00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum, hello and welcome to Surf Excel Presents ICC T20 World Cup Special Transmission
00:05powered by LiveBoy Shampoo and supported by Phoenix Battery.
00:09I am your host, Najeeb Ulhasnain.
00:11The remaining two matches of the day will be the first match between the Netherlands and South Africa in New York.
00:19The Netherlands team always troubles South Africa.
00:23And the big match between Australia and England in Bridgetown, Barbados.
00:29And this is the same ground where the final of 2010 was played between these two teams where England won.
00:36So obviously these are the two matches but we will talk about tomorrow's big game which is between Pakistan and India.
00:44My panel is with me, Kamran Akmal, Basit Ali and Shahid Ashmi.
00:49Assalam-o-Alaikum, welcome to the show.
00:50Wa-alaikum-salam, long live.
00:52Basit bhai, big game, India-Pakistan and there is very less chance for Pakistan to get up and stand again.
01:01What would you say? You have to get ready for this big game immediately.
01:05I have been saying this for 10 years and I will repeat it today.
01:10The best chance to become a hero is between Pakistan and India.
01:14Whether it is from India or from Pakistan, that is the first thing.
01:18And as far as standing and diving is concerned, I will not go for that.
01:23Toss will be a factor.
01:27It will matter a lot. It will matter a lot in New York.
01:30Because, as you have seen, unfortunately, the way America has defeated Pakistan,
01:36toss came in that too, a little bit, not that much, it was a very good pitch.
01:41I think it will come more in this match.
01:43And even though our bowling did not perform so well,
01:47but in front of a big team, we perform well.
01:51And especially against India.
01:53We do it and we should do it.
01:55I don't know where you are doing it.
01:57The record is going very far against India.
01:59If you look at the One Day World Cup, it was 8-0 and in the T20 World Cup, it was 7-1.
02:04So this is very dangerous.
02:06The last two matches that we won in Dubai and we lost in Melbourne,
02:12we were winning the match.
02:14Because of bad captaincy, Nawaz's over was stopped.
02:18So we should talk about the things that happen in that.
02:22We were winning that match.
02:24And Virat Kohli's innings were extraordinary.
02:26Like Javed Bhai hit a six on the last ball,
02:28I still remember those innings.
02:30So as long as Virat Kohli is in cricket, I will remember these innings.
02:34Absolutely right.
02:36Kamran, there are a lot of expectations.
02:38Pakistan has lost to a small team.
02:40To get your fans back on their feet, you will have to win this match.
02:44We will have to win.
02:46We will have to play well.
02:48Absolutely.
02:50Like Basit Bhai said, this is the best chance to become a hero in the Indian team.
02:54There are a lot of heroes in the Indian team.
02:56And they are becoming heroes day by day.
02:58Yes, they become heroes day by day.
03:00In our team, at this time,
03:02the confidence level of the team,
03:04the condition of the Pakistan team at this time,
03:08will give us a performance.
03:10The whole team will be lifted.
03:12If one team wins, the whole team will be lifted.
03:14So I think,
03:16I have to win this match.
03:18I have to reduce the debt by 50%.
03:22That will only happen if we play good cricket.
03:24We have to become better than India.
03:26And the planning should be good.
03:28The game awareness should be good.
03:30We have to clean our stains.
03:32The players get a chance to learn.
03:34You are talking about Melbourne.
03:36He was on target till the first three balls.
03:38He was bowling very well.
03:40He made the fourth ball waist high,
03:42which was not a no-ball.
03:44The umpire gave a no-ball.
03:46He had a chance on the last ball,
03:48when Ashwin was in front.
03:50He made it wide and gave one more run.
03:52He had to save two runs.
03:54We will talk about this later.
03:56Glad to have you back once again to our special transmission.
03:58Before going on the break,
04:00we were talking about the Pakistan-India match.
04:02Mr. Shahid was telling us
04:04that we have to raise our morale.
04:06We have to get ready for a big match.
04:08Forget what happened in Dallas.
04:10We are in New York now.
04:12It's a new ground.
04:14It's a new city.
04:16It's a good city.
04:18If Pakistan wins the toss,
04:20it will benefit Pakistan to a great extent.
04:22Show aggression.
04:24Have self-belief.
04:26Show that aggression.
04:28Tea is fantastic.
