00:06This was one whale of a game.
00:07And you would have to do this.
00:09Man, the storylines around this ball game last night were just amazing.
00:14Now the Rams fall to 2-3 on the season with this loss last night, 37-34.
00:20And really, it went back and forth.
00:22You had coaching errors.
00:24You had great coaching.
00:25You had great play.
00:26You had miscues, fumbles, everything you wanted in a football game
00:30with two really good rosters.
00:33But let's not mistake anything, man.
00:35The dude in Buffalo, he is just electric.
00:38He is, man.
00:40Josh Allen is insane.
00:42I say this.
00:43He's a bigger version of Michael Vick.
00:46He is one of these guys that are generational talents.
00:50And no question about it, last night you saw something special with him.
00:55But if you're the Rams, you have to be disappointed.
00:58There is no question.
00:59This football team, many people, even guys like Bill Plasky from the L.A. Times,
01:04are saying this team has a shot to go undefeated.
01:06Well, right now they're sitting at 2-3.
01:08And if you're the head football coach, Sean McVay, you are not a happy camper.
01:13This one is, this is the one, this stings.
01:16And it's going to hurt, but we can't afford to let it, we can't let this team beat us twice.
01:20And we're going to have to regroup and reset ourselves.
01:23And it's been a while since I've been this pissed after a game, too.
01:26Now, considering who you guys played and the circumstances.
01:30No, there's no, none of it makes me feel good right now.
01:32I'm proud of the effort.
01:33But none of it, none of how I feel is positive, other than I'm proud of the resilience,
01:39the guts that our team displayed.
01:42But there's no, you know, I don't even know what you want to call it.
01:46But, you know, congrats to the Bills.
01:48And I'm excited about how we freaking move forward.
01:51Dude, I will tell you one more time here, man.
01:54My question, Mark, was always, every time I hear people say this,
01:58hey, I'm proud of the effort.
01:59Hey, welcome to the NFL.
02:01Well, you're a professional football player.
02:03You get a paycheck every single Tuesday.
02:06Effort?
02:07There's no column in the NFL when it comes to effort.
02:10You know, expecting players to go out there and play their asses off all the time,
02:14that's a given.
02:15You're a professional.
02:17Act like it.
02:18Matthew Stafford knows they're in a very tough bind right now with this football team.
02:23Look around the league, tough to find a perfect game.
02:25You know, we're going to try to go out there and score.
02:27Every time we touch the ball, there's no question about it.
02:28I love the fight that we had as a team.
02:30You know, made some great plays in the second half.
02:33Scored a bunch of points.
02:34Our defense made some great plays.
02:36Got us the ball back in overtime.
02:37Listen, you're playing a really good football team in Buffalo.
02:40You know, you're going to have to fight tooth and nail to go get a win.
02:43And give ourselves some opportunities.
02:45Didn't come away with it.
02:46Disappointing, obviously.
02:47But short week.
02:48Got to move on and be ready to rock and roll.
02:51Boy, I got to tell you, uninspiring there by Matthew Stafford, to say the least there.
02:56And, of course, we have the wild one here, Pukunakua, making comments after the game as well.
03:01Yeah, it's Monday night.
03:02We got to be able to physically and mentally reset by tomorrow and get ready to play back here at
03:08home.
03:08And we got the Arizona Cardinals, a familiar face coming in with Michael Fleur.
03:12But it's going to be an opportunity for us to respond and really look ourselves in the mirror and say,
03:15what is our identity going to be, and can't let the Buffalo Bills beat us twice.
03:20Is that Matthew McConaughey or Pukunakua?
03:22I'm not sure who the hell that was there, but all right.
03:25Hey, on the Bills side of this thing, man, I say it is 17.
03:28He is a superstar.
03:31Superman had an S on his chest, right?
03:33Well, the guy at Buffalo's got 17, and he was electric last night when he needed to be,
03:38especially with the 121 on the ground.
03:41Josh Allen, man, what a machine.
03:44I mean, again, it's football.
03:46You can be down and out one play.
03:48The next play, you're on top of the world.
03:50And, again, that's just how it rolled for us today.
03:52A lot of things to clean up early on.
03:54Just didn't feel like I was in a rhythm.
03:57Wasn't taking some of the underneath stuff.
04:00You know, fighting mechanically some stuff right now that I'm working on.
04:04But I felt like in that second half I got into a rhythm.
04:08Guys made some plays.
04:09Khalil in that first catch in the overtime.
04:12It's awesome stuff.
04:15Got to be better in the pass game.
04:16We know that.
04:17We understand that.
04:17But we'll take a win no matter what.
04:20Man, if I was Josh Allen, I'd be sounding a little better than that.
04:23I can tell you that.
04:24Holy cow.
04:25Working on some stuff, too.
04:26I wonder if he's injured in the arm area there when that was really some of the issues that he
04:31had,
04:31especially in the first half of that football game with that awful pick going into the half there.
04:36But he picked it up on the ground with that 121, as we said.
04:39He was just awful special.
04:41And Joe Brady knows it, too.
04:42The coach of the Bills knows that this is an area where this football team has just got to keep
04:48putting these wins back to back.
04:50You had them all the way, right?
04:52All the way.
04:53You know, I don't care about anything besides finding a way to get one more point than them, right?
04:58And I'm just proud of the resiliency of the guys.
05:01And, look, we watch situations across the NFL every week.
05:06And, like, until that clock hits zero, I just keep playing.
05:09Just keep putting the ball down.
05:11And that overtime was, you know, kind of showed the type of character who our team is, right?
05:17Like, obviously, you don't want to fumble.
05:19Like, that can't happen.
05:20But we just keep playing, man, and make them earn everything.
05:22Greg has an incredible blocked kick, man.
05:25And, you know, make the big plays and go down.
05:28And T-Bass does his job and makes the game win a kick.
05:29And you've got to love it in that situation.
05:31But so proud of them.
