00:22And then when I turned on the 51 off of the parkway, that's when it was unbelievable.
00:2751 was, I knew it was flooding because it's notorious for that, down by the red, white and blue storm,
00:35but past the tubes.
00:36I may have left up Bosman and the water running down Bosman was like a river.
00:41It was unbelievable. Thank God I have good tires.
00:44Three Pittsburgh city schools shifted to synchronous remote learning today due to the power outages.
00:49The affected schools are Pittsburgh-Arlington pre-K through 8, Pittsburgh-Spring Hill and Pittsburgh-Shiller 6 through 8.

00:58There is a state of emergency in Oakmont the morning after Thursday storms ripped through the borough.
01:03There's damage all around us.
01:04There are trees down everywhere.
01:06I live on 12th Street and there's trees down on both sides of it.
01:10And all through the borough, there's just trees down.
01:14Oakmont bakery owner Mark Sorayao, who says production continued, though, during the outage thanks to a generator.
01:20More thunderstorms are possible today and tonight with high winds, hail, and some flash flooding in heavy downpours.
01:27The severe storms also wreaked havoc, by the way, on a slate of Thursday night Whipio football games.
01:32The Post-Gazette's Mike White says one game was stopped and the others didn't start.
01:36North Hill's supposed to play Seneca Valley at 7.
01:39They moved the start time back to 9.
01:42And then they canceled it.
01:43And also Moon-Bethel Park, which was a pretty big game, too.
01:46That was canceled.
01:47Shenango vs. Beaver Falls was also canceled.
01:50None of the games will be rescheduled.
01:53Newly released police video shows officers finding the body of Caroline Heinz last month.
01:58The PennWest, California student was allegedly stabbed by boyfriend Royce Moser.
02:03The video shows an officer finding Heinz's body in the rear of her SUV.
02:07He radioed for EMS and police backup, reporting an unconscious female in a vehicle.
02:13Later, a 911 operator asked the officer, is she breathing?
02:16And he said, negative.

02:20A Churchill woman is facing a string of charges and a bank is out more than $50,000 in a
02:25bad check scheme.
02:27News Radio KDKA's David Bollorato has that story.
02:30She's accused of writing tens of thousands of dollars in bad checks using her husband's personal and business checking accounts.
02:3754-year-old Gok-Fung-Fee Lee is accused of depositing the bad checks into her own personal account
02:42and doing it faster than they could be flagged by the bank.
02:45The district attorney's office says Lee wrote 24 checks between late December of last year and early January,
02:51allegedly overdrawing her husband's accounts as well in the process.
02:54In all, the scheme resulting in the loss to First Commonwealth Bank of about $56,000.
