00:19in Macon. And I had intended at this event to address the ongoing scandal of Congressman
00:30Mike Collins and his refusal to cooperate with the federal investigation into the illegal
00:39misuse of tax dollars. It had been my intention to come and address that scandal and to call
00:47on the Congressman to commit to testifying in that matter.
00:54But then I saw the stunning news this morning in the Washington Post that should shock the
01:02conscience of every Georgian, confirming yet more extensive ties between Congressman Mike
01:11Collins and white nationalism and Congressman Mike Collins and neo-Nazi ideology. Let's
01:22be very clear about the facts. It's now been more than a month since CNN reported Congressman
01:30Mike Collins' extensive ties to white nationalism and neo-Nazi ideology. Since we learned that
01:38the Congressman has had a neo-Nazi propagandist based on his property and doing work for the
01:45Congressman's business. Then we learned last week in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that
01:51this neo-Nazi propagandist has continued to produce neo-Nazi propagandist from Mike Collins' property
02:00up until last week. And then we learned, because some of the communications leaked from the Congressman's
02:09office, that the Congressman's chief of staff was briefing some of the nation's most notorious white supremacists
02:19on their efforts supporting a Holocaust denier. So let's again just review everything we knew up until this morning's reporting.
02:30We've learned that the Congressman has a neo-Nazi propagandist based on his property who also
02:38works for the Congressman's business. We've seen through leaked communications from the Congressman's
02:44office that his staff was briefing some of the country's most notorious white supremacists
02:50on their efforts supporting a Holocaust denier. And now what did we learn this morning in the
02:55Washington Post? Yet another connection between Congressman Mike Collins and white nationalism,
03:03between Congressman Mike Collins and neo-Nazi ideology. One of the Congressman's staffers posting
03:11swastikas online and depicting himself in the costume of the Ku Klux Klan. Disgraceful. Disgraceful and disqualifying.
03:24Mm-hmm. Yet another week, yet another scandal for the bigot Congressman Mike Collins and his
03:34collapsing Senate campaign. Mike Collins needs to hold a press conference this afternoon. And resign. And he needs to
03:45release all of the communications that he continues to hide between his office and these white supremacists.

04:04all of the communications between his office and these white supremacists.
04:09Republicans. It is the year 2026 in the state of Georgia. It's not 1935. It's not 1958. It's the year
04:212026. And we have a sitting member of Congress and a candidate for the United States Senate.
04:28With extensive ties to white nationalism and neo-Nazi ideology. New ties released even this morning.
04:36Who still refuses to release his own office's communications with some of the nation's most notorious white supremacists.
04:45And for the reporters in attendance today, please remember that this is not mere allegation. This is CNN reporting. This
04:58is leaked transcripts of communications between the Congressman's office and white supremacists.
05:06This is the Atlanta Journal Constitution's reporting. These are confirmed facts. So let me again be very clear about the
05:12message today. And then we'll open this up for members of the press for your questions on this or any

05:19This morning's news should shock not just the entire state of Georgia, but the entire country. Yet more evidence of
05:29a sitting congressman's extensive ties to white nationalism and neo-Nazi ideology.
05:34This time it's swastikas in the costume of the Ku Klux Klan. Unacceptable and disqualifying. And today, not tomorrow, not
05:48this weekend, but today, Congressman Mike Collins needs to address the press and the public.
05:55And he needs to release every single communication between his office and some of the nation's most notorious white supremacists.
