00:00Thank you so much for watching Riff TV.
00:02Now, this interview is obviously with video, but I don't interview everybody on Zoom.
00:07That's why I put it on my Talkin' Rock with Meltdown podcast.
00:10We talk to rock artists from all over the genre.
00:13So check out Talkin' Rock with Meltdown wherever you get your podcasts.
00:16And now, to today's video interview.
00:21AC, first things first, my good friend Don Jameson says hello.
00:25Yes, Don is the best.
00:27Yeah, Don's great.
00:28I go way back with Don, but just a super good dude.
00:32I saw you talk to him recently.
00:33Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:34We were at the Rob Zombie show together.
00:38That's right.
00:39Yeah, and then I was on his show as well.
00:42Yeah, so that was the night that Peter Criss came out, correct?
00:45It was.
00:47Yeah, I think I saw that on your Instagram.
00:49Was that the picture you took with Peter Criss?
00:51Was it that night?
00:52Yeah, yeah.
00:53And it worked out perfectly because I have a coffee company called Cat Fight Coffee.
00:57Right.
00:58And I had a couple extra bags.
00:59I was like, the Cat Man's got to have some cat fight.
01:01I love coffee.
01:04Yeah, John Five's a good friend of mine, too.
01:06And I know that John is always excited when the Kiss guys show up.
01:09Yes, he was over the moon.
01:10Yeah, no doubt about it.
01:12I didn't get a chance to see Rob Zombie this year, but that's right in your wheelhouse, I'm sure, right?
01:15Yeah, I mean, the thing that, I mean, so many things impressed me, but Rob's energy on stage, dude, like he, I don't know if he's been working out or what.
01:28I mean, he's always had a lot of energy, but now he is like, I don't know if he's doing like, you know, Zumba classes or whatever the fuck they are.
01:37Oh, can I curse?
01:38Yeah, you're fine.
01:39Yeah.
01:39But his energy is just nonstop the whole show.
01:44Yeah, no doubt.
01:45It said vegan workout routine or whatever he does, but his shows are awesome.
01:52And of course, you and Piggy are good friends, right?
01:54Yes, yeah, yeah.
01:55We toured together in a band called Amen.
01:59Really?
01:59What was that?
02:00That would have been 2004, I think.
02:04Okay, that was a while ago, too, yeah.
02:05Yeah, and we played, I think, St. Andrews Hall with Brides of Destruction.
02:11Oh, yeah.
02:12Okay.
02:12Sorry, Detroit guy, so.
02:15Yeah.
02:15Yeah.
02:16Yeah, they just had to replace the floor in that place.
02:18I don't know if you heard about that.
02:19There was a rap band playing.
02:20The floor was actually buckling, so they had to close down for like six months.
02:26Man, my friend Tony from a Detroit band called the Trash Brats.
02:31He worked there.
02:32Yeah.
02:33Awesome, dude.
02:34It's crazy.
02:34I've never met or talked to you, but there's all these intertwining connections that we
02:38seem to have here, but yeah, so it's really cool, but you've got a lot of things happening,
02:42and of course, a lot of news has been made, so tell everybody what's going on in your world
02:47right now.
02:48Okay, so 20 years ago, which feels really weird to say, but 20 years ago, I was in a
02:56band called the Murder Dolls.
02:58It's our plaque right there.
02:59Right.
02:59It was with Joey Jordison, Wednesday 13, Ben Graves, and Eric Griffin, and despite the
03:07odds, despite the fact that our record company here in the States didn't really believe in
03:13us, the press didn't get us, there was a lot of things working against us, and despite
03:19that, the band became kind of a, I would say, urban legend, but we were very popular overseas,
03:28but in the States, nobody really knew too much who we were, but it was the best time of my
03:34life.
03:35Really?
03:36Absolutely.
03:37Easily.
03:38And, you know, we've lost Joey, and we've lost Ben, and, you know.
