00:02Le premier match pour la Côte d'Ivoire de la Côte d'Ivoire, le premier match de la Côte d
00:22'Ivoire de B-Bloc.
00:30Roppongi 3k theme. Rocky wrote this one, too, though.
00:37So he wins and he wins. Yeah, man. Only show went out of house.
00:44So we saw Bullet Club battle in our previous match, and they seem to want to try to, at least
00:51in terms of Fantasmo is concerned, try to out-trick each other.
00:55But this will not be the case in our all-Chaos battle with Yo getting set to wrestle Will Ospreay.
01:04But Kevin, let me ask you something. Can you drip like Yo?
01:09I don't know what that means. It's apparently a thing with you kids these days.
01:24This will be the first meeting in singles competition for Yo and Will Ospreay, their third tournament for both.
01:33Will Ospreay won the tournament in 2016, lost in the finals in 2017, almost made the finals again last year.
01:44Yo competed in 2015 as a Young Lion, but got shut out, returned last year, and got six points.
01:50Won half of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
02:05For Ospreay, I think it's important that he not look past Yo, not because he doesn't see Yo as top
02:15-flight competition,
02:16but knowing that El Fantasmo is his next match on Wednesday, this has got Trap Game written all over it
02:25for Will Ospreay.
02:31Well, I'll tell you what, Kevin, I was only worried about Ospreay's start, and after he got his first victory,
02:37I'm not too worried about him anymore.
02:41Ospreay is the favorite going in, no doubt.
02:46He'll have to compartmentalize his desire for revenge.
02:56And he has to take care of business here against Yo.
03:06So Ospreay, 2-0 so far.
03:09You mentioned that fast start.
03:11Yeah.
03:12Victories over Bushi, and that spectacular match against Rocky Romero for Yo.
03:18Falling to Taguchi, but beating Bandido, so he's 1-1 in two points.
03:25Almost an upset, for me, an upset victory against Bandido.
03:30I had Bandido winning that, so that show on Yo is going to be very strong in this tournament.
03:36This is going to be a stellar wrestling match.
03:39And he scored before Sho did.
03:42If you would have said going in, who would get the first point, Sho or Yo?
03:46You would have thought Sho would have scored first.
03:48It scored twice.
03:49Yeah.
03:51Because I had Sho being the one to beat Shingo, so my bracket's already messed up, Kevin.
04:04You know what, Kevin?
04:06I'm only reminded that this crowd is 70% female when Yo comes out.
04:17Well, both receiving a fair share of cheers, no doubt.
04:33and the wrist lock.
04:33Collar and elbow.
04:34Ospreay immediately pulls Yo in for the side headlock.
04:38Transitions to the arm and the wrist lock.
04:45Il flippe et le kicker
04:47et maintenant il prend le bras de Osprey
04:51qui va aussi montrer son athleticisme
04:55et le bras de l'air de l'honneur
04:58Le corps de l'esprit de Will Osprey
05:01est donc impressionant
05:03avec le corps de l'esprit
05:04qu'il est capable de continuer le même corps
05:06quand il était en train de l'honneur
05:07la fluid motion
05:09no sound
05:12side headlock takeover
05:13but Yeo pulls him in for a headscissors
05:15and for Yeo, last year's tournament
05:17sort of where his own personality and style
05:20began to round into form
05:22we got to see it more and more
05:30Osprey was able to
05:33thanks to his left knee
05:34was able to make an escape
05:36he used the knee for separation
05:38and now using the knee to keep those legs together
05:42and the hands to spread the quads apart
05:45he'll pull himself up into his side headlock
05:48but Yeo will roll Osprey's shoulders down
05:50just a one
05:51Osprey's going to take it back up here
05:54Osprey one of the heavier juniors in this tournament as well
05:59yeah he's at 92, 93 kilograms
06:01I wonder how much Shingo weighed in there
06:04I don't know
06:05my friend Issa on Twitter is convinced he's a heavyweight
06:08yeah
06:08I mean he
06:09well you weighed at the beginning of the tournament
