00:00Adam, if you were going to pick a team in that AFC East, Buffalo or New England, who would you
00:05take?
00:06Well, I'm glad you framed it that way because we know it's not the Jets or Dolphins, right?
00:10It's those two teams, the other two teams, just absolutely abusing them.
00:15I mean, that's a quick, you know, 0-8, you know, for the Dolphins and Jets in that division.
00:21At least it should be anyway against those two teams.
00:24But I would lean Buffalo.
00:26I think Buffalo feels like the right side there.
00:29You know, obviously, it's an immensely difficult schedule, the first-place schedule that New England has coming off of what
00:35it did last year.
00:36Bills have a tough schedule as well, but I would say that New England's is harder.
00:40And, you know, there's less to kind of adjust to, you know what I mean?
00:46Like, if you're New England, even though I think it's going to be pretty seamless,
00:51there's reason to believe that, okay, there's going to be a little bit of, you know,
00:55an adjustment period and working in A.J. Brown and keeping him happy and peppering him with targets
00:59and just making sure this offense is clicking the way you want it to.
01:02With the Bills, yes, there's, you know, McDermott's out, you have a new head coach,
01:07but your new head coach is Joe Brady, who was elevated from offensive coordinator.
01:10He has been around.
01:11He knows all the pieces.
01:13Josh Allen, as we know, is just a walking 30-point-per-game guy.
01:16You have James Cook, who's the reigning rushing leader in the NFL and still getting better.
01:21He's still in those prime years.
01:22And I really like, I'm high on the addition of D.J. Moore.
01:27We'll see if he's healthy.
01:29I know he's a little bit dinged up right now, but if he's healthy, he's to bring it back
01:33to Stephon Diggs with New England, right?
01:35D.J. Moore is the closest thing Josh Allen has had to a true actual number one receiver
01:40since Diggs was there in Buffalo.
01:43It's not, you know, Khalil Shakir is a chain mover and is a guy that can give you, you
01:49know, again, six, seven, maybe 800 yards, but he's not your thousand-yard threat.
01:54D.J. Moore, who kind of got buried last year by the Bears as he fell down that depth chart
02:00behind, you know, Burden and Adunze and, you know, Loveland, obviously.
02:04This is an opportunity for D.J. Moore to be excellent again, and he's already had the best
02:09seasons of his career playing for Brady in Carolina.
02:12So, I do like Buffalo.
02:14I think the Bills should be viewed as the team to beat, and oddsmakers certainly agree.