03:46Before you go any further, why did this become the best part of your life?
03:49Was it just because you were, I don't know, did you just find a band that you really clicked
03:53with?
03:53You were touring the world, all that kind of stuff?
03:55It was a combination of things.
03:57For me, I was in the band Dope before that, and Dope, you know, it's a weird thing when
04:04you go from being in a local band to a band with a record deal, and at first, you're on
04:10the tour bus, you know, all the window dressings are there, and your record isn't performing
04:18like the record company wants it to, and it's a bit of a weird thing because, like, but we're
04:25on a tour bus, and we're on MTV, and they're like, yeah, but we spent $4 million on your
04:29ass, you know.
04:30Right, right, right.
04:31So I had the experience of being in a band that had a big record deal, and we got dropped,
04:40and right at that time, I joined the Murder Dolls, and musically, the Murder Dolls was right
04:47up my alley.
04:47It was right, it was exactly, and is exactly who I am, you know, a little bit heavy metal,
04:52a little bit punk rock, a lot of this, you know, a lot of horror movie references, so
05:00to be able to step into a situation where I'm playing with people that I liked, I already
05:05knew Wednesday, I already knew Joey, to step into another situation where we had a record
05:12deal, and, you know, the record company in the States was telling Joey, like, we want
05:18you to go back and do another Slipknot record, and they were going to give him this huge advance
05:22to stop the Murder Dolls.
05:25And Joey said, oh yeah?
05:30And he kept doing it, and that was really, that's something not a lot of people know,
05:35that was that the amount of pressure he was under to go back and do another Slipknot record,
05:39because he was a primary writer for them, was immense.
05:42And while he loved Slipknot, he was like, listen, I want to do something else for a
05:48year, let me just do something else for a year.
05:51And we were battling with a record company, we weren't, we didn't have like a DJ in the
05:56band, we didn't have seven string guitars, we weren't what was popular at the time.
06:02We didn't sound like Slipknot, which a lot of people hated at first.
06:06And despite all that, we stayed together, and we kicked a lot of ass, we went on to
06:11be successful in Japan, in Europe, the UK, Australia, you know, so I guess what I'm
06:18trying to get at is I was in one band that was supposed to achieve that rock and roll
06:22dream, right?
06:23Yeah.
06:24And then I joined another band where everything's kind of stacked against us first and not succeed,
06:29and we do it anyway.
06:30And it's all by being ourselves.
06:33So that's why it was the best time on my way.
06:35So, I mean, everything's coming out right now, you know, I guess Wednesday 13 is saying
06:40that, you know, I don't even know what he's saying, to be quite honest with you.
06:42But I think the gist of it was that what, from your point of view, you tried to continue the
06:48legacy and nobody else was really doing it.
06:49That's kind of what I gathered in a layman's terms of what was happening.
06:53Is that right?
06:53Yeah, that's, that's correct.
06:55Yeah.
06:56And so what is, what is, what is like their holdup or their sticking point?
07:00You know, I don't know.
07:01And in a way, I'm not really even too interested in talking about it because, you know, Wednesday
07:06has a new record coming out.
07:07It's going to be awesome.
07:08It's called Horror Fire.
07:09And, you know, I think maybe he just either misunderstands how some things work.
07:15I mean, he posts one thing and then I posted my thing and it, you know, it receded and then
07:23something else.
07:24And, you know, I'm just in a position where it's like, if I, if I reply to anything else,
07:28we're going to be spending all of our days talking about who's right and who's wrong.
07:32And the point to all this was to talk about, whoa, to talk about how awesome Wednesday is,
07:39how awesome Joey is, how awesome Ben is, Eric and myself and the five of us together.
07:45It was an awesome day.
07:46And that's the point to it.
07:48And I'm going to kind of hold my course on that, you know?
07:50Yeah.
07:51No, I got you.
07:52No, that's cool.
07:52No, I, yeah.