06:11so he's probably a heavyweight now
06:14yeah you've only got to make weight once
06:16drop kick from Yeo
06:31the forearm strike
06:33Osprey against the ropes
06:40Yeo moving carefully against Osprey
06:47Et le monkey flippant
06:48Yoh goes over
06:49Il roule à l'outside
06:51Et watch out
06:52Yoh trying to find him
06:54Trying to get eyes
06:55On Osprey
07:05Et Osprey catches Yoh
07:07Coming in
07:08Now a sling shot
07:10Over the top
07:11Crashing down
07:12Osprey crashing down
07:14On top of Yoh
07:17Yoh thought he got away
07:18The first time
07:19He was rolling out
07:20To clear his head
07:23Osprey didn't even
07:24Let him back in the ring
07:25No, I think once
07:27Yoh saw the pose
07:29From Osprey
07:29He thought he was clear
07:31Yep
07:31Tried to go back
07:32Into the ring
07:33But Osprey was ready
07:34And caught him
07:37Osprey could hit you
07:38From so many directions
07:39Kevin
07:39Oh my god
07:42Don't do that anymore
07:44Please
07:45Good gracious
07:46Kevin, I felt that
07:47Am I shanana
07:53Osprey
07:54He just broke the count
07:56Well it hadn't started yet
07:57Red shoes didn't want
07:59Osprey to do that
08:00He wants them
08:00To both get back
08:01Into the ring
08:03And again
08:04Red shoes
08:05A lot of leeway
08:06And discretion
08:07As a referee
08:08And he will encourage
08:09The athletes
08:09To get back in the ring
08:10On their own accord
08:18Oh and he's got him
08:19Wide
08:19Wide open
08:22Osprey does not
08:23Get enough credit
08:24For his striking prowess
08:26His hands are heavy
08:30Heavy hands
08:32Heavier frame
08:34Same athleticism
08:43And a full body slam
08:44Stay right there
08:46Says Osprey
08:47Because I've got
08:47A huge leaping
08:49Knee drop in mind
08:50He'll stay right there
08:52And Yo kicks out
08:54And we talked about
08:55The growth and improvement
08:56Of Yo
08:56The same could be said
08:57For Osprey
08:58Yeah
08:58Who in the last 12 months
09:00Not only
09:01He
09:02Just since January
09:03Let's look at that
09:04Beating Kota Ibushi
09:06At Wrestle Kingdom
09:07To become the
09:08Never open way champion
09:11And from there
09:13That spectacular match
09:14At the G1
09:15Against Jeff Cobb
09:16His incredible performance
09:19During the New Japan Cup
09:20Beating two super heavyweights
09:22And then
09:25What he's done so far
09:27At the start of the
09:27Best in Super Junior Tournament
09:30Getting off to that
09:31Quick start
09:32Like you talked about
09:33And it's all systems go
09:35For Osprey
09:36Well Kevin
09:36With those wins
09:37That you're talking about
09:38A lot of people thought
09:39That he was kind of
09:40Looking past the Super Juniors
09:41And not
09:41Not really respecting it
09:43And probably even
09:43Shouldn't be in it
09:44However
09:45I feel he has a lot of respect
09:47For each one of those
09:47Categories that he's in
09:49No doubt
09:49He wants to be
09:51He wants to be everything
09:52Yeah
09:53And he can be
09:54Respectably
09:55Sure
09:55And we talked about that
09:57Earlier on with Tetsuya Naito
09:59Naito can be
10:00But he kind of wants it
10:01Kind of ego-wise
10:03It's kind of like
10:03What can I do next
10:04Type thing
10:05But
10:12Osprey could do it
10:13And hold it with pride
10:14With a lot of respect
10:15For the company
10:16That could
10:16An aggressive cover there
10:18You saw the right form
10:20Driven across the jawline
10:21Of Yo
10:31Yo firing back with a form
10:37Short form from Osprey
10:48Catches him with the kick
10:49And now the power
10:50No
10:52Wow
10:52Went to kick the leg out
10:54These two men know each other
10:55So well
10:56But the dragon screw leg whip
10:58Was there
11:08So that might negate
11:10Some of the
11:11Ariel
11:12Of the Ariel assassin
11:14As Yo closes in
11:16Knocks Osprey down
11:18Knocks him down again
11:24And the forearm
11:26Yo is on a roll
11:30Finishing with Flourish there
11:36Yo very careful
11:38He does not want to
11:39Put himself in
11:40A position like that
