00:00Giants joint practice in the books, and it was a very good one for the Giants.
00:03Went against the Dolphins for more than two hours in the intense heat and sun.
00:08Mid-90s, tremendous humidity.
00:10Guys were sweating like crazy out there.
00:12I think John Harbaugh's very hard practices in West Virginia and in New Jersey really paid dividends.
00:18He thought so, too.
00:19He said our guys handled it fine.
00:22We were getting stronger as the practice went on.
00:25Offensively, Jackson Dart had a very solid day.
00:27They connected for two bombs early in the one-on-ones, had an excellent two-minute drill to end the
00:33practice.
00:33The Giants really scored a touchdown on the Theo Johnson reception.
00:36They stopped it because it really wasn't set up for that.
00:38It was set up for a field goal, which rookie Dominic Zavada hit.
00:42Very good ending for the offense.
00:44On defense, John Harbaugh called his pass rush ferocious.
00:48That's a great word for a pass rush.
00:50They were all over the Dolphins' quarterbacks, especially the starter, Malik Willis.
00:55Brian Burns was asked, looks like you guys had around six sacks.
00:59And he goes, nope, way more than six sacks.
01:02So, all in all, very, very strong day for the Giants here in Miami Gardens.
01:06One injury of note, rookie right guard CeCe Malinoa went out early, took his pads off, walked in with head
01:14trainer Ronnie Barnes.
01:15John Harbaugh said it's a stinger, a stinger-type thing, which is, I guess, a shoulder, neck.
01:21And he said he does not feel it's serious.
01:23That is something to watch and monitor.
01:25Other than that, very productive day for the Giants in South Florida.