07:53Cause I was reading that and I'm like, you know, I kind of, I kind of get where you're
07:56coming from.
07:56People are just kind of doing their own thing and you wanted to celebrate the 20th anniversary.
08:00That's what I gathered from it.
08:01And, and one thing I did want to clear up, uh, which is, I'm not sure where this information
08:06came from, but, um, you know, there is a Joey Jordison charitable foundation where funds
08:13are going.
08:14I don't know where that came from, but you know, this is something that, you know, has
08:19been in the works from his estate for a long time.
08:22And it's something that I'm so happy that I can contribute to.
08:25And, uh, so the Joey Jordison charitable foundation, uh, it's drill drum core, the Christopher Reeve
08:33foundation for, uh, millite for transverse millitis and the animal rescue week.
08:39Okay.
08:39So yeah, a lot of things happen there.
08:41Yeah.
08:41Yeah.
08:42So it's all things that are Joey and that's where, where that money goes.
08:47And what was your relationship with Joey when he passed away?
08:50Were you guys talking or no, or.
08:51No, I hadn't talked to him in a while.
08:53Cause you don't know that person is going to pass, right?
08:55Right.
08:55Obviously.
08:55Yeah.
08:55Yeah.
08:56Yep.
08:56Um, I spoke to him when he came through town with, I forget if it was synosium or Vemmick,
09:05uh, one of his other bands, but he came through town and hit me up about coming down at the
09:12time.
09:12I had a day job working in a studio and the studio was booked.
09:15Ah, shit.
09:16I would love to come down, but yeah.
09:19Yeah.
09:19No, he's, he was an awesome drummer, of course, as I don't have to tell you about that.
09:23So, um, I don't know.
09:25This might be a stupid question.
09:26Why only the two records from the murder dolls?
09:28Just there, there was too much going on.
09:30You guys were splitting up or doing different things or what?
09:32Yeah.
09:33Um, so originally the band was supposed to be a side project.
09:37Um, and originally, um, when Joey called me up, he said, Hey, we're going to do, uh, two
09:45weeks in the States, two weeks in Europe, and then two shows in Japan.
09:49And then, and then it's done, you know?
09:52Um, and we did the two weeks in the States and it was really rough.
09:56Uh, and then we went to Europe and it was like, Oh my God, this is like the Beatles.
10:01Uh, and then we went to Japan and it was like, Oh my God, this is like cheap trick.
10:07And, uh, and this is what year now, what year are you talking about?
10:09Oh, this would have been in 2002.
10:11Okay.
10:12So when the first record came out, okay.
10:13That's correct.
10:14Yeah.
10:14So the plan all along was to take a hiatus.
10:18That was always part of the plan.
10:19You know, um, Wednesday was putting out some awesome solo records.
10:24Uh, Eric was playing with faster pussy cat and pretty boy Floyd.
10:28I was playing with Joan Jett.
10:31Ben was playing with pretty boy Floyd.
10:33So it, it takes time to get all the pieces back together, you know?
10:37So this, uh, 20th anniversary thing, tell everybody like what it all combines.
10:42What, what, what is the, what is, what is everything that you have going on with this
10:4520th anniversary of the first album?
10:47Well, the first thing was, uh, Warner brothers.
10:52I spoke to them about, are you guys going to do a re-release?
10:56Cause we got the 20th anniversary of the record coming up.
11:00And that was one of those things where it was like, there was no official capacity for
11:04the band.
11:04So nobody was thinking to ask.
11:06So, um, so they said, no, not really, you know, it's, you know, Warner brothers has
11:13what, uh, I don't even know Mariah Carey.
11:16Well, they don't have Mariah Carey, but you get the idea.
11:18And, and, and so they said, well, if you'd like to put it out, we would love it if you
11:22did.