11:42To get caught
11:45Reversal
11:46Osprey into the buckle
11:49Yo charges in
11:51But was
11:51Oh
11:51And Osprey catches him
11:54Now Yo
11:55Draped across the top rope
11:57Blocked it
11:57Ah
11:58Yo with a beautiful job
12:00Of baiting Osprey in
12:01And now a dragon screw
12:03Leg rip
12:03With Osprey
12:04Draped across the top rope
12:06And now we can say
12:08With certainty
12:09That Will Osprey
12:10Is in trouble
12:10Yep
12:17Yo's patient game
12:18Is paying off
12:19But now
12:20Looking to go
12:22For bro
12:22Topic on
12:24Hilo
12:24Perfect
12:39Show's got to capitalize
12:41Though
12:41He's going to want to
12:42Finish it in the ring
12:46Well for
12:47For Yo
12:47It has been
12:51Cautious
12:51Not make mistakes
12:53And that says a lot
12:54About him
12:55How he's able to
12:55Keep his poise
12:56About himself
12:57Not getting ahead
12:58Of himself
12:58Trying not to
12:59Make mistakes
13:01Very smart game plan
13:03Well studied
13:04But took some
13:05High risk
13:06When it was needed
13:07And now
13:10And Osprey
13:11Lands on his knee
13:13That was intentional
13:15Kevin
13:15You did that
13:16Intentionally
13:17Figure four
13:17And Osprey
13:18Will at least
13:20Try to prevent
13:21That hold
13:21From being fully
13:22Applied
13:25Nobody couldn't
13:26The figure four
13:27Leg lock
13:31The dragon screw
13:33Leg whip
13:33First time
13:34In the ring
13:35Second time
13:36While Osprey
13:37Was draped
13:37Over the top rope
13:38But now
13:38A submission hold
13:42Kevin Yo
13:43Has taken
13:43A body part
13:44He's working
13:45On it
13:46Came in
13:46With a fantastic
13:47Game plan
13:55Osprey
13:55Trying to
13:56Stretch out
13:56That near
13:586'2 frame
13:58And is able
13:59To do so
14:03And forces
14:04The break
14:09There you go
14:10I was going to say
14:11Yo needs to reset
14:12And get right back
14:13On it
14:13That's exactly
14:14What he's doing
14:16Driving those boots
14:18Into the
14:18Knee
14:19Repeatedly
14:26This would be
14:27The biggest
14:28Single
14:29Singles
14:30Victory
14:30For Yo
14:31In his career
14:32Yeah
14:34But so far
14:35He's proven
14:36Capable of doing it
14:43Back to the knee
14:45Osprey was trying
14:46To soften up
14:48Yo
14:49With some forearms
14:54Yep
14:58Now the knee
14:59Is screaming
15:01But he was able
15:02To utilize his hands
15:03For the handspring
15:04That was desperation
15:05Right there
15:06As well
15:06Needing that
15:07To separate space
15:08He's not even
15:09Trying to capitalize
15:09On it
15:10He's using that
15:10To try to recover
15:17And with that time
15:18Yo has proven
15:19To be very resilient
15:21So at the most
15:22He's putting things
15:22On even streak
15:30Osprey making sure
15:31His footing is true
15:32And comes forward
15:33Connects with the uppercut
15:34And now
15:36He'll sweep the leg
15:37Of Yo
15:37And move forward
15:39Corner to corner
15:43Crashing down
15:44With that drop kick
16:02We'll pull Yo up
16:04And deliver
16:06In the center of the ring
16:08Red shoes
16:08To
16:09Yo kicks out
16:16Osprey won the
16:172016
16:18Best of Super Junior
16:19Tournament
16:21Became the youngest
16:22Tournament winner
16:23First British wrestler
16:24To ever win
16:25The tournament as well
16:27Beat Taguchi
16:29In the finals
16:33And now
16:34Has added the
16:35Stormbreaker
16:36Since that tournament win
16:38And looking to
16:39And looking to
16:40Hit it here
16:43How much has
16:44Yo changed
16:45Since these tournaments
16:46As well
16:46Well quite a bit
16:48Osprey
16:49Not just the
16:50Aus cutter
16:50But here he goes
16:54I like the way
16:55Every time Osprey
16:56Goes for something
16:57That we look for
16:59Yo has an answer for
17:00Yeah with another kick
17:02Into the knee
17:03And now
17:05Couldn't follow up
17:06Oh snap
17:08Beautiful transition
17:12The leg
17:13That's a
17:14Crap
17:14Cap
17:15Crusher
17:15Yep
17:23Hold out the
17:24AJ Styles
17:25Move
17:26And nearly
17:27Submitted
17:28Osprey with it
17:31He's honing
17:32On that leg
17:32As well
