00:09One thing you can do in Adobe Acrobat is directly drag in information out of
00:15Excel into it. So in order to do that, you can see that I got a sample document
00:21right here. Let's go to its base view. So this is Microsoft Excel. Let's go to view
00:26right here and I'm going to go over here so that I can see the base layout for
00:32print. So once I do that, you see the base layout of how it would be printed. So now
00:37I know that it is in a single piece and now I can import it into Adobe Acrobat.
00:43So let me save this space right here. Let me save this as I'm going to click on
00:47browse and over here in the desktop, I'm going to save it as inventory just like
00:53that and I'm going to save it up. So once I do that, it has to be in the tab
00:57that
00:58you want to import. So let's say for example, if you have an extra tab, you
01:01save this as that tab and it'll import this one out. So I'm going to go to
01:05inventory list, I'm going to press ctrl s to save it and then I'm going to close
01:10this up. So what I can simply do is you can see that I have Acrobat right here
01:14in my base thumbnail which you can access from right over here on the left. So I
01:21just click and drag it and the magic happens. It opens up Microsoft Excel
01:26processes it into a PDF documentation and you'll be able to see the PDF
01:31document imported right over here. So it is importing the file as you can see the
01:37processes happening and there you go. So you have the file right here. So you can
01:43see now the base has been inserted right over here, right over here in the PDF
01:49document just like that. Alright, so it's just that that easy. So you can save the
01:56sheet you want. Okay, you can import the sheet you want and then just save that out
02:02as an Excel file. Just drag and drop and that is that gets converted into PDF. So
02:06you want to insert a quick little data without one without having to convert