11:23Um, anytime we see bands put these out, it generates a lot of, uh, heat for anyone who
11:29has songs written on the record because then the Spotify plays, even though they're playing
11:33the vinyl, um, everything that we do creates revenue for Wednesday and also for Joey when
11:40it comes to royalties.
11:42Uh, so also the record companies get a piece of that as well.
11:45You know what I mean?
11:46So basically they're like, Hey, if you want to do the work, we'll be happy to take your,
11:49your money AC, you know?
11:51Um, and I was like, well, let's do, uh, let's remix the record.
11:56We came to find out that nobody could find the masters.
12:01No one could find the masters to this album from one of the most important guys in hard
12:08rock and heavy metal.
12:10Do you know what I mean?
12:11Yeah.
12:12And so it, I went through the process of contacting studios and, and talking to the head engineer
12:18and co-producer, uh, Matt's panic, and he started, he found some reels and found some hard drives.
12:26And it's like, this is impossible to piece together right now, you know?
12:30Uh, so we did that and then we went through and I got the Photoshop files from the album
12:37and there were all these photos that people haven't seen before.
12:39So to make a long story longer, um, you're getting remastered for vinyl.
12:46You're getting additional artwork that was originally supposed to be a part of it, but
12:50ended up, you know, kind of lost in the sauce.
12:53You get, uh, guitar picks, you get a video shout out.
12:57This is for the basic version.
12:59Um, dog tags for the first 250 people.
13:03And I feel like I'm forgetting.
13:05So, oh, you get a poster with it and also it's a gatefold.
13:08So you have the gatefold poster and then a poster also comes with it.
13:11So it's a lot.
13:13That's two albums or the one?
13:15Yeah.
13:15Two vinyls.
13:16Yeah.
13:16Yeah.
13:16Two vinyls.
13:17Yeah.
13:17I'm a big vinyl guy as, as is, uh, Don Jameson, as we were just talking about.
13:20So yeah, I'm looking forward to, uh, checking this out in there.
13:23And of course there's probably comes with different colors and stuff, right?
13:26Yes, that's correct.
13:26It's, uh, two colors right now.
13:28You get it in, uh, red splatter with Coke bottle or what you were calling, uh, red splatter.
13:35And then the other one is, uh, black marble, which we're calling, uh, tombstone black.
13:41And then revolver magazine is also putting out a, uh, clear red with black splatter as
13:47well.
13:48What bands, uh, what bands were you guys touring with back in the day to promote the, uh, the
13:52debut record?
13:53Do you remember?
13:53Yeah.
13:53The first tour we did was with Papa Roach.
13:55Um, yeah, first tour we did was with, well, besides the, uh, the headlining shows, but
14:03when the first bands we toured with, we toured with Papa Roach who were great.
14:08Um, even though it was a little bit like, cause at the time they were a little rap rocky,
14:12you know what I mean?
14:13Well, at the time in 2002, when you were just talking about this a few minutes ago, my
14:16thought immediately goes to the new metal, which was kind of like, maybe you had speaker
14:20even coming down a little bit.
14:21So yeah, Papa Roach would fit right in.
14:23Yeah.
14:23So, so we, we toured with Papa Roach, uh, and then we toured with Iron Maiden.
14:28We toured with Jane's Addiction, Queens of the Stone Age.
14:31Yeah.
14:32And that record came out on, on August 20th, correct?
14:36Uh, yes.
14:37Yeah.
14:37So it just passed the 20th anniversary.
14:39So yeah, that's pretty cool to look back on something like that.
14:42I know I've been in this business a long time and, and, uh, you know, birthdays, anniversaries
14:46and stuff come up and you start to think to yourself, whoa, 20 years went by in a flash,
14:50didn't it?
14:51Yes, it did.
14:51And it's funny because, you know, you, you think about like, wow, 20 years, really?
14:57And then all of a sudden it's like, Hey, but you know, we could do something pretty cool
14:59for the 25th anniversary.
15:01You're like, Oh, that's not that far away.
15:04Yeah.