17:33And that leg
17:33Is exposed
17:34You have to
17:35Straighten it out
17:36To get it to work
17:37Properly
17:38So every time
17:38He straightens it out
17:39He
17:41Unintentionally
17:41Exposes himself
17:47And again
17:48Another chop block
17:49Yo is being
17:50A methodical
17:51Juggernaut
17:51Right now
17:54Business being
17:55Taken care of
17:56In the ring
17:58These athletes
17:59Are giving it
18:01Their all
18:01Here
18:03And a
18:04Dragon suplex
18:05That's what's
18:05On the mind
18:06Of Yo
18:06Right now
18:09The
18:10Dragons
18:11To the leg
18:11With
18:11The dragon
18:12Suplex
18:12The Tatsumi
18:13Fujinami
18:14Influence
18:14Not lost
18:16Here
18:16We can see
18:17It
18:19Yo trying
18:20To generate
18:21A little
18:21Dragon fever
18:22If he can
18:23Defeat
18:24Osprey
18:24Ooh
18:27Yo tried to block it
18:29Osprey caught him
18:31Osprey hopping on
18:33One leg
18:33And will springboard up
18:35For the
18:35Pip Pip Cheerio
18:39And much like we saw
18:40Last night
18:41In our main event
18:42With Shingo and
18:43Connemaro
18:43A one legged man
18:45Moves forward
18:46A shooting star
18:47Presto
18:48Two
18:50Wow
18:59Sit down power
19:00Back to do it
19:00He's out of the trap
19:01Two
19:02Legs nowhere to go
19:04And able to kick out
19:08I'm so impressed
19:10With Yo right now
19:11Not only has he came in
19:13With a great plan
19:14And sticking to it
19:14And keeping poised
19:15But he's brought
19:16A lot of heart
19:17I didn't think
19:18I would be seeing him
19:18This far into the match
19:20And a lot of heart
19:21Being displayed
19:22By Osprey as well
19:23Who basically
19:24Is on one leg
19:25Right now
19:42Here we go
19:43Oscutter
19:45He's not going to let him
19:47Again Yo
19:47Stops the second time
19:54Yo over the top
19:56And maintains control
20:00Osprey trying to
20:03Reach out
20:04Oh no
20:05That put himself in
20:06Deeper trouble there
20:07That could be it
20:08Two
20:11On the back of his neck
20:13Yep
20:14High show to cover
20:17For intentional
20:18Added damage
20:19On the kick out
20:31Remember that
20:32Sequence right there
20:34If Yo is able to
20:35Hit the dragon suplex
20:38He used that dragon suplex
20:40To beat Bandido
20:41The other night
20:41And now
20:42Osprey sitting on
20:44The top rope
20:46Superplex
20:46No
20:47Osprey able to
20:48Fight out
20:50Three
20:50Three
20:52Three
20:54Four
20:55Arms put
20:55Yo back down
21:01Yo will try it
21:02A second time
21:05And now
21:06Superplex
21:07Kevin
21:08He is going to try it
21:09He is going to try it
21:15Osprey desperate
21:16You can tell
21:20Oh
21:22Slides through
21:24Traps the head
21:25Cheeky Nando's kick
21:34Osprey's going to try to put him away
21:36Well he should
21:37But instead he's going to think Ariel Assassin again
21:47Here we go
21:51Kevin has too much time
21:52He's taking too much time
21:56Yep
21:56Oh no
21:58The shooting star press
22:00And the knee completely buckled
22:02Here we go
22:03Cap crusher attempt again
22:05Yo can win this thing
22:06Yo can win this thing
22:07Kevin
22:08Red shoes is right there
22:10Will Osprey submit to the cap crusher
22:27He's resetting himself
22:29Yo is being so smart
22:32Oh my god
22:36Osprey's going to tap
22:38Red shoes is asking him
23:00So close but so far away
23:04Dives and gets to the bottom rope
23:06Great camera work
23:07Brought you right inside the ring
23:09Kevin the damage is done
23:10If Yo can get up
23:12And reset
23:12And restart
23:13He can win this thing
23:21At this point I say
23:23Forget about the people
23:24Get that person in the ring
23:27You have a chance
23:28To get the biggest win
23:29Of your career
23:30Right here
23:31And he is on his way
23:38There is now less than 10 minutes
23:40In the time limit
24:08Go content to trade with Osprey
24:11Instead of going back to the leg
24:13Instead of going back to the leg
24:15Well Osprey can't fire from the hip
24:18With both of his knees being hurt
24:26Wow
24:33Back to the knee
24:34Back to the knee