04:30How far is the hotel in New York?
04:32It has been changed.
04:34It's about 14-15 minutes away.
04:36The chairman expressed his concern
04:38that it shouldn't be too far.
04:40The chairman is also in America.
04:42As you said,
04:44it's a new place.
04:46The fans will have a new behavior.
04:48The Indian fans
04:50surrounded Shahid Afridi
04:52and made fun of him.
04:54They told him to treat Kohli and Rohit as his friends
04:56and not to bowl dangerously.
04:58I don't want to bowl.
05:02I don't want to bowl.
05:04Treat Kohli and Rohit as your friends.
05:14I am taking care of him.
05:16I don't want to bowl.
05:22Treat Kohli and Rohit as your friends.
05:28Fantastic pitchers.
05:30I said, don't bowl well, think of Rohit and Virat as your friends, but when the match starts,
05:36everyone will forget everything, and the real competition there will be fun.
05:40That's exactly how it is. And anyway, fans meet anywhere who understand cricket very politely,
05:45with a lot of laughter and jokes, and Indian fans have always given a lot of respect to Pakistan's cricketers.
05:51It feels good, we meet them too. But the thing is, if you have a match with India,
05:57it's okay, our confidence has gone down, but it's the only India-Pakistan match in the world.
06:02Whether India is losing confidence, or Pakistan is losing confidence,
06:07on that day, both are equal.
06:09Exactly.
06:10You can see the fight. So I think we should keep that in mind.
06:13The fast is over, the 6th is over, now the 9th will start tomorrow.
06:18So according to that, make your game plan, play positive cricket.
06:23The mistakes you've made against the USA, even if you forget the last 4-5 points,
06:28not just the USA, but for the last 4-5 years.
06:30Think about how you want to take cricket forward.
06:33Do you want to play good cricket, or just average cricket?
06:37So it depends on the team.
06:39Absolutely right.
06:40Basit bhai, we don't have much time, there are a lot of mistakes,
06:44it will take a lot of time to fix this team.
06:46But are there any key factors that you can focus on now, before the big game?
06:53Do we have less time, or the team?
06:55No, I'm saying the team has less time.
06:57Look, the biggest thing is, like you said about the sign,
07:00the public loves like this.
07:03Whether it's India's or ours.
07:05Whether it's Pakistan's, absolutely right.
07:07The conflicts between each other should go away, love should be shared.
07:11Whether it goes from us, or from there.
07:13The game is always about unity.
07:16That's my message.
07:18And as far as the Pakistan-India match is concerned,
07:21do you know what was processed for the ground yesterday?
07:25No plane will go from above.
07:27Security.
07:29Because of security.
07:30No plane will go from above.
07:32Yes, confirm this.
07:34Kamran wants to add something to this.
07:36Yes Kamran, what were you thinking?
07:39No, this is the standard of the Pakistan-India match.
07:43The world says that the axis is very big.
07:45I want to say that there is nothing bigger than the Pakistan-India match.
07:50Whether our road is deserted, or India's road is deserted.
07:53It will definitely be deserted.
07:55India-Pakistan match is the life of the World Cup.
07:57Of course.
07:58Even in the letter series.
07:59No, but obviously everyone knows about the World Cup big event.
08:02After 2012-2013, there are no matches.
08:04There are no letter series.
08:06You can only see them in the ICC events.
08:08This is the only match.
08:09That's why there is a lot of hype for this match.
08:11There is always a lot of hype.
08:12And Mr. Shahid,
08:13You see, the plane has stopped passing.
08:16Yes.
08:17He is saying that where there are roads, there is sky.
08:19No, no.
08:20You are a media person.
08:23You should have news.
08:24Yes, of course.
08:25You don't have us.
08:26It's a big thing.
08:27I think you should come to my place.
08:29I will come to your place.
08:30My attention is on the ground.
08:31You are thinking about the sky.
08:32You don't know anything.
08:34There is a news that Mehran Mumtaz,
08:37Yes, this is the biggest news.
08:39He has been asked to get ready.
08:40He has been asked to get ready.
08:42Will he play?
08:43Pakistan will have to get it endorsed by the technical committee first.
08:48That we have a player injured.
08:49Till now, the village has not been settled.
08:51Thieves have come.
08:52All this is going on.
08:54If something like this happens,
08:55We will tell the technical committee first.