15:05That'll be here before you do it too.
15:06I was just thinking about that.
15:06The 25th anniversary could do something, but, uh, yeah, that's, that's, um, that's pretty
15:10sweet.
15:11So what do you have going on right now in your life?
15:12Uh, well, I got a coffee company called cat fight coffee.
15:17Um, I play with till Lindemann from, uh, Ramstein.
15:21Are you going to go see Ramstein when they come through?
15:23I don't know if they're coming here.
15:25They're, uh, are they playing Chicago, right?
15:27Are they, is that, are they coming here in Detroit?
15:30Um, I don't know.
15:31I'd imagine they play, was it not Knob Hill?
15:34Pine Knob.
15:34Yeah.
15:35Pine Knob.
15:35Yeah.
15:36No, Pine Knob for sure.
15:37Not here this year, maybe next year.
15:39I don't know.
15:39Yeah.
15:40I kind of look at my weeks one week ahead because I get too many things going on and it's like,
15:44you know, it's like looking at a tall staircase.
15:46I just concentrate on the first step.
15:48Oh, totally.
15:49That's what I'm doing.
15:50I'm concentrating on the first step right now as well.
15:52Yeah.
15:52There you go.
15:53And so you got your coffee company, which is so cool.
15:56And, uh, you're a coffee.
15:58Now, when did you become this, this coffee guy?
16:01You know, so I'm, I'm, I don't drink.
16:04I'm sober.
16:05Right.
16:06And, uh, so anybody who's, I would be flabbergasted to find somebody who's sober, who doesn't instantly
16:14turn to coffee.
16:15You know, that's what I was thinking.
16:16Yeah.
16:17Yeah.
16:17But even when I was a kid, I, I used to, I used to drink my grandpa's coffee.
16:21And, uh, you know, interestingly, the way, the way I really got into it was I was on
16:25tour with Joan Jet.
16:26Uh, I was playing with Joan.
16:28And we were playing a lot of B and C markets and, you know, you get into these towns and
16:33you're like, there's nothing to do.
16:35Where do we go?
16:36And I found that by looking for where the coffee shops were, not only did I find good
16:41coffee, which I was looking for, that's where the good record stores were.
16:45It's where the used, uh, used instrument stores were.
16:49It's like where all the culture was, you know, all the rock and roll stuff was there.
16:52Uh, so I started keeping a journal of all the shops and then I started keeping a journal
16:58of all the coffees.
16:59And, um, when the pandemic kicked off, it was like, well, I just lost all my work for
17:06the year.
17:07Little did I know it was really going to be three years.
17:09So we did, but, um, you know, uh, a lot of guys in the business, you know, uh, need a
17:15Strauss.
17:16She's got her side hustles.
17:17Uh, Blasco from rock.
17:20Well, from Ozzy's band now, uh, he's got his side hustles and I was like, well, it's going
17:24to be mine.
17:25So yeah.
17:26My friend, David Ellison.
17:27Yeah.
17:28I was talking to Dave earlier, actually.
17:30Yeah.
17:30Dave's the best.
17:31Yeah.
17:31Um, yeah.
17:32The coffee thing, I've never really got into coffee, but it's, it's funny you mentioned
17:35that because I was thinking about that too.
17:37It's like a lot of my friends that have become sober.
17:39They, they try to do other things.
17:41Even, uh, Brad from a three doors down was telling me one time he would start drinking during
17:45the tour because he was bored and you just kind of struck that with, because, you know,
17:49it's like, what are you going to do for the other 22 hours or something?
17:52So then he started going off and looking for different places while they were on tour.
17:55Yeah.
17:56Tour, touring today is so drastically different than it was like back in the day.
18:01You know, I forget, um, doc from, um, bad wolves.
18:06Yeah.
18:06Yep.
18:07He was just sharing.
