00:20He just was absolutely all over the yard, 327 yards, four touchdowns,
00:25and they end up riding the ship.
00:27That football team is going to do some damage this year, no question about it.
00:32And I have to say this about the New York Giants quarterback,
00:35the crash test dummy known as Jackson Dart.
00:38Look, dude, you're constantly injured.
00:41There's no way for you to build a football team around a quarterback
00:46who is always hurt.
00:48There's only one guy in New York that can play that style of football,
00:53and he ain't in New Jersey.
00:55He's up in Buffalo.
00:57Josh Allen is the only guy that can play that style of football

01:23You come out of that Cowboy game in week one with great momentum.
01:28Then all of a sudden that momentum gets taken away because your quarterback,
01:32what's Tom Brady say the most important thing that a quarterback has to do so that he can end up
01:38carrying his franchise?
01:41Being able to play the following week.
01:44Availability, folks.
01:45I don't care how talented you are.
01:47The availability is what makes franchises great.
01:51That's why the Buffalo Bills are always around the rim, and they're there fighting for a Super Bowl.
01:56Jalen Hurts, same thing in Philadelphia.
01:59When you've got availability, you give your football team an opportunity to win championships.
02:04I mean, there's no way for the Giants to build continuity.

02:09How are you going to get that offense on track when you've got to go to your number two with

02:15And believe me, John Harbaugh knows this when it comes to his starting quarterback.

03:27Because it seemed like some throws were there.
03:28Guys were open and he was just bouncing.
03:29Those are all things that are really better answered after we watch the tape.
03:33But also, it's just a matter of execution.
03:36I mean, the plays get made or they don't.
03:39So I thought Jameis came in.
03:41I mean, it's tough to come in.
03:42He came in, executed.
03:43He operated really well.
03:45He was on point with all the things in terms of running the offense and all that.
03:50But as a group, as a team, you know, we just didn't do what we needed to do to have
03:53a chance to even win the game.
03:55We didn't play up to that level across the board.
03:57I think that's the best way to describe it.
03:59I mean, within that, for me to answer that question, we had to sit down with the tape and just
04:03go play by play.
04:04You know, because that's where the answer to that question lies.
04:07It's not a global answer.
04:09It's a specific answer to each play.
04:11Where in God's mind would anybody think you're going to be in the conversation that your backup quarterback is just
04:17going to roll into a football game and all of a sudden carry you across the finish line?
04:21It's insane to think that, too.
04:23And when you're sitting there asking those questions like that, you know your game plan has been torn up and
04:28flipped upside down, especially when you go to your backup quarterback here.

05:30Nobody should be happy about how it played out.

05:39You know, we just got to get back to work.
05:41You know, get back in the win column.
05:44And that's something I feel like we're going to do.
05:45And if Dart ain't ready, then we're behind Jameis.
05:47Jameis done did it before.
05:48Jameis is a vet, a winner in this league.
