00:02Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial are back deliberating for a sixth day this morning
00:07with the possibility of a mistrial now very real. The jury has spent about 30 hours over five days
00:14trying to reach a verdict and jurors have told the judge twice now that it's deadlocked. The
00:20second time came Wednesday afternoon. That led Judge William Sullivan to give the jury what's
00:25known as the Tui Rodriguez charge essentially asking jurors to take another look at their
00:30positions and make one more effort to reach a unanimous verdict. They deliberated for another
00:36hour and a half. At this point what I'm going to do is first off thank you for your time
00:43your
00:43commitment to this case. I'm going to ask you to come back tomorrow morning nine o'clock resume your
00:50deliberations. So they'll be back at it this morning and if they report another deadlock
00:54Sullivan could declare a mistrial. The jury's deciding whether Clancy was criminally responsible
01:00when she killed her three young children in 2023. Clancy does not deny killing them. Her attorneys
01:06say she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and hearing a voice commanding her to kill her
01:12children and herself. Prosecutors say she was not psychotic and planned the killings. And there was
01:19another development outside the courthouse. 56-year-old Don Light was arraigned Wednesday,
01:24accused of intimidating jurors after police found photos and videos on her phone that included
01:30jurors leaving the court. Light pleaded not guilty. Her attorney says she wasn't trying to film the jury,
01:36she was there to see Clancy. And when reporters asked her about it, Light was pretty direct.
01:42Don, why were you filming? Because I wanted to see Lindsay.
01:45Did you mean to intimidate the jury? You thought you were going to see Lindsay.
01:46I was going to. I did.
01:49So why were you parked by the jury?
01:52To see Lindsay. To see Lindsay and I did see her. She's getting picked up by the van.
