
02:08:00 on because you immensely benefit and improve my life your company is
02:08:02 irreplaceable thank you I've thought about what would happen if you stop
02:08:06 making shows or something happened to you I wouldn't have much left to watch
02:08:09 and nothing that makes me think this deeply. I mean this is completely
02:08:13 one-of-a-kind this is like and and it's like it's not just one-of-a-kind in
02:08:17 terms of the depth and all of that and the other but every show is new am I
02:08:23 wrong? I mean it feels new to me I've always tried to avoid repetition it
02:08:27 feels new to me it feels like every new every show is like a new dimension a new
02:08:32 exploration it feels like almost a new continent that we get to explore over an
02:08:35 hour or two right or two hours or whatever right and you reveal details of
02:08:38 what you've been offered. It was some coin and it was some it was some coin
02:08:45 and it was some some big platform so but no I can't I can't sorry
02:08:54 Steph your shows are gold. It's our shows baby it's our shows every show is
02:09:00 amazing I feel that way I feel that way. I took a long break yeah I did
02:09:08 no I've been tempted you know all you have to do to regain the good graces of
02:09:22 society is turn on your values and attack the truth. Ah so many people lie
02:09:30 for a living you know they don't need one more
02:09:34 no I don't want to talk about what people aren't talking about I know that
02:09:40 that's you know may sound like a cop-out but I do you know one thing I learned
02:09:44 pretty early on in the business world is you have to know you have to be able to
02:09:46 keep your vault you have to keep your vault
02:09:50 the shows are getting better and better deeper more connection more real-time
02:09:58 yeah it's a collective endeavor I may be the meat puppet but the voice box but
02:10:04 it's a it's a Borg brain that's doing all of this right like we're all
02:10:07 sparking off each other and it's a it's a collective effort even most of the
02:10:15 good pastors are full of vitriol so pure-minded people who stick to their
02:10:18 morals and actually say it out loud yeah
02:10:23 I couldn't like I just I I couldn't do that to the future I couldn't do that to
02:10:35 philosophy I couldn't do that to you I mean I couldn't I mean you guys have
02:10:41 supported me you've listened you've shared you've obviously taken some
02:10:44 bullets and some discomfort if not more than some discomfort for philosophy as
02:10:48 a whole but I couldn't I couldn't I couldn't
02:10:57 oh there's no free will no I just I know what the stakes are and the good thing
02:11:02 about having a 500 year business plan is you're not afraid of deferring
02:11:04 gratification you are consistent but not repetitive yeah that's that's fair to
02:11:09 say it's like Queen man lots of different styles of music but almost all
02:11:16 consistently pretty pretty damn good pretty damn good
02:11:20 I wish I still had those playlists from YouTube they intentionally got rid of a
02:11:27 man teaching adults how to heal from family abuse yeah I mean it wasn't
02:11:31 personal I was just in the way of power and I don't know if YouTube has kept it
02:11:36 on a backup somewhere I don't know
02:11:39 I don't know
02:11:45 you're 100% right says John there's nothing like this anywhere to the extent
02:11:49 trying to find this depth and people I can speak to in normie land is
02:11:53 challenging and I find it frustrating how shallow most interactions and
02:11:56 conversations are at times it's like speaking to a different species in an
02:12:00 incomprehensible language I've had some interesting meetings of late through
02:12:04 where people are open to these ideas so I have some hope yeah I appreciate that
02:12:13 all right do you think Kevin Samuels was sabotaged he was hitting on honesty in
02:12:19 cause well he was pretty heavily attacked right he was pretty heavily
02:12:25 attacked and I think he was going through a lot of stress as a result of
02:12:28 those attacks and that happens to a lot of the you know brilliant black public
02:12:35 figures I mean obviously not just the blacks but in particular I think it's
02:12:38 underspoken about how much Kevin Samuels and others get attacked
02:12:43 he drank red bull like water was he vaxxed I don't know
02:12:49 all right any last tips comments thank you guys for a wonderful evening of
02:12:55 course of great great philosophy
02:12:59 yeah he was a great guy but I wish that he had had maybe he did better debates
02:13:06 or more debates but I wish he'd had slightly more competent opponents he
02:13:13 really threw a wrench in the feminisms yeah well until we can get the ladies
02:13:18 back from the state a lot of it is just talk a lot of it's just words I was
02:13:23 trying to talk someone out of cashing in a winning lottery ticket right it's
02:13:26 just probably not gonna work out too well just a lot of words right
02:13:33 all right well thanks everyone so much for a great great evening I really
02:13:44 really appreciate it and we will see you Sunday at 11 a.m. at 11 a.m. and thank
02:13:54 you for the tip Josh I really really appreciate it thanks for liking
02:13:57 subscribing and sharing y'all I appreciate that have yourselves a
02:14:01 gorgeous beautiful evening even without my dulcet tones and shiny ostrich egg
02:14:06 head and we'll speak to you guys at 11 thanks for all your support if you're
02:14:09 listening to this yeah the best part of the show is never walk away without
02:14:12 having learned something new as is the case for me and hopefully my unconscious
02:14:16 will give up another great analogy for a Sunday have yourselves a great great
02:14:20 evening and Saturday happy Thanksgiving belated to our American friends lots of
02:14:26 love I'll talk to you soon