18:08And there's like this shed that they were playing this outdoor venue that has like mini
18:12golf putt, putt courses set up for the bands and like, yeah, now it's like somebody finally
18:18realized like, look, this is boring and everybody's going to overdose on alcohol and drugs.
18:23If we don't give them something to do, you know,
18:25What was your, uh, what was your mechanism, your kickoff point that where you said, well,
18:29I gotta, I gotta stop this.
18:31I was very lucky.
18:32My dad, uh, was an alcoholic and, uh, he got sober.
18:36So I kind of had somebody in front of me that, that I saw get sober and, you know, all that.
18:45So I'm pretty lucky, man.
18:47I got sober at 27, you know, right at the, actually, I guess 28.
18:51Um, I figured, well, I didn't join the 27 club.
18:55Yeah.
18:56You know, so your dad led by example twice.
18:59Exactly.
19:00Yeah.
19:01And so what, so you're, you're, are you coming up on 20 years?
19:03Uh, 24, 24 years.
19:07Wow.
19:08Yeah.
19:08Well, congratulations on that.
19:09I know a lot of people, uh, fight that battle, especially guys in your position, uh, that
19:13these, uh, these bands are these, I should say the fans don't understand that while you're
19:17partying with someone in Detroit one night, you do it all over again the next night in
19:20Cleveland while, while they're, while they're curing their hangover or doing something else.
19:25Exactly.
19:26And, you know, I guess one thing that maybe makes me a little bit unique is that like, you
19:30know, I don't regret my drinking days and I also don't wish to relive them, you know what
19:38I mean?
19:39But, you know, nothing I love more than being around a bunch of band guys that are tearing
19:44shit up, you know, I love it, man.
19:47You know, sometimes I light the fuse on the bomb and then I just walk out of the, I just
19:51leave.
19:52Yeah.
19:53Walk away.
19:54Yeah.
19:54I mean, it, it, it, it can still be a lot of fun to be around the party, you know?
19:59So it's not like a T totaling type thing, you know?
20:01Yeah.
20:02I know that you got the, uh, the hearse and stuff.
20:04I have a funny, uh, her story back in the, I worked in Buffalo when I first started in
20:08radio back in the early 1990s, I was on this heavy metal station and our station vehicle
20:12was a 1967 hearse.
20:14And so I was just a, I was just a poor, dumb, you know, kid and I never had any money to fix
20:19my own car.
20:19So I drive it around a lot.
20:21And, uh, and one day I had to go pick up Don Dockin at the hotel and bring him to the radio
20:25station for an interview.
20:26And I picked him up in a hearse and I'll never forget.
20:28He walked out and he stopped and he said, I thought I'd only be in one of these things
20:32once in my life.
20:33So, but yeah, that hearse must get some looks when you're driving that around, huh?
20:39Oh yeah.
20:40Yeah.
20:40Especially I live in a Brazilian Portuguese neighborhood where everyone's a Catholic.
20:46Like, yeah, I get, I get so many, I get reactions like this, sometimes people stop and cross
20:53themselves, you know.
20:54Now, are we coming up to your favorite time of year?
20:57Oh yeah.
20:58So, uh, what are you looking forward to seeing, uh, seeing, uh, I just saw when I was, uh,
21:02I took my friends to go see Top Gun.
21:04I'm trying to remember if I saw the Halloween thing, but anyway, I saw Jamie Lee Curtis talking
21:07about Halloween.
21:08Are you a big Halloween fan?
21:09Oh yeah, of course.
21:10I'm really stoked for that.
21:12Yeah.
21:13Uh, what else, what else did you like that growing up?
21:15I saw, I just saw on Netflix is they're dropping the original Freddie and, uh, I think, um,
21:21Christine from their thing, two classics right there.
21:24Oh, you mean they're taking them off or they're, yeah, they're, they're taking them off and
21:27replace them with some, some other stuff.
21:28But those are two of my favorites from when I was a kid.
21:30Do you, do you have shutter?
