00:28There was a moment where Sarah was, she was in the driver's seat.
00:31I was in the passenger seat and she looked to her left and she looked back at me.
00:36And it was like the moment that like, even now it just gives me chills.
00:39She, she saw me for the first time.
00:41It was funny because I was like, shit, she loves me.
00:44We had our first date, our first kiss and we didn't have sex.
00:52We both kind of came from a religious background.
00:54We're saving ourselves for marriage.
00:57Funny thing is neither of us technically saved ourselves for marriage.
01:01We felt like we could kind of redeem ourselves and give this gift of our sexuality to each other.
01:07I told her though, even before I moved, don't expect to get like engaged just yet.
01:14Day three after landing in Minneapolis, I was like, okay, I am ready to propose.
01:19We decided to have our wedding in Smithfield, Virginia.
01:24They wrote on the side of, of our car, we finally get to do it.
01:29Because everyone knew at the wedding that we were finally going to have sex.
01:33It was definitely a, a spiritual moment of us physically coming together.
01:38Sarah went and she, she took a bath and got ready.
01:42And it was like this very, it was very ceremonial.
01:44We sat down before we had a little bit of champagne and we had a little chat about the day.
01:49And then it just kind of like escalated into this moment of just like really beautiful love making.
01:55And five years later, we had a baby.
01:58We went on a picnic and we conceived our child in my parents' pasture.
02:03We decided that we would name her Island and her name is spelled I-H-L-E-N.
02:09After a little town nearby where she was conceived, for our daughter, I, I want her to know love, true

02:17Our love and our footprint of who we are together builds us, like makes us stronger.
