Damon was trying to turn off Elena’s mind for Stefan | TVD Edits

Damon reveals that Stefan slept with Rebekah, and Elena is shocked. But did you guys forget that moment when Damon slept with Rebekah and Elena somehow got jealous, even though she wasn’t even aware of it herself? 😭

In this scene from the Salvatore Boarding House, tension runs high as the group discusses their ongoing race to find the cure for vampirism and handle the chaos surrounding Silas and Klaus.
Stefan walks in carrying Silas’s headstone, which he retrieved to help locate the cure. Bonnie mentions that she used the power of the new moon to bind a temporary spell keeping the original hybrid, Klaus, trapped in the living room, giving them only a few days to find answers.
Elena assumes that Rebekah has been neutralized with a dagger, meaning they only need to track down Professor Shane next. However, Stefan shocks everyone by revealing that he did not dagger Rebekah because she is currently working with them and wants the cure just as badly. Damon sarcastically mocks Stefan’s trust in her, leading to witty banter and an argument about hidden motives before Damon dramatically drops a book and walks away.
