Rescuers in Nepal try to reach workers trapped in tunnel

The Nepali army is working to rescue workers believed to be trapped inside a tunnel at the Trishuli 3A hydropower project following catastrophic floods near the border with China. Authorities in Nepal and China say around 3,000 are still missing following the disaster.
