00:00Despite making several signings this transfer window, Leeds manager Daniel Farker has highlighted the difficulties that face the Yorkshire club
00:10this season.
00:11The German has said he expects a difficult run this campaign as they try and stay in the Premier League
00:18for a second season in a row.
00:20Yes, first of all, it's important also to start as well as possible into the season and also to keep
00:26in mind where we are coming from and also to keep in mind what the past has told us.
00:31And the past has told us that to add a second solid season on Premier League level is difficult and
00:37especially for promoted side the second year after promotion.
00:41Let's be honest, last year, the first year after promotion was a big hurdle anyhow and we were together with
00:46Sunderland.
00:46And the first team was broken this curse last season. We're very happy with this.
00:50But also in the past, very often the second year after promotion was difficult because then the first tourism is
00:58a bit away and the expectations are a bit higher and perhaps some players don't have a point to prove
01:03anymore.
01:03And this is a very dangerous year. So for that, our first and foremost target is also like to achieve
01:0940 points and to make sure that we earn again the right also to stay in the best league in
01:15the world.
01:15And to add another solid season, this is the first target we concentrate on.
01:21And then if there is more to achieve, then step by step. But we stay quite humble and quite realistic
01:27and we know that a difficult season lies ahead.
01:29So for that, we're going to be able to achieve the best goal of the best goal of the best
01:29goal of the best goal of the best goal of the best goal of the best goal of the best
