00:00With the emergence of generative AI and game development, how do you feel that is kind of being received by
00:06people in the industry, such as yourself, such as people that you make games for, and what's your own take
00:11on it?
00:12I mean, first and foremost, I'd say that when we ship Exodus, all the assets that you'll see in the
00:17game were human created.
00:19We take that very seriously. Like, human creation is core of what our studio is about.
00:23That said, the pace of generative AI in the industry and just in the world overall is overwhelming.
00:28And there's an opportunity there for it to be tools for us to make game development faster and better.
00:34And some of that stuff we're starting to leverage a little bit, but it's all for development's benefit, not for
00:39generating assets that would end up in the final game.
00:43I mean, we view it as a tool.
00:45And, you know, I think we've been so heads down on the development of Exodus that we're probably not as
00:50cutting edge with it as many other studios might be.
00:53And I suspect once we get a chance to breathe after we finish Exodus, that we'll take a look at
01:00the scope of what's going on in the industry and evaluate what might work for us and what won't work
01:04for us in terms of our own ethics around what we want to do with generative AI for the future.
