00:02 - So Greg, we got extra games, right?
00:05 More playoff teams, a little bit different this year,
00:09 but what we've got a ton of right now is injuries
00:12 on a number of these teams here.
00:15 Usually they tend to get overblown here,
00:19 but when you look at what's going on
00:20 with the Eagles right now,
00:21 the Dolphins have no more linebackers.
00:24 I mean, you go down the list of injuries,
00:26 Sam Laporta now is not gonna be available for Detroit.
00:30 How big, it's gotta be baked into the line,
00:32 but how big an issue in this weekend
00:36 do you think these injuries are gonna play for a team?
00:38 Any value in fading the idea that teams are done
00:41 because they're so injured?
00:42 - Yeah, well, Joe, I mean, look,
00:44 Miami's got a lot of injuries,
00:46 so everyone's aware of that going in this
00:48 with a lot of the players on the defensive side of the ball,
00:51 but I think I struggle to look at a defensive player
00:54 and ask myself, are they worth a half a point
00:56 or a point in the NFL?
00:58 The only injury that may be on the board
01:00 that would indicate that to me,
01:02 who maybe is worth a half a point,
01:04 I don't think a point, Joe,
01:05 but maybe a half is TJ Watt.
01:06 That's the only one that I would look at
01:09 and say, if he was not able to play against Buffalo,
01:12 boy, that would be a huge loss for them.
01:14 But that being said, the Bills, to me,
01:16 have not played well for the majority of the season
01:19 to be 10-point favorites against any team
01:20 in the National Football League.
01:22 I mean, I just don't, is there a huge difference
01:24 from Pittsburgh to the way that the Chargers
01:26 played the Bills a couple of weeks ago
01:28 and the Bills were 13-point favorites?
01:29 They barely won that game.
01:30 So even if Watt doesn't play,
01:33 I expect that game to be a close game too.
01:35 I guess at this stage of the game,
01:37 I'm very hesitant to lay double-digit points
01:40 in any NFL game, let alone playoffs
01:42 and regular season, almost never do it.