24:58I am telling you Kevin
25:00Every time Osprey tries something familiar
25:02Yo has an answer for him
25:03Dragon's crew
25:04Oh Osprey blocked that one
25:06Double stump
25:12I think Osprey knows he's in trouble
25:14And wants to finish it right now
25:17He's got a small window
25:18And he needs to use it right now
25:20He will look to hit the Robinson special
25:23Right here
25:25And does
25:29A leg intensive move
25:32But now
25:35Osprey feels confident to move forward
25:37He's calling for the Oz cutter
25:43And as Yo
25:45Instinctively gets back to his feet
25:47And now Osprey goes
25:49Oz cutter
25:50No wait
25:51I'm telling you Kevin
25:53Kevin that's it
25:55Wait wait
25:55He's got a
25:58He blocked the German
25:59He blocked the Dragon suplex
26:01Did Osprey
26:01Yo continued on with the German suplex
26:04And got a near fall
26:05Kevin I never thought I'd be seeing this much
26:07Out of Yo
26:08I'm not trying to be funny
26:09I thought it would be over by now
26:11But Yo is showing me
26:12That he has something in him
26:14That we have not seen
26:15And Osprey's pulling it out of him
26:17Dragon suplex
26:21Standing switch
26:26Another attempt
26:29Osprey drives the back of his head
26:32Knocks Yo out of the ring
26:33Oh
26:34Pulls himself back then
26:35Super kick from Yo
26:37Both men down
26:45As who gets to their feet first Kevin
26:48Look at the fire in Yo's eyes
26:56He's going to try for that
26:58Dragon again
26:59Yes
27:00There's only so many times Osprey can deny it
27:07Drop kick right to the knee again
27:11Now got it
27:12Oh
27:13All the way over
27:14Throws him on his head
27:16Throws his legs into the turnbuckle
27:21Right into that corner pad
27:27He's pulling him in dead center
27:40Another attempt
27:41Kevin this could do it
27:42If he hits it
27:44It's over
27:45Wow
27:45Osprey avoids disaster
27:50Oh
27:52Yo is out on his feet
27:54Jumping knee strike from Yo
27:59One man Spanish fly
28:01Trap him right there
28:03No
28:04Another kick out
28:05What
28:12Here we go
28:14Straight away
28:14Up on his shoulders
28:16If he hits that it's over
28:17Stormbreaker
28:19Good night
28:20Stormbreaker
28:22To
28:22What a war
28:24Wow
28:29Will Osprey
28:31Another spectacular match
28:35Another incredible victory for Will Osprey in this year's Best of Super Junior Tournament
28:40He stays perfect 3-0 and 6 points
29:10For Osprey the couple of days off I'm sure will benefit him well but Wednesday
29:15Oh our next event is Osprey vs. El Fantasmo
29:21Oh our next event it's Osprey vs. El Fantasmo
29:24Kevin in this tournament of 20 people there are 4 people that have 6 points and Fantasmo and Osprey are
29:30two of those people
29:31And they meet on Wednesday in our main events and there are so many times where in these types of
29:41singles tournaments where they take a tag team they split them apart and neither of them perform admirably that's not
29:48the case here with Rafangi 3K
29:50Not at all admiral performances from each and every one of the members of Rafangi 3K
30:00Great respect and admiration
30:04Yo and Osprey
30:05Nothing to be ashamed of
30:08Kevin those are the type matches that even if you don't win you become a better athlete
30:12You become a better wrestler
30:14Yeah the takeaway from this for Yo is I'm every bit as good as Will Osprey
30:19Osprey
30:22Just slightly better
30:24Yeah
30:26But I tell you what Yo came with a perfect game plan
30:29A perfect game plan
30:30And executed it well
30:32Osprey outlasts Yo
30:34And now El Fantasmo awaits
30:45And I'm sure Osprey will be complimentary toward Yo in the post match comments
30:50Yeah
30:50But then his thoughts and attention will turn quickly to ELP
30:55They meet on Wednesday
30:56Osprey was responsible for helping El Fantasmo so much when ELP got to England
31:03And ELP forgot about all of that here in New Japan Pro Wrestling
31:08Wednesday it is going to be all on the line
31:12And that's how we can't wait for the next part of this idea