21:33Um, I mean, I could watch them anytime I wanted to, but I was just curious, like, are those
21:36like, is that in your wheelhouse right there?
21:38Those kinds of movies?
21:38Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
21:39Absolutely.
21:40Yeah, absolutely.
21:41And now, um, we're going through the, uh, American horror story series, you know, which
21:47is great.
21:48Yeah.
21:48We were just up in Salem last weekend and that's amazing.
21:53So yeah, anything, anything Halloween, I'll, I'll sign on for it.
21:57I have to get up there.
21:58There's no question about it.
21:59I think I w I'm thinking this fall, I'm going to take that trek up to Northeast, uh, around,
22:03you know, third week, fourth week of October.
22:05Yeah.
22:05Yeah.
22:06Do, um, have you been to new Orleans?
22:08I have not, but I've heard, uh, I do have friends that have been down there and, uh,
22:12they say it's kind of creepy.
22:13It, it, it's a similar vibe.
22:15Yeah.
22:16It's like a, it's like a smaller, not so like it doesn't have a bourbon street, you know?
22:23Um, so it's like a, a quieter sort of new Orleans vibe.
22:28So if you could name your top like three or five horror movies that, that people must
22:33see, I mean, what, what, where do you, what do you, what do you, what do you put on that?
22:36Oh boy.
22:37Uh, let's see.
22:40Hellraiser, Hellraiser two, Hellraiser two a lot.
22:44Um, Hellraiser two, um, them.
22:51Yeah.
22:52I don't know if I've seen that one.
22:53The thing.
22:54Okay.
22:54Yeah.
22:55Um, Suspiria and, um, uh, see, I got to pick up another one.
23:08See, I was a big fan of a Rob Zombie's first two movies.
23:11I thought those were really good.
23:12Oh my God.
23:13Those that's all we, I got really lucky because at my apartment in New York, um, whoever lived
23:19there before me must've been a movie reviewer.
23:22Right.
23:22And so they didn't do a change of address.
23:26And so I would get all these DVDs before they were even in the theaters.
23:32So I had a house of a thousand corpses on DVD before it was even in the theater.
23:37And that, and that was, to be honest with you, that was one of our ways to, to, to get
23:42people to the bus, to party.
23:44It would be like, like, Hey, you seen the house of a thousand corpses yet?
23:48No.
23:48Yeah.
23:48I'll come on the bus and we'll watch it and party.
23:50No, that's great.
23:52Yeah.
23:52No, those movies are pretty good.
23:53I thought Lords of Salem was, uh, was less than desirable, but, uh, um, you know, 31,
23:58I thought was okay.
23:59You know, I'm a big zombie.
24:01I love how he incorporates the classic rock element with it.
24:04And it kind of like, it's like, it's like the middle of nowhere America.
24:07I like that.
24:08Like that opening scene in, uh, which movie of his was it where they're driving across
24:14the desert.
24:16Yeah.
24:17That was devil's rejects or a house of a thousand corpses.
24:19One of them.
24:19Yeah.
24:19It was devil rejects.
24:20It was a second movie.
24:21And, and they're listening to like the Eagles or something.
24:24Yeah.
24:24It was cool.
24:25No, he's, he's got it.
24:26He's got a cool vibe about how he works his movies.
24:29So, uh, but, uh, anyways, anything else we need to cover here with you, uh, anything
24:33you want to tell the fans, anything that we missed, uh, no, man, I think we're good.
24:37You know, just, um, we're going to have more information about the Joey Jordison charitable
24:41organization very soon.
24:43Um, and, uh, you know, the, the estate has been working really hard to set that up.
24:49And I worked really hard to set the vinyl up, the vinyl re-release, um, follow the socials
24:55because I, I have tons of video footage that's never been seen of Joey and Ben, uh, Wednesday's
25:02got horror fire coming out his awesome new record.
25:05Um, and I guess that's about it, man.
