00:07Root Chakra. The root chakra is located around your tailbone. Balancing this chakra will help
00:14you to feel more stable and grounded in your life. We're going to start with a meditation.
00:21Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and bring your attention towards your breath. Deep breathing in
00:28through the nose. Visualize your breath as it comes in through the nose, traveling all
00:34the way down to that root chakra. Then take your foot and begin massaging the sole of your
00:41foot. So really getting into the roots of your body, your feet, and opening them up. Place
00:50both feet on the floor and spread the bones of the feet. Feel the connection from your
00:56tailbone to your feet. Now press down into your feet and stand up. Stand tall and visualize
01:04your tailbone to foot connection. Shift your weight onto the right leg. Bring your left
01:12foot up into tree pose. Press your palms together. Feel the midline of the body. Press your shoulders
01:19down. Direct your tailbone down towards the earth and feel your roots coming down out through
01:25the bottom of your foot into the earth. And then you can repeat it on the other side.