08:57That we have a player injured.
08:59And we have to bring him to his place.
09:01When the injury assessment is done,
09:03After that, you will announce the name.
09:05It will take two to three days.
09:07This is not happening in Dubai.
09:09I mean, look at tomorrow's match.
09:11If we win, then we will take the replacement.
09:13The first thing is this.
09:14The second one is being sent.
09:15The one who is kept,
09:16I am feeding him first.
09:17Why have you kept him?
09:18What is the purpose of keeping him?
09:19Who is he to take the decision?
09:21If any replacement can go,
09:23Don't think that the left arm will go.
09:25The left arm will go.
09:26You send Osama Mir.
09:27Osama Mir should go.
09:28With whom you have done injustice.
09:29With whom you have done injustice.
09:30And he is in England.
09:33Who is taking the decision?
09:35Who is throwing the decision in the market?
09:39I don't understand.
09:41Who has left this news?
09:43Who has left?
09:44Osama Mir.
09:45Osama Mir.
09:46Without making so much noise,
09:49Will bring one from outside.
09:51I don't understand.
09:53There is one thing.
09:54Let me come to the match.
09:56In Pakistan and India,
09:58We lost the match badly yesterday.
10:01This will not happen in Zahind tomorrow.
10:03This will happen in Zahind.
10:04It is a match from India.
10:05And this is a good thing for Pakistan.
10:07Focus is on India.
10:09What happened earlier,
10:10Yes, if it was not from India,
10:12And from Ireland,
10:13I would have said that this will happen in Zahind.
10:15We don't want to lose to them now.
10:17Now it will not happen in front of India.
10:19In front of India,
10:20Properly,
10:21With full strength,
10:22With full planning,
10:23And should go with full focus.
10:25Let's take a break here.
10:26We will continue the discussion.
10:27Stay with us.
10:28Glad to have you back to a special transmission.
10:30Let's go to Mr. Shahid.
10:31Mr. Shahid,
10:32What is happening now,
10:33About India-Pakistan matches,
10:35You always remind us of a stat,
10:38Which makes us sad.
10:39Pakistan has not scored 200 in a T20 match,
10:44In 44 matches.
10:46And,
10:47From September 2022,
10:49We scored 200.
10:5022 September.
10:5122 September.
10:52Do you remember the date?
10:53It was made in Karachi.
10:54And you check the difference.
10:55The stat will also appear on the screen.
10:57On the one hand,
10:58We told you about Pakistan's 200.
11:00And on the other hand,
11:01If you look at India's,
11:03They have done this 9 times,
11:05In the same time frame.
11:07And,
11:08Overall,
11:0923 times.
11:10The most.
11:11The most.
11:12Their batting is seen on a different platform.
11:13It is seen on a different planet.
11:14The pitch on which USA was batting,
11:16And Pakistan was batting on some other pitch,
11:18Until we don't change our style,
11:20Until we don't bring aggression in our batting,
11:23It will be very difficult.
11:24First,
11:25You show aggression.
11:26Second,
11:27Virat Kohli,
11:28In the last 5 matches of T20 World Cup,
11:31In 3 matches,
11:32He was the man of the match.
11:33And,
11:34Whatever his performance is,
11:35You have to out him quickly.
11:36And,
11:37The main thing is,
11:38You have to show aggression,
11:39If you want to win the match.
11:40Kohli's stats,
11:41As Shahid Bhai said,
11:42They will also appear on your screen.
11:44And,
11:45All these performances,
11:46In 2012,
11:47In Colombo,
11:48He played 78 not out innings.
11:51Then,
11:52In Mirpur,
11:53In 2014,
11:5436 were very important.
11:55Then,
11:56In 2016,
11:57In Kolkata,
11:5855 were very important.
11:59In 2021,
12:00In Dubai,
12:0157 runs,
12:0257 runs,
12:03Very good innings.
12:04And then,
12:05In Melbourne,
12:06Which,
12:07This is the only match of 57,
12:08Which India has lost.
12:09Yes,
12:10We have won.
12:11In the rest,
12:12In the rest,
12:13We have won by chasing.
12:14We have won by chasing.
12:15And,
12:16The 82 runs,
12:17Which,
12:18Basit Bhai just reminded us,
12:19And,
12:20In the 78 runs,
12:21In not out,
