00:10is count the number of passes and count the number of fails right here. In that case I can go ahead
00:16and let's say for example type in pass and fail right here and I'm going to add in the number
00:21here. So let's just go ahead and add in a table. So over here I want to count the pass so I'm going
00:26to press equals right here as the formula and type in count if right here just like this in the
00:31beginning. Then I'm going to go around over here and then let's say for example open up the bracket
00:37right here and then select out the range which is from b2 to b8 just like this. Then I'm going to go
00:44around and press comma and then open out let's say inverted comma right here and type in let's say
00:49for example pass right here. Close the double inverted comma and close it and press enter then you get
00:54four right here just like this because the number of pass right here is four. Similarly I can simply
01:00copy this out and go to the fail section and then paste this out over here as well and then I'm going
01:06to now count out the fail students. So I'm going to press fail and press enter. So I seem to have entered
01:12it out here itself. So let's just press ctrl z. Just copy out the formula right here, press enter,
01:18go to the fail section, paste this out right here and then instead of pass I'm going to type in fail
01:23and press enter. So you can see that there is three fail fails and four pass and this is what you see.
01:29If I were to go around and type in pass you can see that the pass fail changes out right here just
01:34like this. And similarly if I were to type in fail and fail and fail right here just like this you can
01:41see that the numbers automatically changes out. So that is how you can go ahead and count out data
