00:10actually started off the week very exciting that we were allowed to have guests in the studio and
00:15we had gorgeous Felicity Kendall here but everything's changed now so it's going to go
00:22back to talking to people in their houses in their kitchens and we can have a wee look in
00:28in their houses which is actually quite good and but yeah it just means that we've obviously always
00:32got Dr Hillary but yeah no more guests for now but hopefully things will change just getting ready
00:39hi health he's brilliant he's been reassuring us all making sense of all of this which is absolutely
00:48invaluable doing it every single day which is terrific right now I've got to stand over there
00:53in a minute so I better go okay that's another show finished I've got of course got to take off

01:01shoes and put my flatties on because I can't work in these I've got to put my mask on as
01:07soon as you
