00:142001 ha 50 anni, e in vostra opinione,
00:19siamo ancora monkei che aspettano per un cambiamento?
00:23O non?
00:26No, non è ancora un po'
00:29Noglielo?
01:12e è usato in 2001
01:15per fare un grande bacio
01:18all'ungetto.
01:45di sci-fi,
01:47credo che sia una condizione di l'ungetto
01:50e la nostra giornata sull'ungetto
01:53sull'ungetto,
01:53come questa specie che siamo.
01:56Quanto tempo continuiamo a vivere
01:58è debattato,
01:59non facciamo un buon lavoro
02:00di guardare l'ungetto.
02:04ma credo che le persone
02:05che sono religiose o non
02:07o molto spirituale o non
02:08o agnostiche o
02:09o profondamente religiose o
02:13pensare
02:14hanno una visione completamente diversa
02:16e comprensione di questo film.
02:19La mia comprensione di questo film
02:20ha cambiato sempre durante il tempo.
02:24Quando sono più grande
02:24ho reagito molto diverso
02:27da quando ho visto quando ero 14.
02:29Quindi è un film
02:30che è un'altra storia
02:33che è un'altra storia
02:34e la gente ancora parla
02:36e ancora stia parla
02:37e ancora stia parla
02:38e ancora stia parla
02:39e ancora stia parla
02:39e ancora stia parla
02:40e ancora stia parla
02:42e ancora stia parla
02:44che è un grande
02:45buon lavoro di arte
02:45che dovrebbe essere
02:47che hai fatto un'ottima
02:50spiegazione
02:51di Vatica
02:52e quindi
02:53quando sei da Roma
02:53e devo chiedere
02:54se cosa è stata
02:55la screta
02:56in Roma
02:57con il popolo
02:57il Vatica
02:58ha invitato
02:59noi
03:00non ho organizzato
03:01e ho venuto
03:02e ho stato molto
03:03impressionato
03:04con la generosità
03:06del Vatica
03:07perché questo cardinal
03:09che ha presentato il film
03:10ha parlato
03:12che ha parlato
03:14che ha parlato
03:14che ha parlato
03:15di un film
03:15di un agnostic
03:16che ha avuto
03:17il bullseye
03:18e io credo
03:20che questo
03:20è stato molto
03:21vero
03:21perché il film
03:24non ha nulla
03:24con il catholicismo
03:25ma
03:27molti
03:28pensano
03:29che
03:29non
03:30perché
03:32il film
03:32inspira
03:34a pensare
03:36ci sono
03:36che
03:38non
03:38non
03:38non
03:38non
03:38non
03:38è
03:39che
03:39è
03:39più
03:40l'infermione
03:42che
03:43non
03:43non
03:43non
03:43non
03:43non
03:43non
03:44non
03:59ne
04:00in writing what there might be and three thousand years ago it was the seven days
04:06yeah in a famous speech of Stanley Kubrick he said that one time he was
04:13talking with Steven Spielberg and they talked about what's the most difficult
04:18thing about a movie and they told that it was stepping outside the car I think
04:26that this phrase is it's not only about cinema but but about life do you think
04:32that is true we have to make the first step in everything for and let things
04:39like this movie happen of course I think it's true beef any artist any creative
04:45person is is full of self-doubt and and and questioning is always looking for
04:52the one thing that they fall in love with that will drive them through the painful
04:56process of finishing their creation whether it's a symphony or a play or a
05:01book or a film or a painting you have to love it enough to see it through and you
05:06have to trust in your judgment and question your decisions and it is an
05:12ongoing process and it becomes I think a painting even with a very hard and fast
05:16script sort of film like a painting it takes on a life of its own because as
05:22you are creating it you're changing the way you're thinking about it and so I
05:27think the probably the hardest thing about any creative project is to stay in
05:34love with it no I think Catherine expressed it beautifully and a perfect
05:39example is a choice of music you know does a Viennese waltz naturally offer itself as
05:45space music if you're in love with it yes do you think that maybe one of the
05:51most interesting thing of the movie is that it's not only a movie but it's almost
05:57like a subconscious experience I think only David Lynch today can do something
06:05like that and do you think that maybe it's the reason also that many people are
06:12are afraid of this movie in a sort of way because it's too deep I think maybe people
06:20are afraid to not understand it they're afraid that they won't understand it and
06:26they think that maybe they're not smart enough that they don't understand it and we are also
06:29used to everything being very fast now and the decisions being made for you the answers
06:35being spoon-fed to you where audiences are not used to having to use their brains to let a film
06:42take them over and to experience it and to let it wash wash through them so that they can
06:49continue to question it and bring their understanding of it to who they are in
06:56their lives and what kind of person they are if they're religious or agnostic or
07:00scientific or or whatever kind of person they are it is if that is why half a
07:05century later people are still talking about this movie enjoying this movie being
07:10inspired by this movie and why it still causes very polarized opinions and I think it will
07:18do that for a long time to come yet thank you so much okay
